The overall ambience and aesthetics of this place is quite pleasing. The hotel is full of unique mordern themed architecture which adds to its appealing environment. The rooms were clean and minimalistic with tons of amenities. As for service, it was great too. All staff members were well trained and helpful. Overall I found this hotel worth it.

Great hotel with great facilities. The service was particularly good. They have a lovely swimming pool and spa. Great please to stay. Rooms are large and comfortable with great bathrooms and balconies. I didn’t give it 5 stars because they could be even more modern or contemporary with state of the art tech, but overall fantastic hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Mount Kailash Resort. The room was very modern, well-furnished, and exceptionally comfortable. What truly stood out was the bathroom – one of the best we’ve experienced among hotels in Pokhara, featuring a spacious layout and a luxurious large shower head. Room service was excellent and timely, ensuring our needs were met throughout the stay. Our dining experience was equally impressive. The breakfast buffet was delicious and well-varied. A special thanks to Mr. Kamal Khadka, who went above and beyond to exceed our expectations. His attention to detail and warm hospitality made our mornings truly enjoyable. All the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, frequently checking in on us and making sure we were comfortable. Their genuine care and service made our stay even more memorable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, modern amenities, and top-notch service in Pokhara.

The place was very neat, and all the staffs were welcoming. The resort did not just give us a shelter but a comfort to stay in.

It was the perfect stay in Mount Kailash Resort. Very smooth and quick responses from the managers and the front desk staff were very well trained to meet the standard if this amazing property, located on the side of lakeside road. The room is very clean and stunning view of phewa Lake and it's lushy surroundings. The room has a view of lake and mountains and the spaces of the room is pretty high enough. I have visited so many hotels which I need to know because of my profession and one night of stay at Mt. Kailash Resort impressed me so much and will keep planning my next stay here soon, and I recommend all travelers across the world who visit Pokhara - all of you will have great time !|Thanks for the great hospitality 🙏

It was excellent place located in the heart of the city with exceptional amenities. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Our stay was one of the most memorable stay in the recent years. This is now our home away from home and we are sure to stay here when we visit Pokhara again.

Although the hotel is one of the older establishments, it still stands out as one of the best. The property is spacious, complete with a swimming pool and all the essential amenities. However, what really disappointed me was the breakfast. Personally, breakfast is something I genuinely look forward to during a hotel stay — and while the menu here was extensive, the food itself felt dry and underwhelming. The bhature was so hard I couldn’t even bite through it. On a positive note, the dinner was excellent and made up for the morning letdown. I hope they improve the breakfast quality to match the rest of the experience.
