What a wonderful find. We spent 4 nights here in a suite that was very comfortable and spacious with a lovely outdoor space with jacuzzi and grazing deer in the field. Service was fantastic as was breakfast. Paolo is a great bartender and learned how to make my favorite cocktail. We stayed at numerous high end hotels on this trip and this was hands down the best overall experience. Beautiful and eclectic decor adds to the charm of this hotel.

One of the nicest hotels l've ever stayed in. Loved the electric decor and the modern room. The staff went above and beyond, unloading and loading our car and giving us a great tour of the facilities. The breakfast was incredible. Can't say enough good things about this hotel

One of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at- and we’ve stayed in many wonderful ones! From the moment we arrived, we were upgraded from the Silver to the Gold Suite at no extra cost. After long days of hiking, we loved coming back to a warm steam shower and relaxing hot bath. Each evening, the hotel surprised us with a nightcap of sweet treats and chamomile tea, and every morning breakfast included a special pastry of the day. The staff were consistently kind, warm, and helpful- we would 10/10 stay here again! Tip for international guests: if you don’t have phone service to call the concierge for the shuttle, ask for their WhatsApp number!

The most friendly Italians work here. Room has a great view and the breakfast is spectacular. Plus the hotel offers free shuttle service to Seceda and Alpe de susi cable car so no worry about parking

One of the nicest hotels we’ve stayed in. It started with checking in where they unloaded our car while the front desk gave us a tour of the beautifully decorated hotel. Our room had a hot tub and they provided small treats for us, perfect after a day of hiking. The breakfast was as good as you can get, so delicious. Great hotel

We had an outstanding experience at Montchalet. The friendliness of the staff and the service were real stand outs. Our room was well outfitted, and the in suite hot tub was a real plus - needed it to recover from miles of biking and hiking. Breakfast was perfect everyday, as were our aperitivos. We’ll be back for sure!

My husband and I spent 3 wonderful nights at Montchalet and intend to return in the future. We had the room with the Steamshower and 2 balconies and thoroughly enjoyed our stay! I can not say enough wonderful things about the staff - from the driver of the shuttle, the receptionists, bartender, masseuse and especially the wait staff in the restaurant! They felt like family by the end of our stay. Their attention to detail and service is first class! We ate dinner in the hotel all 3 nights, with the last night being room service, excellent each time. We found the selection on the menus to be excellent. Breakfast was delicious and loved the variety. Can not say enough good things about Montchalet.

Our suite was spacious and well-appointed, featuring a comfortable king-sized bed and two private balcony overlooking the downtown and mountains. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any requests. I highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing vacation. We had the most amazing stay here! The service was impeccable and staff was so accommodating! The rooms are so nice, really comfortable beds and great amenities. We brought our two teenage kids and they loved it also. Not far from the town center and they have a shuttle. The food was SO good too,
