The restoration of this property was done impeccably. Truly warm and inviting while also feeling grand and luxurious. I felt truly at home. The beds were comfortable and clean, the staff was attentive and kind, everything was as it should be. Plus this place is so close to the center of everything while also being on a quiet corner. I am already going to stay with them again on my return trip later this week

The hotel building dates from the 1880s, when it was built to house people arriving on the railroad. It has that historic feel throughout, although it's had additions and been updated nicely through the years. The building has a solid façade, but inside are 3 or 4 courtyards around which the rooms are dispersed. The lobby has one of these courtyards, and when we were there it was almost magical with a fountain and lights strung at each level of the atrium. So beautiful at night.||Our room was nice, too. It had a historic feel to it, but the furniture and amenities were all modern. It was a good size, had a separate desk and credenza, and a nice view out over the Jardin de San Francisco and its Templo. There was a bit of road noise, but that disappeared at night. They offer a buffet breakfast that was not included in our rate. It's served in the lobby's courtyard, and looked rather unimpressive for the price.||The service provided by the desk agent, concierge, and doormen was always friendly and they were incredibly helpful. Oh, and the location is great for exploring Guadalajara--just 4 blocks from the Plaza de Armas/Plaza de Guadalajara. We did walk to the Instituto Cabañas, but it was about 1 km. What a fantastic hotel in a fantastic city.

Hotel Morales in Guadalajara absolutely exceeded all expectations! From the moment we arrived, the warm hospitality made us feel right at home. The breakfast is out of this world, a true feast of traditional Mexican dishes, freshly made and bursting with flavor. Every morning felt like a cultural experience in itself. The hotel’s security team is incredible, always kind, professional, and attentive, making us feel completely safe throughout our stay. The entire staff goes above and beyond, ensuring every detail is perfect, from spotless rooms to helpful local recommendations. The property itself is gorgeous, with a charming historic feel and modern comfort blended seamlessly. The location is perfect for exploring the heart of Guadalajara, yet it’s peaceful and relaxing once you’re back inside. We will 100% be returning, in a heartbeat! If you’re visiting Guadalajara, don’t think twice. This place is a gem.

Lovely looking hotel with a good feel in the lobby and hallways. Some rooms are small according to other guests, but we had a larger room with 2 double beds and a separate seating area/foyer and large washroom with good shower ... except no soap provided in the shower, need to retrieve soap from the sink several steps away. Coffee in the restaurant and in-room is terrible (so weak) and no fridge in the rooms. Also, only 1 small elevator with strict rule of only 4 pax. Lovely front desk and restaurant staff. There is a large church nearby and its stupid church bells start to ring out the time at 3 am!!! Otherwise, a good location a short walk (5 min.) to the centre of town for the Governor's palace, Cathedral, shopping, etc.

Excellent breakfast buffet. It was the best buffet in our tour. Beautiful historic hotel with easy walking distances to historic churches, restaurants and cafes. Seems like it was recently remodeled so it was clean with good showers. The staff were very helpful especially with transportation.

I always stay at the Morales when visiting Guadalajara. The staff is very well trained and nice. The location is excellent. The rooms are large and clean. The balcony rooms can be a little loud but you are in the heart of the city, you should expect some of this.

Google
Positive: The proximity to stores and downtown "centro" of Guadalajara. The staff was friendly and helpful at ALL times. I regret not getting the breakfast option when I booked my stay because the buffet is worth the price. Negative: I liked everything.

Beautiful, clean and historic hotel. Lovely breakfast too.|Very helpful staff.|Great location. Rooms are spacious, albeit a little dark. Overall a fantastic experience and I would definitely return!

Yelp
We recently stayed at the hotel Morales. I'm sooo happy with our choice. I wanted to stay somewhere authentic. This was an absolutely beautiful hotel and prime location. I would stay here again if we revisit GDL. Room was a bit small but we were hardly in the room just a place to rest our heads. AC was working and good.

Yelp
Do not book or take room #105. All rooms have two beds, room 105 has a bed, positioned next to the closet. You cannot open the doors to the closet. I can see one night, but we were there three nights. Yes, we could had packed up and left for another room, but we were with a tour group for 19 days, and I had many items. The reading light is out in the side with the closet. Figuring out the a/c was interesting. It blew warm air one night. I worked the a/c the following day and was able to work it. No ice bucket. The TV has different apps, and it isn't that user-friendly. Be careful of the step up into the bathroom. I banged up my arm doing so. The location is good, only one good restaurant close by.

