Hotel Mosaic

Our room's bathroom was dirty and the ventillation was very nosy and dirty. Talking about the noise, next to this hotel is a skybar where they put the volume up so loud that you are NOT able to sleep. We had to but earplugs to get some rest. And when i mean LOUD it was so loud you could hear it from a block away. The walls were thin and the windows had no insulation at all. The breakfast was quite simple nothing special at all. And we had to sit outside of the dining area because there was nkt enough tables. We requested a massage which was HORRIBLE, nothing like a good relaxing, me time. The massaurs were rude. When i said i wont pay for this they THREATENED ME. They said they will call the police, and throw me out of my room. Called me 5 or 6 six times in a row on the rooms telephone, until i had enough and plugged it out. One of the worst experiences i've ever had. Hopefully everyone reading my review will stay far away from this place. And i didnt even mention most of the staff barely speaks english and were threating and rude. For example the first night, i asked for earplugs and the brought me ear picks... . Miserable experience.

Rooms are little bit small but was fine for our holiday Service was ok some employees dont even smile at you ! Breakfast was incredible i really enjoyed it , plenty options , and live stations .. Overall was a very good experience

Although I’m in London and couldn’t be there, I contacted the reception to arrange a surprise for her — and the team was simply incredible.||A special thanks to Umut at reception, who was exceptionally helpful, kind, and attentive. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, and my parents have been so happy with the warm and welcoming service.||Thank you, Hotel Mosaic, for turning this special occasion into a truly memorable experience!

You book because of the gym when you arrive in the hotel they say you can only use between 12:00 and 18:00. Breakfast is really simple, very bad experience!

The hotel is very clean ، they have a great staff، the breakfast is very nice and I wish them the best of luck.

I enjoyed my stay here. The staff are helpful and friendly. Breakfast and coffee are good (we got warm eggs and good filtered coffee). The hotel is centrally located to major attractions and is within walking distance. There is no need to go around by taxi. The train is also located across the hotel and is easy to use. It has some modern features like the tv, locks, etc., but I chose this hotel for the old town decor vibe and location. Our room was massive. We got the corner suite, free upgrade. The view from the rooftop is great. They offer free tea for guests at the lobby. They also allowed a later check out, an additional 2 hours at no extra cost. We stayed here for 5 nights and I would recommend staying here.

As an American, I found it extremely offensive and disappointing to see the U.S. flag displayed upside down at this hotel. Regardless of intent, hanging a national flag in distress is a serious sign of disrespect, and it felt like a clear disregard for American guests. I’ve traveled extensively and have never encountered something so blatantly inappropriate. I would never spend another dollar at this establishment, and I encourage other travelers to think twice before supporting a place that shows such disregard for international respect and hospitality.

A hectic and early arrival into Istanbul at 5am can leave anyone a bit grumpy.. The front desk staff at the Mosaic were very helpful and even let me use one of their private cell phones.. very nice! The beds were a bit on the hard side and it was a little hard to get a good night's sleep. It was nice being in the city center and so close to everything.
