Loved this hotel! In a great location walking distance to many restaurants. Not too far from the train station.
The staff was very friendly and made our time even more enjoyable.
The room was a little small, but still very clean.

A pleasant few nights spent in the hotel whilst on a tour of Europe. The hotel is modern and well equipped, and only around a 15 minute walk from the station and 5-10 minutes from the main streets. The room was a reasonable size and very quiet, a;though the bathroom is pretty compact. The reception staff were friendly and efficient. We enjoyed our stay and would likely use again when in Zurich.

I liked the size of the room. Bigger than the usual Motel one rooms. The staff were helpful, allowed us bit of an early check-in which is always appreciated in Europe. It was close to a migros store & 5-7 mins walk to the closest tram station.
The Location (even though close to a tram station) is in bit of a boring/dead area which looks residential. For the same price if available, I would prefer hotels in walking distance (5-7mins) to Zurich HB. And Like in all Motel one hotels, I don't understand their logic of not providing a dustbin in the room (not bathroom).
We just stayed for 1 day, so cannot have more opinions on this hotel. It was a good stay!

I stayed here while I was in Zurich and got quite disappointed because there was no phone in the room and no kettle which was strange. What if someone needs help? How can he / she reach the receptionist??
Also, putting a kettle costs nothing in a cold country like Switzerland where some guests may catch a cold and for a hot tea, they have to go down all the way to the reception. It was quite disappointed. When we brought it up with the reception, a not really friendly employee just said this is a BUDGET HOTEL. And even he didn't even offer any help even though we were pretty sick. However, the lady in the bar was absolutely friendly and great. The location is also perfect.

Very good location, kind people in the reception, clean rooms and clean towels every day
Could have been better if they provided minibar and disposable slippers

The lack of hospitality and the rude attitude of the staff at the reception is a shock.
The A/C in the room was not working. It was 4’C outside and the room was quite chilly. They told me they could get an electrical heater which I accepted (even though the right thing to do for a hotel is to switch rooms.) After 4 hours, they did not bring the heater they proposed. The reception staff came to the room to check the A/C and gave his irrelevant subjective opinion that the room’s temperature as it is “should be ok”. They ended up giving be an extra blanket.
Being a person who travels quite a lot, it is understandable to face unpleasant situations like this but in this case, the attitude of the staff and the lack of hospitality is completely unacceptable and shameful.

The rooms and service were excellent. A good location only about a 10 minute walk from the old town. Reception staff very welcoming. Only downside was that we were on the ground floor at the opposite end of the hotel, and to get there you had to go up a floor, walk a few minutes, then down another lift which was a bit of a faff. Otherwise it’s great!

My wife and I stayed here for 5 days on the 2nd floor in the hot 1st week of September. I have literally nothing much good to say. The rooms have no phone, no mini-fridge, no air conditioner (they have some BS "air circulation system" that doesn't make the room cool even a little bit), and the breakfast is absolutely not worth paying for (luckily we didn't click that option, I just went down to check it out). The charge exorbitantly for the little value that they provide. There were 5 star hotels closer in the center of Zurich that were a full half daily for what this hotel charged. I absolutely would not stay here again.