Yelp
We stayed for three nights and loved our stay there. Super convenient to all the town center attractions, transportation and restaurants. The breakfast that is included is fabulous. The wait staff is very accommodating and efficient. It's absolutely beautiful in the hotel There are three beautiful courtyards, A swimming pool and workout facility and rooftop views of the city that are wonderful

Yelp
We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful colonial hotel. Everyone provided friendly excellent service. We had a room with 2 beds and it was clean, spacious, and the beds were very confortable. Without a doubt we will be staying here again.

Yelp
My family had a wonderful time at Hotel Morales. The hotel itself is charming and slightly rustic and CLEAN. The location is perfect! We could walk across the street to La Chata and other many great food options all around. My daughter had to have her Subway turkey sandwich that was located near the hotel as well. We walked to memorable churches and cute shops. There were abundant taxis and helpful workers at the hotel. They serve a fantastic breakfast (why do Mexican pancakes taste so delicious?!) full of healthy and naughty options. We had drinks in the serene hotel bar. Guadalajara is a crowded and hectic city, a mix of new and old. Hotel Morales provided a comfortable stay and starting point for our daily adventures.

Yelp
A tour company chose this hotel. It's very Colonial and beautiful. The room had a coffeemaker, blow dryer and toiletries. The shower had high pressure and the A/C with remote control worked well. I forgot to check out the heated pool. Staff is very attentive. A man in reception printed the immigration forms I needed for the airport. There is security at the entrance. The room has a safety deposit box. I was there only two nights so I put a do not disturb sign hanging on the door. I had a note slipped under the door noting that I had put that sign but to call to request amenities such as clean towels if I needed them. That's great attentive service.

Yelp
We stayed at a Hotel Morales for a total of 5 nights. In total, our group rented, approximately six rooms with varying lengths of stay as we were celebrating a birthday. Booking directly with the hotel was very easy, and we were able to check in early upon arrival. The hotel is approximately 30 minutes from the airport; the hotel can arrange transportation to and from the airport for 320 pesos, which turns to be about $15 US in 2023. There were no issues w/ the transport arranged through the hotel; they were very flexible with our delayed arrival. There is also Uber in Mexico, which we took from the hotel to various restaurants without issue. This hotel is also walkable to many historic sites, open markets, and small businesses. Our stay at the hotel was pleasant as our room was as pictured and described online. The colonial design was beautiful and exactly the type of boutique, small hotel feel we were looking for during our trip. The cleanliness was satisfactory, and the amenities were as stated online. As other reviewers have noted, the hotel does have some plumbing issues; however, that is common for most Mexican states as the plumbing is old. We learned to allow time between flushing and the one time we had an issue with plumbing, the hotel staff addressed it promptly. It's important to note that this is the historical/colonial downtown area, which was built over hundreds of years ago, and likely still has the same plumbing so be flexible when traveling! There is 24 hour armed security at the front; entrance as there are at many establishments throughout Mexico. At no point in our stay did we feel unsafe. There is a pool on the top floor, which offered a nice rest from the heat of the city and a place to unwind with friends. We will concur with a prior reviewer that the pool does have loose tiles so use with caution, as you would, with any area that has a potential for a hazard. Overall, the food and beverages at the hotel were great and reasonably reasonably priced. The hotel provides bottled water at the front desk for guest. We appreciate the fair price, the accessibility, and hospitality. We will be back to continue our exploration of Guadalajara!

Yelp
My family stayed here on our way to Tequila. I loved the vibe of the hotel. Such beautiful architecture. Ramon, the door man, was fabulous. He was so welcoming and even kept my car out front since he knew I was heading back out. Yes, the courtyard area gets loud, but that is true for any hotel built like that. We had no issue with the amenities and I always laugh when people complain about beds. I would definitely stay here again.

Cynthia G.

Yelp
Beautiful room and decorations for the holidays. Loved the accommodations and how central the hotel was to shopping and restaurants. The only complaint I have is that they have Very thin walls though. Our room was on the top floor by the elevator and anyone entering the elevator sounded like they were in our room. Don't stay near the elevator.

