Hôtel Mont-Blanc

I travelled with my two daughters (13 and 9) to Chamonix and stayed in a suite on the top floor with three beds.|The best part of this hotel is the wonderful concierge and shuttle services which made accessing the ski areas so easy. Ski passes arranged, advice on which areas to ski, instructors booked by the hotel would pick up and drop off at the hotel. The private shuttle would collect you from anywhere. Always available and friendly.|The room was bright, clean, very comfortable with spectacular views. Free mini bar for soft drinks.|Gym was ok and had good quality cardio equipment (though would benefit from heavier weights).|The pool was great, the kids loved it there after a day of ski.|The food and service very good. Lots of healthy and nutritious options for breakfast.|Highly recommend, especially if travelling to Chamonix for the first time.

We loved Chamonix and Hotel Mont-Blanc is the perfect place to stay when visiting! One block from the town center, hot tub, heated pool and gorgeous views. The rooms are spacious and clean and the staff is very nice, friendly and accommodating. The services that we were especially impressed with were (1) they partner with a local ski shop that delivers rentals directly to and picks up the hotel. The hotel has a separate locker room to store the equipment, and they shuttle you to the lift of your choice when ready to ski! (2) I left my Kindle in the room and they shipped it back to New York City for us free of charge. It was so kind and generous! I highly recommend and will definitely stay here again.

Our ski trip to Chamonix was incredible and in large part due to the fact that we stayed at the Hotel Mont Blanc. |From the moment we checked in we were completely taken care of. They went out of their way to get us settled. Their connections for the best ski rentals at Sanglaard blew us away. They delivered and picked up the skis and poles to the hotel for us. We needed dinner recommendations - Lisa gave us great places to go that were exactly what we were looking for. One of our family members needed ski tickets and Marieke and her attentive reception team got them for us. Ugo, Ivan, Phillip all went out of their way for us. We skied Les Grands Montets, La Flegere, and Le Brevent. It was awesome.|The hotel provided courtesy pick up and drop off to the ski resorts which we made it so easy.|The pool was huge, the hot tub was really small, but the spa was nice.|Competetively priced, with a great location and the absolutely best staff you could ask for we would love to stay at the Hotel Mont-Blanc again!

For the second year in a row, i have enjoyed a lovely, multi-night stay. Hotel is big enough to be full service, but small enough to be charming. Spa treatments first rate, excellent restaurant, welcoming staff.

WOW! I love this hotel and its staff! Seriously! They took care of us like we were family! |I visited in the fall of 2023 and 2024. Both stays were outstanding. My last stay was for 6 nights and included my daughter's wedding weekend so I had a long time to experience everything HMB had to offer. The facility is beautiful and sparkling clean. The common areas are well appointed and inviting. The breakfast was delicious. The onsite restaurant is very upscale and elegant offering high quality french cuisine- with a creative award winning chef!. All that is surpassed only by the staff! Cecile and Tatjana were my primary points of contact and I truly missed them when the wedding was over. Every single staff member from housekeeping to management delivered top notch service. We booked most of the hotel for my daughter's wedding party and guests. Our guests were all blown away! HMB helped with booking tours, transportation and handled a wide range of requests from families with babies to guests with mobility issues. I have personally been in most rooms in the hotel - all room types are so nice. Don't be afraid to book the less expensive rooms to experience the hotel. The suites, duplexes and penthouse are next level and worth the splurge.|The location is perfect for experiencing the surrounding area. There is a ton to see and do even if you don't ski or it is not ski season.|This is a first class lodging experience. I can't wait to go back!

Absolutely beautiful hotel with wonderful staff and great views towards Mont-Blanc. We had a top floor room and the view was spectacular. |Our dog travelled with us and was treated really well and was given a dog bed and dog treats on arrival in our room. She was most impressed after a long day travelling !|Breakfast was lovely - great variety. Comfy bed. All round very good !

We got an upgrade for our rooms complementary . Staff are very helpful and friendly. Rooms are clean and well furnished. Breakfast has wide range of options. Very good location. Would definitely recommend it.

It was one of the best hotels I have ever experienced! The receptionist (I’m sorry, I forget his name) was an amazing and thoughtful man. I was a little sick, and he was so kind and generous—it really touched me. I asked for ginger and lemon, and he got them right away. Also, it was our 15th anniversary, and they upgraded our room and served us with lovely and tasty treats along with champagne!!! They made us feel so comfy and I have to say the service of this hotel is extraordinary!! I will definitely want to visit again here!!!
