Hotel Montesol Arttyco

Nice little hotel that in Spanish words is more of a hostel, it's family run, and the food was very pleasant, the staff very helpful. The rooms are pleasant but basic. Great value for money. The walk into the village is nice, but not so easy for those with ski equipment but the chairlift is only ten minutes walk. I'd recommend this hotel.

Bargain prices for bed breakfast and evening meal, with home cooked local food. Rooms were clean and warm, staff really friendly, nothing was to much trouble. We had two children with special diets and they went out of their way to cater for them. Parking free outside the hotel. Ideal place to stay if you are looking for an bargain hotel.

Amazing convenience, but indeed way better staff. Thank you for not as it were making our remain cheerful, but moreover for making it so charming.

We were looking for a small, not expensive hotel in Sierra Nevada for 2 nights (we planed to climb the Veletta point, so it was necessary to find the place to relax after climbing). Firstly, I'd like to say that the hotel fully meet the criteria of price and all the conditions are at the proposed level (small room, not various breakfast - I recommend you better to buy some food at the supermarket. However, the HUGE disadvantage which I'd like to mention is very dirty room- I an not a critique, I understand that cheep hotel provides the client only with the minimum conditions, however the room should be cleaned! The floor was dirty, there were hair everywhere, the bed linens was dirty with disgusting spots, even curtains and towels were stained. Writing this comment I really hope, that the hotel owner's will pay more attention to the clearity of the rooms.

Horrible customer service, was told before arriving we needed cash deposit as there was no card machine, then when we got there they refused the cash, insisting on card. When I got it back TWO WEEKS LATER, It was £10 less than they took. Very rude on the phone constantly interrupting me and saying it wasn't possible to charge in euros. They are scamming people!

Fantastic stay at the hotel ,the staff are super friendly and helpful ,room clean n comfortable , amazing views from the terrace , delicious breakfast and home cooked dinner .this family hotel is a wonderful place to stay .