Yelp
Wonderful hotel in the center of Guadalajara. Nice breakfast with lots of options, I love an omelette bar. Room I had was for one and it was pretty big. The AC worked great. Wi-Fi was a little spotty. They have common areas around the hotel that are very nice if you don't get good service to hang out and get better reception. You get small toiletries, the shower was big and had good water pressure. We loved La Chata restaurant just a block away. There is also a concierge if you want to see areas around Guadalajara. They also set up a taxi for only $320 (~15 US DOLLARS) pesos back to airport. And don't miss the light show at the Cathedral at 8:45 or 9:30. Spectacular and less than a 10 minute walk from hotel. If I'm ever back in Guadalajara I'd definitely stay here again

Annette R.

Yelp
Staff was great. Food was excellent. Location could not have been more perfect. Everyone was helpful and accomodating. Will stay here again.

Chris C.

Yelp
Lovely hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Delicious buffet breakfast (not included in price).

Yelp
Pros: Located walking distance to the cathedral and other sites (about 5 min walk) Easy check in Room big and clean Staff friendly Easy check out Cons: Bed too firm Toilet not flushing properly Noisy AC Arrived via pre-arranged transport from the airport. They hotel arranged the transportation for us. It cost under $20 for two of us. You could also use Uber, which is cheaper. The room: room 117. Big. Clean. We had a two bed room. The beds were a little too firm for me. It made for uncomfortable sleep. The pillows were great. The room had plenty of natural light coming in, but great blackout curtains. Loved the little balconies. The bathroom was big. The shower has good water pressure. Hot water worked well. They had the best smelling toiletries. You'll have shampoo, conditioner, lotion, bar soap, shower cap, hand sanitizer, vanity kit, shoe shine. The toilet wasn't flushing properly, but we made it work. They tried fixing it and did offer to move us to another room, but we declined. We didn't have time to pack up and move. The AC was a little noisy at times. The room has a safe. The closet fit our clothes perfectly. The pool and gym are on the top floor. I didn't use either, but I did check them out. Safety: we felt safe the whole time around the hotel, but we were told multiple times by different people to avoid walking around the area at night. Extras: Eat at la chata. There's always a line, but it goes by quickly. Our driver from the airport offered to be our personal tour guide for day trips, so if you haven't booked a trip, consider using a private transport

Yelp
This is a beautiful hotel, the staff is wonderful and the architecture is stunning. We ate breakfast one day in the restaurant the food was really good and after fOur days of Mexican food i really appreciated the vegetarian omelet made fresh h at thE buffet. There is a foosball table and pool table on the first floor. The swimming pool is small but works. They haVe a great spa. I had a terrific massage there. Why only four stars? The neighborhood is not stellar but you can get their driver or an Uber and go anywhere Also, the beds weren't my favorite - the room was clean and qUiet.

Yelp
Hotel Morales is stunning and historic. Wonderful location and walking distance everywhere. The staff were kind and attentive. Not all staff spoke English but thankfully my boyfriend is Hispanic and was able to translate when needed. Nice size rooms and VERY clear A+. Hotel feels very safe and they have security at the door. Will be visiting again in near future.

Yelp
Excellent!!! Great fast & friendly service, clean safe and cozy. Booked the nocturnal GDL & tequila tour through them. Definitely recommend.

Yelp
Gorgeous historic hotel in Centro Guadalajara step from the shopping centers, cathedrals and markets. Bustling city in the go 24/7. Staff is friendly, informative and professional. Our every request was attended to without hesitation. Recommend highly. Free wifi and parking. In house discounts. Lived our room and stay!

Refugio L.

Yelp
Amazing, Vintage Hotel. The staff was polite, on top of their game and they got us everything we needed.

Beautiful architecture, clean rooms, and peaceful energy! I absolutely recommend a visit

Yelp
Our stay was from January 3-6, 2024. We went with four other families for a holiday vacation. Each family had problems /issues with this hotel. Our Uber driver told us on our way there. It's an older hotel and the front street is OK but do not walk one block south in the evening as it is a very dangerous area, I don't drive this way at night. The hotel itself is very old, outdated. My two children and I shared a room with two beds that were very uncomfortable and full size not queen size beds. We were awoken at 3:30 am To water Dripping from the AC unit. At first I didn't think anything of it, but then it started pouring water that we could no longer sleep. It flooded the room where my sons luggage was and wet all his clothes and room. When we called, they said maintenance did not get in until 10 am. We had scheduled tours and excursions that morning so we had to leave the room. I asked him to not go in there until we got back as everything was soaking wet. They called me later that day, and said the only thing they could do was wash our clothes And they would look into moving us into another room when we got back. I'm sorry, but this is very unacceptable. They should've at least compensated with some kind of discount for the inconvenience, lack of sleep we had that night. They moved us up to the highest level in a corner next to high-voltage area. The other families that went with us complained about the bed being uncomfortable. There was families yelling and they couldn't sleep and in the morning you hear traffic and dishes bankiging from the restaurant below. It is a very old, haunting type of hotel. The front desk Were all very rude and in the three days we were there, We never saw any of them smile each time that we went up to them nor were they very accommodating. I would highly recommend you NOT reserve to stay here on your visit To Guadalajara. Very bad experience, old and dangerous area! Lots of robberies and drugs in this area.

