This was my 5th stay at the hotel and it will be my last. It used to be a legit 5-star. I'm not sure if someone purchased it, but the experience had significantly deteriorated. For starters I am legally disabled. When I checked in I reported the 20-inch high tub was dangerous for me to get in and out of. They didn't care about accessibility or my safety. The night before checkout I was only provided a partial list of charges. I questioned at least some and explained my wife and I don't drink so bar charges for cocktails was impossible. They never produced my signature on a bill. 1 month after checkout I got a second charge on my cc. I contacted the hotel for an itemized bill but was not given one. It took me a fraud alert for hotel to react. There are a lot of real 5 star hotels in Paris. I suggest looking elsewhere.

It was absolute disaster. I booked the best suite at the hotel at 7-th floor. First I received an e-mail 2 days prior to the arrival that elevated wasn’t working. Stuff was not really pleasant during all the stay. And last day I was on the walk and came back to the room for check out 15 later than check-out time. I informed reception about possible delay in advance and pressed “do not disturb” button. But when I come back - all my luggage and clothes were already removed from the room by the hotel stuff, they took all my hygienic item, all my personal belongings from the safe box, all me special medicine from the fridge! And they forced me to pack at the hotel corridor without providing another room!!! Absolutely terrible experience! Reception manager was ugly and rude!!! Never go to this hotel! Nightmare service!

I had an exceptional stay at this hotel. The check-in and check-out were smooth and welcoming. The Front Office Manager even greeted me personally from the car, already knowing my name and making me feel special. The Concierge team was outstanding. And, the most responsive and efficient I’ve experienced, always managing to secure reservations even on short notice. Truly exceptional service all around.

I arrived to the hotel, there was no one outside to welcome us.||We go to the room and the safe was not working, the sink was not letting water go.|I asked the Front desk to help with the safe and they told me someone is coming to fix it. No one came. In the morning i said to the front desk for the second time that my safe isnt working, they said someone will be fixing it.|I came back to the hotel 4 hours later and the safe still not working. I asked very kindly that i need the safe to be working.|I came bak to the hotel 5 hours later and the safe is not working.|I called the front desk angry and told them that i need the safe to be working, that is an essential of a hotel.|They told me that no one is coming today that i can put my valuables at the front desk(not happening)|I complained that the ac was not working, its not going below 22.5 Celsius. The person that came to my room told me to wait 30 minutes on max fan but it doesnt get cold.|He told me that maybe tomorrow they can address this issue.||There is a burned out light bulb.|The shower gets all the bathroom area soaked||With this type of service i am never coming back, the only thing keeping me here is that i paid a non refundable booking.|They don’t care about the guests, they really don’t care

The elevator wasn’t working 90% of the time and there was no tissues enough nor tooth brush kit, and you don’t get free water or coffee shots, you should always remind them of that. Plus the hotel is so dim … no enough lights in the rooms. And most importantly no room service at night… nothi

What a lovely boutique hotel just off the Siene in wonderful neighboorhood. The staff were excellent and caring. The room was generous and immaculate. Wonderful restaurants nearby. I would return and recommend..

The air co detaining in our hotel did NOT work and we were told we would have our room changed, but that did NOT happen! The manager Emelie gave us a 250€ discount, which is a complete JOKE! We did not sleep well at night and were sweating the sheets. This was all explained to the front desk after our first night of the stay. We are not happy as we were looking for a 5 star experience, this felt more like a 4 star experience. Sad because it could have been much better if management was more fair and understanding!

Do not stay here! I booked here because it's location, and also through Amex Travel so I didn't expect any less than a 5 star hotel. But this hotel has the worst amenities, almost no A/C and the maid STOLE money from us! We had our privacy sign on and didn't expect anyone to illegally entering the room, so had my belongings unlocked. The maid took cash from my wallet. Before leaving the U.S my husband told me to put cash in my wallet and we didn't touch any of it through out the trip. Normally I probably wouldn't have any idea of how much cash I have in my wallet. The hotel turns off their A/C in the middle of the night. When I called the front desk the person said,"it will be cooler in two hours, there's nothing I can do." (The exact words) with no apology. Do not stay here!!!!!

This hotel is not 5 stars. I would give zero if I could. They did not do proper protocol during check in causing distress for me when i was checking out. I ordered room service and they never picked up the trays even after the next day which is disgusting. They also tried charging a $500 fee for checking out at 1pm which is something you inform your guest so they have an option to stay or agree. $500 is the price of the room LOL not for one extra hour. I guess they needed the money for the empty rooms. Also was woken up to a fire alarm for 20 minutes at 5 in the morning without a warning. Usually they slip a note under your door letting you know about the inconvenience. They clearly don't have the couth. Also, the room smelt like boiled eggs. They are also short on staff so when I checked in, the guy was asking for my help with the luggage lol how ironic. He finally managed my luggage on his own once he had a little bit of convincing from the young lady downstairs.

Ended up here for martinis when we found out the Plaza Athenee across the road was closed for refurb. It was a beautiful evening so we sat in the tiny courtyard outside the front of the hotel and had drinks. Service was fine, though not notable, but the drinks very nice - albeit fairly expensive. I'd also also asked for olive and was brought lemon. However, without much choice in the area, it served a purpose and I've got no complaints!

Review for Hotel Bar only! My boyfriends parents often stayed here when they visited Paris a few years ago. We stopped in for a drink while waiting for our Dinner reservation nearby. They commented how the Hotel was renovated since their last time there, restaurant next door added/bought over and the hotel is now modern and contemporary. We ordered a bottle of wine at the hotel bar. Bartender/server a bit aloof and a bit of a wait considering we sat at a table at arm's reach from the bar and 6 other people sitting at other tables. Regardless, it's Paris so savour the moment. Love the sculptures in the lobby, very whimsical. Romantic Stroll to and from Hotel Montaigne.

Over a month of emails and calls almost everyday to this Hotel to make a group reservation and NOTHING. I came down to visit the hotel and was assured to hear back from the management following my meeting with the staff and still NOTHING. Apparently the manager is the only person who can assist me and yet she s always BUSY! NEVER THERE OR TOO BUSY TO GET TO THE PHONE YOU WOULD THINK THEY ARE PAYING YOU TO STAY THERE!!! I will be taking my group of guests and myself to another Hotel in Paris.

HORROR SHOW! STAY AWAY! My wife and I haved stayed at many five start hotels and believe me this is not one! We went to celebrate our honeymoon and were shocked by the hotel! No 5 star hotel has rooms without a shower, YES, you heard me, NO SHOWER! We had to call the front desk four times as the WIFI continued to work intermittedly. Most rooms face a tiny alley and a view of the back of another bldg. They have one, tiny elevator that was down the second morning we were there and we had to use the stairs to carry our luggage down SIX FLOORS! The front staff is incredibly rude and not to mention made a dinner reservation for us the first night and when we showed up at the restaurant they told us they had no reservation! We had to wait 30 minutes for a table. Finally, I wrote the hotel manager to express my dissatisfaction with NO response whatsoever. Again, this never happens at a five star hotel. Trust me, you could find many other fabulous hotels in Paris for this type of price that are much more like five star hotels. This place is a joke!
