Hotel Mosaic

I enjoyed my stay here. The staff are helpful and friendly. Breakfast and coffee are good (we got warm eggs and good filtered coffee). The hotel is centrally located to major attractions and is within walking distance. There is no need to go around by taxi. The train is also located across the hotel and is easy to use. It has some modern features like the tv, locks, etc., but I chose this hotel for the old town decor vibe and location. Our room was massive. We got the corner suite, free upgrade. The view from the rooftop is great. They offer free tea for guests at the lobby. They also allowed a later check out, an additional 2 hours at no extra cost. We stayed here for 5 nights and I would recommend staying here.

I can only recommend this hotel for all the visitors comming to Istanbul. The hotel is at great location, close to Grand Bazar, metro, shops, restaurants, staf is very polite and kind, breakfest is very good with great choise for everyone, romms are clean. Best value for your money. We had a great time there. We wish all the best for whole hotel team...and see you again soon. Aleksander, Slovenia.

A Memorable Family Stay Our family recently spent a week at Hotel Mosaic in old town Istanbul. From the moment we arrived, the welcoming atmosphere set the tone for a fantastic vacation. Location: Situated in a center area, the hotel is conveniently close to local attractions, Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Grand Bazar, local and good restaurants. We appreciated being able to explore the area easily, making family outings a breeze. Check-In and Service: The check-in process was smooth and efficient. The staff greeted us with warm smiles and were always willing to assist with any questions. Throughout our stay, we found the service to be consistently and good, and we felt very comfortable. Accommodations: Our room in 5th floor was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, featuring modern amenities. The beds were incredibly comfortable, which was a relief after long days of sightseeing. The housekeeping staff did an exceptional job of keeping our space tidy. Negatives: 1- The pool area is not the cleanest and well-maintained. The stuff more than anyone else was smoking in area which is a closed underfloor area and the gym down there is very badly equipped. 2- The Internet connection is a disaster and is not even enough for checking Google map. It doesn't matter were and which floor you are the coverage is as bas as 90th. Overall Experience: Overall, our week at Mosaic was truly delightful. The combination of friendly service, comfortable accommodations, and convenient location made it an ideal choice for our family vacation.

Hotel’s areas and rooms were very clean. Service was very kind and good. Swimming pool, sauna area are very good and clean. Nice location, “active” neighborhood Fitness area of the hotel is in poor condition

The hotel is excellent. The staff is friendly and committed. The hotel is located near the metro station, which is great for visiting other parts of the city.

Amazing and kind stuff, great food, nice accommodations, fresh breakfast, great location. A huge thank you to Erdem (food and beverage manager) who kindly and respectfully treated all guests as if they were home, he provided an amazing customer service. Also, all kitchen crew were amazing and wonderful. I felt so happy and made a great connection with everyone. I visit Istanbul often and I have been to many 5 star hotels but Mosaic hotel is my favourite and the best out of all. Cheers to all members, and thank you for doing your job so well!!🌺🌺🌺

Decent location. Rooms are basic, on the smaller side. We chose this hotel due to it's spa and gym facilities, but they don't open until 12pm, and are only free until 6pm, which we are not informed of anywhere before arrival. Couldn't use towels in the spa area, for paying customers only. The weight machine in the gym facility was out of service, as was the spin bike and there was only one pair of dumbbells too. The rooftop bar/cafe had previous potential, but is now derelict/abandoned. Overall, disappointed with this stay and would try elsewhere next time.

Very decent 4 star hotel with amazing friendly and helpful staff. The free breakfast buffet is also really good. Rooms are pretty decent too. It's located very centrally and you can walk to pretty much everything of interest.

A hectic and early arrival into Istanbul at 5am can leave anyone a bit grumpy.. The front desk staff at the Mosaic were very helpful and even let me use one of their private cell phones.. very nice! The beds were a bit on the hard side and it was a little hard to get a good night's sleep. It was nice being in the city center and so close to everything.
