Hotel Morales

Since I Started with my reservation with Lillian |My whole wonderful experience started. From their clean rooms to their delicious food this is a MUST STAY HOTEL in Guadalajara. They are right in the heart of walking distance to some of the most important tourist spots. You will not|Be disappointed I sure wasn’t! Can’t wait to go back!

Stayed here for three nights. My favorite hotel while in Mexico. The ambiance was amazing. Our room felt so high end. The staff were really helpful. I liked the location as well, we walked to several places, even in the evening, and never felt unsafe. I would definitely stay here again

One of the best Hotels in Guadalajara. A classic, clean, and inviting place to stay. We had a great time in Guadalajara in part thanks to the staff of the hotel. Everyone was very attentive and made us feel at home. The hotel is a feast for the eyes. It is an old gem in the grand city. We plan on coming again soon and have told all our friends and family. Wonderful place to stay and enjoy the city.

Arriving at this historic hotel it was all it appeared to be and more. I was given a lovely large suite with a separate sitting area on the top floor, thankfully with several working elevators. Very comfortable clean room. Everything had been tastefully re-done. Wonderful shower and the tile work in the entire washroom area was so nice I want to duplicate it in my own home. |I enjoyed opening my windows to hear the nearby cathedral bells ringing, but otherwise it was quiet and quite soundproof.||Great location, walkable to the Zona Central. Only thing that was worrisome was the doormen told us to wait inside the hotel instead of on the sidewalk, telling us that if we went out to wait for our tour bus, to ensure we were not holding our phones as it was known that people would run or speed by on mopeds and grab them out of your hands. Lots of crime in Guadalajara so be careful.||The included breakfast was nice, and the staff were very accomodating, bringing me hot water and a variety of tea.||Truly wonderful 2 night stay. I would gladly stay here again if I ever returned to the area.

It was an extraordinary experience. Very good room service, my reservation was online, beautiful view from the balcony, excellent facilities at the pool and gym. The double room is very nice, with a beautiful view from the balcony .The food is delicious, and the restaurant was very well decorated, customer service was very good, the workers were very attentive to whatever was offered.

Grand old style hotel right at heart of Centro, walking distance to all historic sites and markets. Super friendly staff. Very large room with all modern convinces. The pool was great to cool off in the afternoon after being in the sun all day. Prior to my trip I worked with Concierge (Denise) - she as very helpful in arranging airport ride to hotel for my arrival, couple of tours including group tour to Tequila and private walking tour of Centro, and taxi arrangement to airport for my departure. Easy access to L3 train/Metro to go to Tlaquepaue. Some reviews raised concern around safety of area - I felt very safe. Just as with any large metropolitan city you have to be aware of your surroundings. Can’t comment on breakfast - didn’t try it; maybe next trip :)

Excellent. Beautiful historic quaint hotel. We have stayed 2 times and everything is wonderful. The staff are super nice and helpful. We will always stay here. Nice pool, walk to everything, great food. Very safe area near all the beautiful sites in Centro Guadalajara.

Would stay at Hotel Morales again in a heartbeat. We asked for a room in the old section, around the gorgeous centre "courtyard". It was large enough, clean, very comfortable bed, had 2 small balconies. We got great help from the Concierge in finding a guide, choosing good restaurants, navigating the subway to Tlaquepaque. The staff was extremely helpful. Thank you!
