A perfectly good hotel that offers a good service with decent rooms at an affordable price in a good location near the town and river. ||The room was small with no wardrobe, fridge or kettle. No bottled water was provided either. The breakfast was continental and of a good standard catering to vegetarians. ||Stayed as a family over 3 different rooms - perfect for a stay in Bonn. No thrills and good value.

Great place if you're just looking for a clean room to sleep in. No refrigerator in the rooms, no intercom to call and make enquiries (you have to go to the reception physically each time you need to enquire about anything), not the ideal lodging facility if you're you're lodging with a baby. And if you don't speak German, you may want to come armed and ready for a bit of a frustrating experience. There's basically only one staff member that seemed to understand the level of care that should go into serving people in a hospitality business. Great location, great branding, clean rooms... That's all

The hotel likę the others of the chane offers good location,style and young mood. It’s a budget hotel and very good for the price you get. You can reach the river promenade or the city center in few minutes. The reception should hire people Who really speak english, because my experience was not good. Thank God the NEXT day the other girl was so efficient and brilliant and solved the problem in few minutes.

Excellent place to live in, such a clean and welcoming hotel/motel. Even though it says model but it's better than the USA Marriott. Lovely staff and very friendly, they gave me best view room.
