Hotel Mont-Park

AWFUL HOTEL|The staff do bot like the English and make no effort to communicate with us. The hotel is mainly Spanish and the English are not liked, everyone was rude towards us all. (Myself and other English families)|The rooms were kept clean to a reasonable standard, although my room was never brushed and always had sand in the bed. |Air-conditioning is different for 2 rooms we had, 1 room amazing air-conditioning, other room it was colder outside. |Food was awful, no selection, and repetitive, if you are a picky eater you will starve.|The bread was rock hard, food cold, and being harassed by waiters to kay for drinks |Pool was decent but I would not come back

what a great hotel and there is nothing negative about it. the room was really clean and cleaners came every day and the food was lovely and plenty of choice. the staff were really helpful and the pool area was great loads of sunbeds and the pool was bit warm instead of freezing. had some entertainment on but we were out every night. will defo be going back here

Called for 3 nights and struggled to find accomadation until I came across this place. Basic rooms with the most bizarre location of lamps on the headboard just inches above your head, my wife slept the other side of the bed and I went for the middle bed luckily with no lamp. Breakfast was okay although most hot stuff was cold 2 out of 3 times. Bar was okay and priced well. Needs a revamp and would possibly stay again.

This hotel we stayed in was not what we expected, we had 3 beds in one room with a 14 yr old teenage boy which didn't go down well, we had no fridge or kettle or even any cups to have a drink. The cleaners were rude and un helpfull. The staff made no effort to talk or help anyone who wasn't spanish. The food was minimal and there wasn't much choice. Definitely wouldn't go back. Unless your over 70 stay away.

More like a funeral home than a hotel, nothing in rooms i.e fridge or kettle or cups. Cleaners are rude, staff are only helpfull if you speak Spanish. Food was ok, just not much choice. Location was good right on beach front.

Just returned from a great stay at the monte park I read reviews before we went and was concerned but I was pleasantly surprised there was no need to be concerned the hotel is very nice and clean the staff we very nice the rooms were cleaned and towels replaced daily i can't find any faults and was so impressed we have already booked for September 26

Just returned from 5 pleasant days here. The hotel was clean and the staff friendly and helpful. Room was cleaned daily and restaurant staff were very efficient. There wasn’t a huge choice of food but it was varied daily, not repetitive, and always tasty and warmer than most other hotels. Evening drinks in the restaurant were by the bottle, but they put the room number on the bottle and retained it for you for the following evening. The only negatives are no fridge or kettle in the rooms and no pool towels for hire, which would be nice but not essential. We were at the back of the hotel and there was a lot of building noise from the hotel next door which is being extended, but this is not the fault of Mont Park. We would certainly stay there again if we return to Benidorm, but would as for a room on the front!

The staff at Hotel Mont Park were not friendly at all rather rude and judgmental. The hotel itself wasn’t the cleanest either we asked for certain issues to be resolved in the room (dirty bed sheets, cobwebs, hairs on bedding, no aircon after paying for it etc) and they were not. We did not feel welcome here especially after the way we were treated by staff. Mont park seem to cater more to their locals than their tourists. We paid for half board and their food selection was horrific, we ended up eating out the time we stayed there. We were told their air conditioning would turn on at 10pm and turn back off at 6am, the aircon did not work in the time we stayed there. We were supposed to stay there a week, and ended up moving hotels 2 days after check in. would not recommend staying here.
