Very nice hotel. Rooms are basic yet very comfortable. You get very good sleep. Tim size is good as per Swiss Standard. A tea kettle should have been kept. It’s a basic need. Feel warm and safe and comfortable in this place. Close to tram stations. And there s good food choices near by. If yu aren’t looking for a decent place - some luxury , here you are.

I really liked my stay at this hotel. I love the breakfast they prepare, it was a good Experience so far. Yet what i didn’t understand was why there was not always someone at the bar, you always have to go to the reception to have someone serve you there. The staff are very friendly! i got some Great advice from a Beautiful young woman with Curly hair at the reception i cannot recall her name, but she spoke english perfectly and helped my find some very nice spots in zurich to check out! Big ups to her!

The hotel location is approximately 15 minutes walk from Main Train Station. Cool bar with a comprehensive Gin menu. Rooms are basic but adequate , comfortable and clean. No tea and coffee making facility in room. Plenty of eateries and bars in the area.

Best experience. Very nice ambience. Lovely bar and lounge area. Outdoor sitting area is very nice too. Staff is friendly and helpful.. rooms are clean and very aesthetic and fully equipped. Would definitely stay here again if I come back.. highly recommend.

Location was convenient and the room was modern and clean. The basic room was tight as expected (no desk or upright chair) but I was disappointed to note that there was no coffee machine or fridge either. I considered this a bit too sparse given the price range and competing options.

Okay, let me tell you about this place - the lobby is seriously Instagram-worthy! We're talking huge, modern, and so beautifully designed you'll want to move in. There are like five different cozy seating areas, this massive fancy table that looks like it belongs in a design magazine, and the bar? It’s comparable to a major New York City bar -craft cocktails, mood lighting, the whole deal. The bartender makes excellent cocktails. Totally worth having several drinks.|The building lobby is stunning, even the stairway has this old-school charm that makes you feel fancy just walking up it. Breakfast is served in this airy, elegant space that makes your morning coffee feel like a luxury experience.||BUT (and this is a big but)...||The rooms are like someone ran out of money halfway through decorating. We opened the door to our "deluxe" room and just stood there blinking. Where's the rest of it? It's literally just a bed (okay, comfy at least), a sad little desk, and this TV stuck to the wall. The headboard was cute but the room was just missing something. No mini-fridge for your snacks, no iron for your wrinkled clothes, and get this - the closet doesn't even have doors! It's like they forgot to finish building the room. After hanging out in that gorgeous lobby, walking into our room felt like getting downgraded from first class to a middle seat in the back of the plane.||It's honestly such a weird experience because the common areas show they clearly know how to do luxury right. Maybe they spent all their decorating budget on the lobby? I don't know, but it's frustrating because this could be an amazing hotel if they just put the same energy into the rooms.

Located a 15 min walk from the train station and close to the river. A good check in and good information from the staff about the bar and breakfast. Nice area to sit outside and have a drink. Disappointed with the selection of beers at the bar and found the choice at breakfast to be quite limited. The coffee and juice area was a bit cramped and could be spaced better. Room was nice and clean and comfortable. Over all a bit disappointed with this hotel, it was the most expensive of the 5 we stayed in on this trip and delivered the least. This should not go against the staff though as they were very good.

The room was very spacious and had a large balcony with deck chairs. Comfortable bed too (cute Swiss alps design bed head - kitsch but cute!). Staff were pleasant and avail at the bar and on the front desk 24 hours per day.||The cons? No in-room fridge, no glassware and no iron and ironing board. All was remedied! Ice bucket (clearly we wanted the fridge for chilling wine!) and glasses from the bar and an iron and ironing board from the front desk (that we were able to keep for the full stay). The staff were happy to help us but it did seem odd that these, very standard items, were not supplied up front.||Location is fairly good. Fairly quiet area. 15 minute walk to the main train station (easy walk with luggage). Not far to walk to tram stops (public transport is very good). Old Town is a 15 minute walk. There are lots of hotels in Old Town itself but very (very) expensive and that area is so busy and packed with tourists - we prefer to avoid that if possible. A single visit to Old Town is sufficient.||Overall a good spot to stay.||I recommend joining the hotel’s chain as a member. No cost to join. Small discount on room booking plus free bottle of water. By Swiss standards, this hotel was reasonably priced (not forgetting that Zurich is only 2nd to Geneva in terms of being the most expensive city in the world to live in!).||Hint for long travels: As we were on a long trip we needed to do laundry. No guest laundry (not something we expect anyway) so we went in search of a laundromat. Nothing close but we can recommend Lea’s Waschhaus. 20-25 minute walk (or quick Uber). CHF 7.60 per 25 minute load plus CHF 1.00 for powder. Not cheap but this is Switzerland! No credit card - the machines need coins (CHF). Did the trick!