Yelp
I loved this place. The inside of the hotel is very clean and beautiful, the bedrooms are nice, clean and comfortable. Walking distance to shopping areas and the Cathedral, no driving or taxis are needed. I definitely will be coming back here. I highly recommend it.

Yelp
DONT STAY HERE UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR STUFF STOLEN!!! Stayed here for 2 nights. And they stole my mom's jewelry worth over $6000. They went through our stuff when we weren't in the hotel. We called to make a complaint and told us that they couldn't do anything about it. They went through their cameras and told us a housekeeper went inside of our room when we stepped out. When they questioned her why she went in, she said she was making sure everything was okay. She didn't clean, take out the trash, or anything. Also, beforehand we told them we didn't want anyone going in our rooms for privacy reasons. We got the local authorities involved too, but they didn't do much either. The service is really bad and everyone was rude. It feels as if all the staff and managers are all in on it. Would not recommend staying here EVER. BE WARNED.
google avatar

Ben S.

Yelp
Do not stay here. Don't be fooled the internet does not work consistently and will be out hours during the day, my daughters cut her leg open which required urgent stitches and now has a big scare on her leg because of the pool and all the broken tile, the hotel told us that was our problem and would do nothing. The staff is not helpful and the food is over priced and you have not refrigerator in your room. This hotel is run by crooks.
google avatar

Pranay V.

Yelp
This is such a gorgeous hotel. The rooms are nice with a great decor and hotel has a classic retro feel to it. Also you can get a sneak of the cathedral from your room :-) They have a breakfast option which is decent, but would recommend trying the taquerias right next to the hotel. I've heard the hotel has a great spa too. Yet to try that!
google avatar

Kris F.

Yelp
Great place to stay. Great staff, very polite & attentive. Walking distance to the plaza's

Melinda M.

Yelp
Safe, beautiful, delicious breakfast, amazing swimming pool and great customer service. Comfortable bed and very clean rooms. Walking distance to great restaurants and sights- super close as it is part of the historic district. Will stay there any time I'm in guadalajara.
google avatar

Sue V.

Yelp
I stayed here two nights and loved the historic feel of the hotel exterior with updated rooms and bathrooms. Service was impeccable and we were close to many historic sites, delicious restaurants, and the market. The shower was amazing and we often ate in the seatings scattered throughout the beautiful halls (there were three including one with a koi pool). Beds were comfy too. Just note that if you get a room overlooking the main hall/lobby, it may be noisier due to both lobby traffic and the restaurant. There is an airport shuttle (they arrange a driver in a private vehicle) which we used both ways without issue. For some reason it costs a bit more (280 vs 250) pesos for airport pickup but that probably includes the airport parking.
google avatar

Yelp
Hotel is beautiful, CLEAN, friendly & centrally located to everything! Staff friendly & courteous. The pool was great too! Breakfast was average... The best part of our family trip was Alfonso (Poncho) the preferred hotel driver who is friendly trustworthy honest and gets you around to any town for a reasonable cost. His # is +52 (33) 1233 3540 for those interested. I left my wallet in his car and returned with nothing missing. His honesty was greatly appreciated.
google avatar

Soni K.

Yelp
I truly enjoy staying in this hotel as this was the 2nd time I've returned to this place. The location is great and the classic decor is simple and nice. The hotel is off of the beaten path but central to everything you need, be it a restaurant, central square or shopping. Everything is close range and a short walking distance but away from the noise of the crowd. Front desk was very helpful and our concierge Lissie was great in booking us a rental car for our stay in Guadalajara. Room was kept clean and well maintained for our whole week of stay here. I will be back soon..
google avatar

Marz R.

