Hotel Morvedra Nou - Adults Only

Overall disappointing experience as expectations were not met considering the strong marketing through the website. We booked The sunset experience. We were given 3 time slots and although we booked the earliest slot we were still late for the sunset as we needed to be picked up by a buggy and that take longer than expected. I would’ve appreciated more guidance during the booking so that we could arrive in a more timely manner. The sunset experience had a very limited menu so we asked if we could eat at the restaurant however that was fully booked. This also could have been notified in the booking system so we might have made a following booking weeks ago. After ordering our first wine we wanted to order another bottle, we were informed they didn’t have one at the bar so we asked if they could bring one from the restaurant. That is only when we could get the bottle. Both bottles of white wine were not chilled at all. After a couple of hours we wanted to order some more bites but when we asked we were informed the kitchen was closed. This needed to be informed beforehand so we could decide upfront! Nonetheless we tried to continue our evening to enjoy the remaining hours but we were constantly asked if we were done implying that the bar would close after us. Considering all the time and effort put into the planning and spending a worthwhile amount of money this was truly disappointing. I hope the feedback will be taken into consideration for future customers so they won’t have to experience what we did.

The hotel is set in beautiful grounds near CItuadella. the staff are all absolutely excellent - polite helpful, friendly. The food is also excellent. We tried the tarter menu in the Aquiara - it was out of this world, with local food served in the most imaginative ways. We had a lovely room with a small terrace and garden with a plunge pool. It was so relaxing. We will definitely return

Fabulous venue, with excellent customer attention and service. The rooms are clean and aesthetically pleasing. The Resturant area is also stunning and quaint. Where there could be improvement is the food value for money. Very small portions for the cost and even though the food quality was ok, it could/should but much better for the venue and overall cost. |The driveways in/out of the main venue and to the sunset bar could be improved to heighten the experience. ||Overall, we had an amazing time and really enjoyed the athletics and houses.

We visited the Sunset Bar, followed by dinner at the restaurant. My tip is to leave at least an hour between your bar and dinner reservations, as the service in the bar area can be quite slow. However, this actually allows you to fully enjoy the natural surroundings and the present moment without feeling rushed. The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and entertaining. We also had the pleasure of meeting the chef, who introduced himself and talked us through some of the dishes. Excellent service, delicious food, a breathtaking location and surroundings—but above all, it was the staff who made the experience truly special.

We had a truly wonderful experience at Morvedra! The hotel is beautifully designed, with exceptional attention to detail in every corner. The staff was outstanding – warm, attentive, and very professional. A special thank you to Emiliano, Flor, and Lucia, who made our stay even more memorable.||Breakfast was excellent, with high-quality products, and the yoga area, restaurant, and shared spaces were all thoughtfully curated. The atmosphere is calm, authentic, and full of charm.||We honestly wish we had stayed longer – but one thing is certain: we’ll definitely be coming back! 🙌

The dining experience here was shocking. We tried both the Sunset Bar and L'espiell Bistro, and both were a mess. We waited over an hour to be seated despite having a confirmed reservation; they simply cannot manage their booking systems. The service was painfully slow, and the waiters seemed completely new and untrained—they clearly lack proper instruction for a place charging these rates. But the worst part is the food quality. Many items on the wine and food list were unavailable due to poor stock management. It's clear that the owners do not care about the daily operation of the main restaurants. We left every meal feeling ripped off and frustrated. Go eat anywhere else on the island!

Spent a night at the hotel for dinner with friends, and the overall experience was mixed. The location itself is elegant and beautifully curated, with a lot of attention to detail—certainly one of the best, if not the best, we’ve seen in Menorca. Unfortunately, the dinner experience didn’t match the setting. While the food was good, the service fell short of expectations. A few examples: • We sat down at 8:30 PM, but our second course didn’t arrive until 11 PM—and even then, dishes came out at different times, making it impossible to enjoy the meal together. • Simply getting water was a challenge; the second round of bottles took about 20 minutes to arrive. • We ordered a bottle of wine that only reached the table half an hour later. When it arrived, it wasn’t chilled enough, and after requesting a colder one, we were told ten minutes later that it wasn’t available. We then had to choose another bottle, only to find out that it too wasn’t in stock. Overall, it’s a stunning venue with enormous potential, but the service needs significant improvement to match the quality of the location.
