Got a room at groundfloor. Thight. No view at all, just a frosted window that couldnt be opened. You cant controlle the aircondition in your room, you have to call/go to the frontdesk if you want it on or off. The bed is hard.

Room was basic but wonderful cool in the summer heat. It was SO QUIET and the staff was lovely.

Decent price to quality ratio. There was a lot of noise in the corridor at night and big crack below the door, that lat the noise and light into the room. Besides that, the hotel is ok. Very convenient location.

Well located simple Hotel near Porta Nuova. CheckIn was easy and Receptionist very friendly. The Rooms are only 3 stars because the walls are paperthin and the windows don't close very well, so can be very noisy. But still for the price a good value. 1 person 2 nights 107€

Service & staff excellent. The room was a bit small & pokey but it was clean & tidy & functional for just to get sleep. Our room was on the ground floor & the window was locked & couldn't open it.

I spent two nights here whilst visiting for the atp finals, the location was just perfect for my needs: an eight minutes walk from the train station and right next to the tram station for “linea 4” that brings you directly to inalpi arena.|The personnel at the reception was very kind and friendly and the reception itself is open 24/7.|The area is good, close to the station but in a nice, quiet, alley and it’s a 30 minutes walk max to the city center. |The room was clean and tidy and had everything we needed for a couple of days. |Would definitely recommend.

This hotel doesn't have a lift & only on two floors. We requested a room on the ground floor prior to arrival, but got a room on the first floor(with 25 steps from.reception). Fortunately the receptionists helped us with our luggage. They are very helpful , friendly and efficient👍It's about 20-25 mins on foot to the center. There are trams ; buses on the main road, so public transport is a good option to walking.

The room rate I paid included air conditioning, but the air conditioning was not working, and the hotel acknowledged this. It was difficult to get a good sleep in the hot summer. I requested partial compensation from the hotel, but their manager refused. I do not recommend this hotel as it lacks integrity and responsibility.

Yelp
Booked this hotel for myself and my partner for 2 nights during Eurovision week for May 2022 back in Oct 2021. A friend also did the same on a separate booking. However, in Jan 2022 both bookings were cancelled due to issues with "payment processing on card". This was blatant lying, as both cards for both bookings worked fine. What really happened is the hotel knew it could get more for the nights in question with such a big event on in Turin (see prices for hotels that week vs. other weeks if you don't believe me) and cancelled both our bookings. Half hearted excuses were given "I'm not the person who processes bookings" etc and a call back to explain situation further that was requested never happened. Conveniently, hotel is now booked out for same dates a mere 5 mins after cancelling our bookings. Management are clearly greedy and dishonest and attempting to price gouge during a time of high demand. Shame on them. Do not recommend lest you also fall foul of cancelled bookings
