More of a large complex than a hotel, it has several blocks serviced by 3 pools, one of which is adult-only. It's located almost in the centre of town, making it easy to step out and sample the bars and restaurants beyond its curtilage. ||The hotel has an old-world colonial charm with super friendly and helpful staff. Our room was upgraded from an Executive to a Junior Suite. The extra space was welcome, though having seen our original room, that would have been more than enough for two. Everything was kept clean, both in and out of the rooms. ||Food and drink were good, with a well-attended Happy Hour in the bar each evening. We ate in the hotel a couple of evenings. The theme night buffet on Saturday is worth attending to get a sample of a lot of the local dishes without ordering blind from a menu.||The beach club is nice, though slightly pricey for lunch. Sunbeds are also charged if you're not on Half Board.||Breakfast was a little manic, with just about the right number of tables and guests. The staff were efficient at clearing tables. My only gripe is that the coffee was very poor, coming from a vending-type machine. No Espresso for breakfast.
