As many described it sadly one where the price is not in proportion to what you expect or can get otherwise. The check in and lobby is good and that is probably a reason you see so many pictures from these areas. The staff in general whenever we had contact with them was very nice. The drinks in the lobby are good the prices were ok. The breakfast is not included in the room price its extra like always in a Motel One hotel. It offers a continental/European/German style breakfast and that means it doesn't offer anything hot linke omlets. You get organic/fair trade products. In my opinion it’s nice and a good value if you like this type of breakfast and going to eat quite a bit. The rooms are the real downside including the rooms service considering the price. The rooms are definitely outdated and empty. They are clean, but lack any kind of convenience like a fridge or normal chair. You have a small table a ottoman chair and an ottoman. Otherwise that's it aside from the bed. The TV is relatively small considering the size of the room and a little bit outdated. The bed itself is ok but the pillows are not good. Some of my companions had neck issues in the beginning of the each day. What annoyed me the most was the room service. It will be done daily if you want, but they don't refill any soap. They also don't check when they make the rooms for the next guest how full they are. The body/shampoo 2 in 1 was only 1/3 full and even as I put it outside the shower they only moved it aside instead of refilling it. The bathroom itself is a big downside, the half covered shower leaves you always checking as you shower if you started flooding the bathroom. It also doesn't help that the towels hanging in the shower. If you don’t pay attention then you soak them while you shower. Lastly the air exhaust. It doesn't do anything while you are shower and it takes a long while till the wet air is taken out and while you wait all mirrors are covered because of that or if you are with someone in a room and they use the toilet...well some of my companions bought air freshener... I don't know if they have an air conditioning, but if then its more like a central air, the panel on the wall lets you only turn it on and move from max to min whatever that stands for. You also don't have a parking garage, which is also sadly pretty normal with Motel One. The location although is excellent! Can I recommend this hotel, No! The value isn't there and you can get easily better options especially if you are willing to look a little bit more outside of downtown Prague and travel in with the tram/metro etc.

Great Hotel at a very good location to explore Prague. Staff is very nice and helpful. Room are not the biggest but have everything you need and are clean and modern. Breakfast is good but could use some more options. But you get a good start into your day. we stayed 3 nights and will most likley stay here again for our next Praguetrip.

The value for money is absolutely not in balance (price of a luxury hotel for an average hotel). The hotel is quite nice but nothing special. The rooms are modern and clean but very simple (e.g. no safe, no mini bar). The breakfast is lacking any kind of hot dishes (only continental breakfast). The rooms facing the street are a bit noisy due to the tram passing frequently.

We were only there for one night. Everything was fine. The staff is okay. It's close to the center, but maybe some more details need to be done so that the hotel is comfortable. Regards!

An extremely expensive but very ordinary hotel, substantially more than hotels nearby with at least as good a rating. Now we’re here I can’t imagine why we booked it at this price. It’s soulless. Premier inn style for a lot more money. Positives - it’s clean and room is spacious, staff are largely helpful - though it took two days to get an issue sorted. Breakfast is quite good but only one hot item (boiled eggs). No kettle, coffee or tea in room. Very disappointing - we expected far better.

No hotel parking – only supermarket lot, waited an hour for a spot. Room next to elevator, constant noise. Paid for upgrade – just a slightly bigger box. Breakfast? Cold cuts, bread, 1 egg – that’s it. Parking ticket didn’t work, wasted an hour running between hotel and gate. Worst part: I left a white hoodie, cleaners were there, but staff “found nothing.” Felt like theft. I’ve stayed in many hotels – this one is a disaster. Never again.

Motel One Prague-Florentinum is a great pick for business travelers – it’s central, comfortable, and runs like clockwork. There are a couple of small quirks, like the bar being a bit too close to the main entrance and the breakfast area getting a little busy at peak times, but overall, those are minor things. I’d happily recommend it to colleagues or anyone coming to Prague for work.
