Today, November 25, 2024, at 4:00 PM, I had an extremely unpleasant experience at your bar in Essen. A waiter named Burak, after consulting with his colleagues, asked me to leave the bar unless I ordered another drink, claiming I had been sitting too long, sipping my coffee and writing emails. I find this behavior unacceptable.
As a loyal guest of your hotel chain, who has spent thousands of euros, and someone who frequently enjoys your bars, this experience deeply disappointed me. In Munich, where I live, I visit your bar daily and have always been satisfied with the service. This incident has seriously damaged my perception of your brand.
Such treatment of loyal guests is unacceptable and has resulted in you losing a regular customer. I hope you will reconsider your approach to avoid similar situations in the future.
