Staff is super friendly! The room despite being outdated, the location was great. We had a “bungalow” which was a room on the end with a view but that worked for us. As I understand they also offer single rooms in the house. Everything is nearby, you can leave your car parked and walk. Grocery store is only 10 min away walk and if you want to visit the suspended glass platform, about 40 min walk. There’s also a huge grass field with some chairs/pic nic tables, we enjoyed our dinner and view. Bonus: they accept dogs under 20lbs with a $16/per night fee.

I needed a quiet place to crash, as I picked up a cold on the road. This place has a fabulous view (Rock Perce) and was very quiet, as no one was at this establishment since it was off-season. There's only one small baseboard heater, so it took a while for the place to warm up, but it was very clean, and that more than made up for the old nature of the furnishings.

Nice location with the sea view, so choose to book that. Just a motel with near to sea location. Don't keep your expectations high, and everything in Percé is expensive to stay. The room service could do a better job of replacing the amenities

Nice town, friendly people. But what we reserved through Priceline for a room was not what was expected. The description was .... Superior Bungalow - This bungalow features a patio, private entrance, and tea/coffee maker.... the only thing that was accurate was the latter half of the description. We did not get a bungalow. It was a "motel," and we were in a building with 4 or 5 (?) small rooms. Having worked in the hotel industry, a "bungalow" usually meant its own "building." The description is a bit misleading. Having said that, being that we got a room & not a bungalow, we feel that the price we were charged for a small room was a bit much. All said and done, I don't think we'd stay there again. It looked like the smoke detector was taken off of the ceiling, and the ceiling fan looked like it was going to launch itself at any given time. And the bed was not the most comfortable.

We came to ask for a room to clean our baby. We were camping on the road for a few days. When we came in the staff was super friendly. Called the owner, who at first told us its no problem we can use a room for 20$. Not even 2 minutes later she calls back and says she will give us a special, her room i usually 125, but she will do it for 100....

This motel was advertised as having chalets. It did not. When we arrived, we were surprised by an addtional "tax" we were not previously informed of. The bathroom was so small, you had to dance around the toilet to get to the sink. The room was very overpiced for what it was. Worst of all, there was no AC, which was brutal on hot summer evenings.

Nice quaint hotel at a wonderful location. We stayed for 2 nights and the stay was comfortable. However, the washroom door didn't lock and an extra cot that we paid for was quite uncomfortable. The rooms were clean and service great!!

Such a good find. Our garden side, kitchenette room was in fact a whole little apartment with sitting/dining room and bedroom. The kitchen was well equipped enough though no oven, just microwave and hob. Maybe a little seaside shabby but clean and serviced. The bed was ultra comfortable and we slept like logs it was so peaceful.||||The view from the veranda was just magnificent; the north beach below and Perce rock itself also visible. We left the car there for three days and walked around the village, everything is within walking distance including the start of the trails up Mont Ste Anne. Idyllic.