Yelp
Beautiful hotel! My husband and I love this hotel & location. The staff are friendly, helpful and hard-working. You are walking distance to restaurants, shops, churches, convenience stores, museums, etc. The rooms are clean and spacious. We had drinks at bar/restaurant once since we were constantly out & about. The restaurant across from hotel is also very delicious & inexpensive. There were several people eating at hotel buffet. But, you should venture out & eat at nearby establishments. It's cheaper and heartier. Enjoy real Mexican food. Check Yelp. Book your tours with the concierge for GDL Adventure tours. Don Antonio & his son Paco, the tour guides, are informative, helpful, and very funny. Specify if you want a Spanish or English tour. Be prepared to drink tequila & have a long & happy time. If you want to get more bang for your buck. Exchange your dollars at Elektra (near hotel) rather than front desk. The exchange rate is higher. Hotel staff were happy to share information. We enjoyed our stay & are definitely returning. The hotel is beautiful, the location is fantastic, and the city is safe to wander off...

Yelp
Hotel Morales, where to start. My family had been coming here for years and on this occasion, my mom had a ring and necklace stolen out of her bag ($5-6k in value). We notified the front desk about the disappearance, they were careless and said they couldn't help if the manager wasn't here and we asked them to review camera footage. They reviewed the footage and noticed an employee went into the room when no one from our side called for room service or anything...we also had the do not disturb sign on the door while we were out so we wouldn't be bothered and they still came into the room. They told us they went in to "inspect." Nobody was present and no one was called for service so why would they come into the room if they had no business being in there? They also stated it's not there fault we had our stuff stolen but how is it our fault an employee came into the room and our belongings went missing after? When asked to talk to the employee and they said she didn't take anything but it's there word against who's? They didn't disclose any information or didn't seek any type of help for us, just overall careless. Would not recommend staying at this hotel and for certain will be our last visit here.
google avatar

Tara A.

Yelp
We stayed here during our 14 your layover back to SF. We wish we would have extended our stay! This hotel was beautiful and has so much history. They staff was all very professional and was not pushy on tours outside the hotel. The room was clean and when our remote wasn't working, they provided us with a new one promptly. One small issue was that the sink was slow when draining but that's very common in Mexico and the bed did not have fitted sheets; they used regular sheets and tucked it in. We only noticed because we always check for bed bugs prior to sleeping. But no worries- the mattress was clean! We hope to come back again in the future!
google avatar

Yelp
Great spot walking distance to Downtown, Friendly customer service, 24 hr security. The hotel is beautiful. The rooms are spacious and clean. The TV and air conditioning all worked.
google avatar

Gregory J.

Yelp
The beauty of this hotel runs skin deep. The hotel is located in the city center, and the lobby is breathtaking. Hotel Morales has so much potential but it honestly felt like they were going out of their way to make us have the worst experience possible. The hotel itself is a scam. Our room flooded the very first night. Front desk didn't want to let us change to a dry room. The valet damaged our car and tried to get us to take the car and leave without telling us what he did. Upon seeing the damage we questioned the valet who at first denied damaging the car. Later the manager showed us security camera footage of the valet accidentally running the car into a cement wall. We had to wait 4-5 hours for the hotel management to agree to pay for the damage, done by the valet. Originally they tried to convince us that the equivalent of 20 USD and a complimentary lunch would suffice. They damaged the front corner and headlight of the car but seemed confused as to why they should pay to fix it. We sent the quote for the repair to the hotel 3 days later, the manger then proceeded to tell us that he no longer wanted to pay for it cause it wasn't his fault. He also said the valet would not file a claim with their insurance cause they didn't want their cost of insurance to increase. Do not stay at this hotel!
google avatar

Yelp
Beautiful place. Service is really good. Location is excellent but dangerous during night. Food is good, tacos de pollo were my favorite. You can use a Uber to visit other places near Guadalajara.

Yelp
We loved the location of this hotel. I wish I could give a better review but there were many small annoyances. Every time in and out of the door for a week, there were desk captains posted, who NEVER greeted us and would rarely say "good day" in return. The base of the toilet in our room leaked, the black out curtains would not close completely, especially bad when there was building up lighting just outside the window. There's closet lighting, on continuously with 3/4" gap between the doors. So it was never a dark room. The AC remote was a little glitchy, but we eventually figured it out. Second day we got minimal towels, asked for wash cloth, never supplied again after day two.

Ali B.

