Hotel Mont-Park

This hotel we stayed in was not what we expected, we had 3 beds in one room with a 14 yr old teenage boy which didn't go down well, we had no fridge or kettle or even any cups to have a drink. The cleaners were rude and un helpfull. The staff made no effort to talk or help anyone who wasn't spanish. The food was minimal and there wasn't much choice. Definitely wouldn't go back. Unless your over 70 stay away.

Just returned from 5 pleasant days here. The hotel was clean and the staff friendly and helpful. Room was cleaned daily and restaurant staff were very efficient. There wasn’t a huge choice of food but it was varied daily, not repetitive, and always tasty and warmer than most other hotels. Evening drinks in the restaurant were by the bottle, but they put the room number on the bottle and retained it for you for the following evening. The only negatives are no fridge or kettle in the rooms and no pool towels for hire, which would be nice but not essential. We were at the back of the hotel and there was a lot of building noise from the hotel next door which is being extended, but this is not the fault of Mont Park. We would certainly stay there again if we return to Benidorm, but would as for a room on the front!

The staff at Hotel Mont Park were not friendly at all rather rude and judgmental. The hotel itself wasn’t the cleanest either we asked for certain issues to be resolved in the room (dirty bed sheets, cobwebs, hairs on bedding, no aircon after paying for it etc) and they were not. We did not feel welcome here especially after the way we were treated by staff. Mont park seem to cater more to their locals than their tourists. We paid for half board and their food selection was horrific, we ended up eating out the time we stayed there. We were told their air conditioning would turn on at 10pm and turn back off at 6am, the aircon did not work in the time we stayed there. We were supposed to stay there a week, and ended up moving hotels 2 days after check in. would not recommend staying here.

Nice hotel. It was very clean and tidy . Mainly spainish guests . Beds comfy and room was basic but usable good location for beach and strip area it is up a steep hill but not to bad. Only negatives are the food was cold and tasteless we ended up having a coffee and toast. We just eat out. Staff were pleasant but not talkative.

The hotel was clean and the rooms although dated were serviced every morning. Food is basic don't worry you won't starve there is always something to eat may not always be hot though. Bar staff are friendly and afficiant good location and if your not happy with the food there's a burger king at the end of the street.

I am staying here as we speak. The hotel seems nice but the rooms on the First floor are like prison cells. Maybe because I’m English they gave me that room as they cater mostly for Spanish and Scandinavian. I would definitely go elsewhere as this room is not fit for a dog to sleep in.

More like a funeral home than a hotel, nothing in rooms i.e fridge or kettle or cups. Cleaners are rude, staff are only helpfull if you speak Spanish. Food was ok, just not much choice. Location was good right on beach front.

Good location,near beach.up an hill mobility needs to be good or hire a scooter.we were adults on full board,so only went down at night to go on strip.food good ,plenty of variety for all nationalitys not brill for young kids.full English,ham, cheeses,cereals,fruit.lunch and evening meal ,meat and fish dishes plus salads etc.nice pool but no kids area,but near beach,room basic but clean,good service of towels toilet rolls etc we had balcony onto pool,really nice,would stay again,good value for money,Spanish singer on wed and sat night
