Okay, let me tell you about this place - the lobby is seriously Instagram-worthy! We're talking huge, modern, and so beautifully designed you'll want to move in. There are like five different cozy seating areas, this massive fancy table that looks like it belongs in a design magazine, and the bar? It’s comparable to a major New York City bar -craft cocktails, mood lighting, the whole deal. The bartender makes excellent cocktails. Totally worth having several drinks.|The building lobby is stunning, even the stairway has this old-school charm that makes you feel fancy just walking up it. Breakfast is served in this airy, elegant space that makes your morning coffee feel like a luxury experience.||BUT (and this is a big but)...||The rooms are like someone ran out of money halfway through decorating. We opened the door to our "deluxe" room and just stood there blinking. Where's the rest of it? It's literally just a bed (okay, comfy at least), a sad little desk, and this TV stuck to the wall. The headboard was cute but the room was just missing something. No mini-fridge for your snacks, no iron for your wrinkled clothes, and get this - the closet doesn't even have doors! It's like they forgot to finish building the room. After hanging out in that gorgeous lobby, walking into our room felt like getting downgraded from first class to a middle seat in the back of the plane.||It's honestly such a weird experience because the common areas show they clearly know how to do luxury right. Maybe they spent all their decorating budget on the lobby? I don't know, but it's frustrating because this could be an amazing hotel if they just put the same energy into the rooms.
