**Charming Stay in an Excellent Location**||We had a lovely stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it for anyone looking to be in the heart of the action. The location is excellent—right along the canal with amazing views, and within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and the Forum mall. Despite being so close to everything, the area was not noisy, which made for a relaxing visit.||We were pleasantly surprised with an upgraded room that included a balcony—such a nice touch! While the rooms aren't the most contemporary in style, they were very spacious, clean, and well maintained. The only downside was the bed; if you're not used to spring mattresses, it might be a bit uncomfortable. There is a mini fridge in the room with complimentary water. ||The staff really stood out—they were exceptional. Incredibly pleasant, helpful, and knowledgeable, they offered great suggestions for local events, activities, directions, and parking options. Check-in was quick and accommodating, and they made us feel very welcome.||Note that there’s no on-site parking, but the hotel provides clear information on three nearby options, which was convenient. A bonus was the piano bar on Friday and Saturday evenings—great atmosphere and a nice way to wind down the day.||Overall, a great stay with a few minor drawbacks. Would definitely return!

My husband and I had a wonderful time during our stay here: Our second-floor room provided an eye-catching view of the canal, Moliceiro boats and bustling tourist foot-traffic. The staff were helpful and friendly, from the reception desk to the bartender and breakfast staff. The hotel's breakfast was really lovely, featuring a tasty array of fresh fruits, pastries, eggs, charcuterie and more. Each evening, we enjoyed a nightcap in the hotel bar before retiring for the night. The room was pleasant and the bed and pillows were comfortable. The hotel is located in a great spot, surrounded by restaurants and retail. We will definitely return!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It is superbly located next to the canal and very close to restaurants and the shops. The service was excellent - both at the front desk as well as the lovely ladies at breakfast who took very good care of us. The room was very comfortable. Also had undercover parking (public carpark) available very close by. An excellent choice if you want to enjoy Aveiro at its best

Great stay. Was upgraded to a superior room that had a balcony. Room was well appointed, reception staff very helpful and the breakfast was better than average. Great location right next tow canal but still quiet at night. Loves the stay and would highly recommend it

Great little hotel close to everything in central Aveiro, including the moliceiros (boats). Rooms were spacious and adequately supplied. Breakfast had a great variety and selection, you won't be disappointed. The staff were excellent, very helpful and informative.

Desk attendant excellent. Public area modern and nice. Great location with plenty of parking and restaurants. Rooms are large, large king size bed nice. Downhill now towels and sheets worn old. Drains in sink and tub slow. TV which we don't use much had a poor choice of channels almost no American and FYI CNN is not a choice for most Americans. Suggestion get tv's that allow streaming from customer phone for example YOUTUBE.

Wonderful location! We had a fantastic stay. The rooms are nice and comfortable. We had a view of the canals from our balcony. The romance package was a nice worth while addition. .

This is a lovely small hotel. The rooms are very nice and quiet, breakfast is also very good and, above all, the front desk personnel as well as the remaining hotel team are truly professional, extremely nice and understanding.
