An exceptional stay at Hôtel Moderniste that truly exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, everything felt stylish, comfortable, and perfectly thought through. The hotel has a beautiful modern design with elegant details that create a warm and relaxing atmosphere. The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, with excellent soundproofing and high-quality furnishings that made our stay extremely pleasant. The staff were outstandingfriendly, professional, and genuinely attentive. They were always happy to help with recommendations, directions, and any requests, making us feel very welcome throughout our stay. Breakfast was fresh, delicious, and well presented, offering a great start to the day. The location is excellent, with easy access to public transport, shops, and local cafés, making it ideal for exploring the city while still enjoying a calm and quiet environment. Overall, Hôtel Moderniste offers a perfect balance of comfort, style, and excellent service. A truly memorable experience and one of the best hotels we’ve stayed in. Highly recommended, and we would absolutely return again.

Wow such a nice, beautiful, clean and perfect place. It feels like you are at your own house. Super friendly helpful staff. The service was incredible and we enjoyed each moment here. Definitely will come back. The location is good very local with so much options near you. Perfect place for stay in Paris.

Very nice staff and a warm cosy hotel. The bed was big and very comfortable. The bedroom was small but this is expected in Paris. We had a lot of luggage and there was plenty of space for it. Everything was spotlessly clean, the bathroom looked brand new. The breakfast was fantastic, soya milk and gluten free products included. |I've only given it 4 stars as we thought it was quite far along the green line, it is a 7 min walk to the metro line and at least 20 mins to get anywhere in the centre of Paris. The arrondissement was nice, busy pavements. The room provided water, tea and coffee tho we would have really liked espresso coffee and the machine was downstairs. There is an honesty bar and we thought the prices were very expensive at 12€ for a nip of whisky. Whisky in France is much cheaper than Scotland. |Saying that we had a very pleasant time and would recommend the hotel.

Everyone we met was incredibly warm, trustworthy, and professional. What truly impressed us were the thoughtful surprises prepared for our stay and the excellent email communication both before and during our visit. They were so kind and attentive — even letting us know by email that they were available for any assistance, despite us placing a “no cleaning” sign on the door. The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and very modern. We also loved the lounge area, where we could enjoy complimentary daily snacks and coffee or tea — such a generous and caring touch. The hotel’s location was perfect as well: a lovely, safe neighborhood just a short distance from central Paris. Overall, thank you so much to the entire team for everything. My partner and I will definitely be back soon! We loved Paris and we loved France! 🇫🇷✨

This is a cute little hotel located on a quiet side street in the south west of Paris. It’s only a short walk from convention station. The staff were lovely. I would say the rooms are very compact though. My son and I got a large room with 3 beds and what I thought was one double and a single, the single was a sofa bed with no bedding provided so we would have been better off with 3 singles. I think this should be made clearer. We were on the 5th floor, the rooms were close together and right by the elevator - after falling asleep I was woken by noise which can’t be helped in the space. Thankfully the morning was quiet. The view was quirky from the small porthole window and little balcony. I would personally opt out of breakfast, definitely on the petit side and many more options in Paris. The lady at breakfast did kindly fill up my water bottle though which was sweet. There is also access to tea, coffee and water at all times which is a nice touch.

The surrounding neighborhood is exceptionally quiet, providing restful nights essential for rejuvenation amid city exploration. Despite its modest size, the hotel fosters a warm, family-like atmosphere that enhances the overall guest experience. Upon arrival on our first evening, staff kindly offered a brief tour and local guide, setting a hospitable tone from the outset. Each day, we received a fresh bottle of filtered water in the room, and the complimentary hot drinks available in the lobby were another thoughtful sign of great hospitality. We can recommend this place for anyone looking for comfort and calm in Paris!

Excellent hotel, beautiful design and super clean. And most importantly, the staff are very professional and extremely caring and nice. I have stayed at many hotels in Paris and can say this hotel has the most professional staff. Great stay!
