i enjoyed that they had parking available however you do need to pay ¥1800 for 24 hrs. it’s not a regular parking garage but more of a multi story garage. the rooms were quite spacious, the bed has space to put your luggage underneath. the service was amazing! my hubby and i got in room massage service and it was pretty good! i had an older lady who was surprisingly strong! she massaged parts of my calf that most other masseuse tend to neglect. location was pretty good, it’s close to the station and close to some good food areas. no onsen here. i would come back to this hotel

A classy hotel that we stayed at for two nights whilst in Fukuoka. Near the city centre, convenient walk to the train station, and has good amenities provided. The staff were most helpful at the check in counter and provided us with all the information we needed; the rooms were clean and spacious enough for us to open two large luggages (with a little bit of navigation).

conveniently located with ample food options. walkable to tenjin station. room is a bit on the small side with prices on the higher end on the weekend, but would still recommend considering the design and location.

Location is very good, plus they have 7/11 right underneath too. Very convenient. Room, even for a 3 person room, is quite small because of their bulky furnitures. It would feel bigger if they removed the wardrobe and replaced it for a suitcase desk instead. Bathroom is nice though. The shower head is amazing. The design of the hotel itself was also interesting. They definitely like their alfonso mucha.

Two stars for the decent location, decent breakfast, and good hospitality. On the other hand, the room was horrible!!! The toilet smelled of urine, even though we had just checked in. The bathroom grout was moldy. After staying at this hotel, my family and I developed a rash on our faces. Not the typical 4-star hotel, I would say.

Staff is friendly, Location is good, rainy day provide towel for customer is very thoughtful, the welcome drink bar til 11:00p.m. further improvement : coin washing machine.

The property is centrally located nearby to the main shopping area and subway station. There is a 7-11 attached to the property which is very convenient and reasonable car park options nearby. The room feels a bit aged, was not clean enough. We felt quite suffocated and extremely warm in December night to which the staff offered very limited options such as open the window and switch off the air conditioning as it there is only central heating available and no changes to the pre set temperature could be made. In short - Good location but not a property to recommend or return.

Love the location (Tenjin) and there area a few yaitai running downstairs at night or you can walk to other huge group of yaitai easily within 10 mins walk. Room is standard but i wish they will have more practical facilities such as microwave and convenience stores. Will stay somewhere else next time.
