hotel MONday TOKYO NISHIKASAI

Chose this place to stay since it offers free shuttle to Tokyo Disneyland, however please keep in mind that they provide free shuttle for ONLY the duration of your stay (after the check in time that day, and before the check out time of the day you leave). Since I arrived in Tokyo in early morning, and would like to go to Disney at 8am, while my check in time was 3pm that day, so they did not provide shuttle service to me for that morning heading to Disney, even if I asked if I could pay extra for the shuttle, which was understandable. And you will have to register for the shuttle in advance through their website, which was quite easy to navigate. ||Please also keep in mind that as of now (October 2025), they offer shuttle service from the hotel to both Disneyland and DisneySea, but offer return shuttle to hotel from ONLY Disneyland, and NOT DisneySea. The reservation page of the website did state the shuttle leaving location was from Disneyland, but this info might easily be overlooked/misunderstood. Also, when I asked about the Disney shuttle in the early morning before check in, the reception staff I spoke to did not specify this. So as I was leaving DisneySea that night, I only knew about this after asking around the DisneySea staff at the bus stop, and had to rush and take the railway (3 stops) back to Disneyland stop, and then got on the shuttle. ||These are just the experience I went through regarding the shuttle bus service, and are just something future travellers have to keep in mind. Be sure to leave the park earlier to locate the pick up spot. ||Nonetheless the shuttle service is very convenient. Very good location, 1 minute walk from the metro station. Also have convenience store and restaurants nearby. All the staff are very kind, some of them speak good English, and overall a very pleasant and relaxing stay. I would stay here again :)

Our stay here in Hotel Monday in Tokyo last October 7-16, 2025 was a very comfortable stay compared to all the other hotels in Osaka etc. The beautiful professional and yet very kind friendly pleasant helpful and very accommodating front desk associate named Karen was the main reason of our happy and comfortable stay in this hotel. Thanks so much Karen for your hospitality. Without you everything would have been different. Wish all hotels would have people like her. May her tribe increase. God bless. 🙏🏽❤️🙏🏽😘🥰😍

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. One of the best parts was the free shuttle bus to Disney – it was convenient, reliable, and made the trip so much easier and more enjoyable. The foreign staff were especially helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with a smile and great service. Their professionalism really stood out and added to the overall positive experience. I highly recommend this hotel, especially for anyone planning a visit to Disney. Would definitely stay here again!

The workers at hotel nishikasai were very lovely. My sister and I always felt welcome and everyone was so sweet. The room was beautiful and the beds were very comfy! At night time we could go for snacks which was absolutely amazing. Thank you for a lovely stay 🙂

Very friendly staff and service! The room was smaller than I expected, though it was very clean and everything we needed was available. Free shuttle to Tokyo Disneyland was great as well! I would stay here again if I were in the area.

Service is so nice! They speak English (and alot of other languages) well! They have a schedule for what speakers are available at the front desk in respective times. Staff are very good and sincere at their job. Rooms are big and clean! Excellent service. Will definitely book here again. 11/10

Had an excellent stay here and would definitely stay again! Clean, helpful staff, and located in a bustling area with lots of izakaya’s and convenience stores. There is also an awesome run/bike path nearby that overlooks the river which I highly recommend. Picture included!

I’m giving this hotel 5 stars because the foreign national staff provided truly exceptional service. They were professional, kind, and went out of their way to help me with everything I needed. Their attitude and hospitality really stood out during my stay.||However, as someone who runs a small motel in my own country, I was surprised to see front desk staff especially the foreign nationals handling cleaning duties. In my opinion, this is not ideal or professional. Front staff should focus on customer service and guest relations, not cleaning tasks. Cleaning, especially of washroom floors, should be handled by trained professional cleaners to ensure proper hygiene and maintain service quality.||The bathroom floor in my room had visible black stains and wasn’t very clean, which only reinforces the need for a proper cleaning team.||That said, I truly appreciated the great service from the foreign staff, and thanks to them, I’m giving this hotel 5 stars this time. I hope management will consider improving their staffing and cleaning system for future guests.

Our first visit to Tokyo was memorable and unforgettable . Now to our accommodation at Hotel Monday all I can is the staff is friendly and delightful the rooms are not what we are accustomed to in our country but we respect that . Clean rooms and up kept The selling point is the transit being across the street easy to navigate and hits all the specific points of destinations be it direct or jumping on to another station . Looking forward to another visit and stay at Hotel Monday Nishi Kasia in the future . Kind regards to all of Tokyo great city and great Culture

The best place to stay in Japan! Very accommodating and always pleasant too! They cannot do enough for you. Love it!
