The bathroom is super small and there is no fridge, kettle, tea and mugs in the room, which is a bug disadvantage for us. The room was clean. The breakfast was good, but pretty limited. No warm meal options. I find it expensive for what it offers.

Unbeatable quality/price ratio - we just needed one night next to the Hauptbahnhof and I couldn’t be happier with this find. Everything was just right. I would consider this place for several days if I’m on a budget in Vienna. Highly recommended!

Great location, comfortable clean rooms with excellent showers-brilliant value and a great bar to boot! I think this is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. It is brilliantly connected with wonderful transport and retail options. This is a great spot from which to base your visit of this wonderful place.

Booked this for one night and when arriving at the lobby, where there was a long queue in front of me and quickly behind. The desk staff processed people at turtle speed to let each know that the computer system was down and they couldn't check people in. They had no idea of how long it would take, no alternative option (putting people in a different hotel), except telling people to have a drink in the lobby. From the looks of it, people had been waiting a long time. I asked to cancel my reservation done with booking under the excuse that they can't because it's an external system. However booking offers a "request free cancellation" which needs to be approved by the hotel, and I hoped to be able to do that and get them to confirm. Now I'm in limbo: no room, risky to book another one elsewhere as I'll pay double and higher prices if they don't cancel my room, and it's Vienna: they don't do check in very late... The lack of organization, communication, and friendliness makes me recommend to avoid this place.

Stayed for 1 night with my family. Chose it because of the location near the train station as we came in late from the airport and needed to leave the next day. The room was clean, the bed was very comfy (excellent pillows), and the staff was friendly and helpful. Wifi works great and theres no need for a password. The room itself is very basic (no mini bar? Coffee machine?) and not so spacious. Breakfast is dull and really not worth the money. Overall, it met our needs. I would recommend staying for 1 night, not more. For the price I paid, one can expect a bit more for a longer stay.

Just like the name it is a one star Motel. For starters there is no Safe box, no telephone(I do not know if you can arrange a wake up call,) no air conditioning in the room and no gym. You do not require key to access the elevator which is unsafe. If you want to check out little later this hotel will charge you Eur 10/hour but other hotels do allow late check out for free until 2 pm. Rooms are very small it is not a family hotel! Only positive is that it is right across from Central Station. Breakfast has very limited option certainly not worth eur17.90. Internet is painfully slow and TV only shows channel in German Language. They should at least have couple of channels in English. They advertise that members will get 10% discount but they charged me full amount and I am still waiting for my refund.

The hotel is good for a short stay. Perfect for 1 person, might be too small for two. The room was cozy and quiet, bed was comfy, the bathroom was convenient and everything functioned well. Good wifi. There was a problem with ventilation: I had to sleep with my window open. It was quiet nevertheless. There was no fridge and no coffee/tea making facilities, which would have been nice. Breakfast was expensive and poor and the breakfast room is too small and crowded, tables too close to each other. All they offer is pastry, cold cuts and some muesli... I expected at least an omelet for this price. Overall, I had a satisfactory stay and I would stay here again: the location is very convenient.

The location is fantastic, the room was quite basic but clean and well sound isolated. However, the cleaning staff entered my room twice during the time I was leaving and it made me feel extremely uncomfortable. They state that the check out time is 12.00… First someone came into my room around 8.00 when I was sleeping and woke me up… Then again around 10.00 when I was dressing up.. I think they shall control who check out and who not and not just randomly enter the rooms, I have not experienced this in any other hotel around the world..