Yelp
Second time I book this place and I love it. the only reason why I gave it four stars is because I wanted to upgrade room(I had a single room). I try emailing the manager and got no response from no one. I try to ask the representative in the front counter for an upgrade and she right away said NO. Didn't even ask why or look for availability.

Yelp
Stayed here for around 5 days must say this a great hotel. Very clean rooms everything you need. For $46 a night great. Housekeeping always cleaned very well staff was very friendly & helpful great area close to sights & restaurants. Highly recommend this place if I go back I will be staying here again.

Yelp
Such a beautiful hotel , staff was great very helpful and they will go out of their way to keep you happy! Breakfast was good and the room was nice and clean!

Yelp
I have nothing bad to say about this hotel. Its very well located, only a few blocks from the historic square in Guadalajara on the same street as La Chata, one of the best restaurants I've ever eaten at. The service is great, the staff at the check in and in the restaurant speak quality English. The beds are comfortable, the air conditioning works amazingly. The breakfast is cheap and tasty, they always cooked my eggs perfectly and gave me a lot of bacon. Plus they have mini canchas as an option instead of toast. Can't complain there. There's a pool and a gym free to use and the rooms were less than $50 a night. They give each room 2 water bottles every time they freshen your room. 100% recommend.

Norma H.

Yelp
I always recommend this hotel great location, clean, great customer service, so why two starts? I'm here for one night with two older people my mom and her friends is 2:30am and we haven't been able to sleep at all with all the noises NOT STOP NOISE from the elevator, right next to our room people very loud after party and drinking, employees radio. when ever you stay here be sure you don't get room # 302.

Shawnta D.

Yelp
This hotel is completely perfect. Lovely interior. Rooms are the biggest we have seen in Mexico. Atmosphere is calm. We didn't see any children. Beautiful balconies and finishing touches. All world style with all the amenities of today. Price was perfect! Close to everything!
google avatar

Melanie B.

Yelp
This charming hotel is located just blocks from the main historical sites and is lovely inside. The rooms are situated around an interior courtyard or open into an indoor atrium with lots of great spots to sit with a drink. The included breakfast buffet was very nice and included mimosas. Room service was prompt and the dinner food and margaritas were excellent. Pool was good and did not use the gym but was glad it was there. Staff was very helpful and I especially enjoyed talking with Bernardo. Great place for hanging out in the evening even if you are alone like I was. Would have been nice for the patio on the terrace to have been open at night, but maybe that's a seasonal thing.
google avatar

AlandCris P.

Yelp
This hotel is beautiful and service was great. Our room was comfortable, my only complaint was there are no drawers for clothes but it does have a closet. We were there for 5 nights so it would've been nice to especially put our kids clothes away instead of leaving in suitcase. The food downstairs was very good, buffet and room service. The staff was very attentive, anything we needed, right away they helped, whether for a taxi, shuttle, info on tours, or extra blankets. The construction nearby wasn't a problem because you either walk or take a taxi or Uber and they know how to get around. Only other thing, I guess that area isn't all that great so there's weird people outside but where aren't there weird people? So just don't be out walking around too late.

Yelp
Beautiful historical hotel in the center of Guadalajara, 130 years old and in great conditions. The staff is friendly and helpful in the whole hotel. We have three kids and not all hotels can accommodate us, but this one did. Rooms are spacious, clean, and have a great view. Cathedral and good restaurants are at walking distance (5 minuts). They have a delicious buffet breakfast includes in the stay. The swimming pool is in the terrace and it's always clean, pool table next to lobby. All is beautiful. Reasonably priced too. MUY BONITO!!

Sandra C.

Yelp
So many good things to say about this Hotel Staff is so friendly, rooms are so beautiful and clean, & it's right in the center of Guadalajara so many places to go shopping and eat around there. We loved staying there and we are so coming back. If you are looking to book for this Hotel do it through Orbitz way cheaper but do it with time in advance. We stayed 3 nights and only payed $180 dollars Total when others were paying almost $80dollars a night

Yelp
The staff are really nice and the breakfast was delicious! My room was spacious and I really liked the decorations. When I took a shower the water clogged so it was gross, other than that I enjoyed my stay.

Yelp
The room was very clean, quiet and comfortable, the jacuzzi didn't work but the stayed was still good. the service could do better. the breakfast buffet was not the best, next time I rather eat outside the hotel. the personal should treat everyone the same. at the restaurant they sat me in the bar area because I was by myself there was nobody there only I. I hope they do better next time. it's a nice hotel.
