This hotel has the most amazing location and the kindest staff. Our view of the gorge was one of a kind. Our dealing with the reception team was first rate. The hotel itself is a beautiful building. All it needs is a bit of updating without spoiling the charm to be perfect. Rooms really need a refresh and updated amenities.

Very nice hotel with views of the bridge and gorge. We had a wonderful time in Ronda. We Especially appreciated the extra help we received from Lola at reception. Her efforts made our trip a complete success! Thank you Lola!!

The best part of this hotel is the view! Our room (#204) looked out right on the gorge (amazing!!!). This former home had nice antiques, but seemed old, bathroom was outdated. After a shower, it smelled very musty. The bed and pillows were comfy. They did park our car as not needed while there. Everything is walkable from this hotel. The location was fabulous. Breakfast was nice; their restaurant was closed for renovations but is supposed to be very good. ||The location was excellent as we could walk everywhere. They took our car to park somewhere. Patricia at the main desk was very nice and so helpful.

The most friendly and helpful staff. The most beautiful antique room with all the amenities and the most stunning view of the bridge and the Gorge. One of the most amazing sunset views I've ever had! I only wish we could have spent a few more nights...

Lovely boutique hotel with an incredible view of the gorge. Restaurant was amazing with views and delicious food. Rooms and bathrooms need an update. Biggest complaint was that the hotel server must have been hacked prior to our stay. Someone got ahold of the exact dates and cost of our stay. Using that information requested confirmation with our cc to secure our reservation within 24 hours. I emailed the hotel. The hotel did not respond quickly. Because this request looked so legitimate I followed through with an attempt at confirmation with my cc. I contacted my bank and their fraud department thought it looked legitimate as well. Finally received an email back from the hotel who said they were having “technical problems “ to disregard that email. Also called the hotel and received the same response. Ended up having to cancel 2 credit cards. Social services even contacted us because we were attempted victims of fraud as seniors! Our friends who were staying at the same hotel received the same email. Upon arrival at the hotel I explained this situation to the receptionist to make them aware of this scam, but she did not seem to grasp the importance of cybersecurity and the totality of this situation on us. There must be someone within this hotel’s organization that has hacked into their systems!

Fantastic views, great service, lovely food, and actually not silly prices. Went just for dinner and it was faultless. It’s more pricey than a street tapas experience but for me, this was the best meal we had during our tour of Spain.

The balcony the restaurant is on has an amazing view, being perched on the side of the gorge. So unsurprisingly it was very touristy. Food was quite good but expensive. Personally I prefer more local places. But here you get the view, and the hotel itself in is a lovely old quirky building.

There’s something not right about this hotel. The staff are lovely and the location, obviously, is superb, but the condition of the hotel is not 4 star. Our room had a bathroom that had been repaired very shabbily, one of the power points didn’t work, the bed head was unattached to the wall, and poor sound proofing. The pool area dirty and poorly maintained. The pool itself hadn’t been filtered for quite some time. Four stars?: maybe once, but not now. The staff were terrific. Indeed, the receptionist came to our room to try to fix the bed, but it was not repaired during our stay.

Yelp
My wife and I stayed two nights in early Sep 2023, in a Double Room with Views (#103). View was stupendous over the ravine and famous bridge. Bed comfort was heavenly. Towels and bed linen were luxurious. Location unbeatable due to view and ease of walking to sights and restaurants. Service was very good. Parking provided at safe site located about a 5 minute walk away. When unloading/loading our vehicle, we did not park directly in front of hotel, but about 20 meters past the hotel at a small intersection (in front of bldg #16) so as not to block the narrow road.

Yelp
What a view! Get a room with a view that even has a little balcony to step out on. Though, the lights in Ronda on the bridge mean closing blinds at night. The whole hotel is fancy and elegant. It feels great to be in and just super fancy but for a great price for that fancy. Enjoy the tiny pool meant for enjoying and not swimming. Bar service is pricey and you get a small glass of wine for 4 euro and Nestea for 3 euro, but you get it delivered! Before you go to the pool, get a towel at the front desk. Wifi was broken during our stay. Very helpful front desk. Doors lock at night so ring bell.

Yelp
This is a wonderful hotel. We arrived December 20 and stayed in the Marakesh room. The service was delightful in the restaurant and we enjoyed our stay. It did rain but we managed to walk around Rhonda. This hotel and restaurant has an amazing view of the gorge and the Rhonda Bridge. This hotel is very elegant and is centrally located to many places of interest.
