Hotel Mozart

Hotel is well appointed and kept in immaculate condition. Lovely swimming pool. The food was excellent and the staff very friendly. All in all we would come again.

Although the place itself is clean, rooms are clean still lacking of it to be called hotel , the younger staffs are friendly but the owner, Thomas , did not let our stay easy.. always rude, always bickering on things and really does not know what it means to make the clients stay to feel at home .. as to the point of insulting all of us. Landeck could be a great place to go around south Tirol and there’s a lot of place to go and see.. but I don’t recommend this hotel at all.. after all the money spent to see Austria for the first time..all the excitement was just ruin on how we were really badly treated.. even tho there we’re stuff in the offer we paid that did not happen. Food is recycled from bfast to dinner , THIS IS NOT A KID FRIENDLY HOTEL !!, twice the owner shouted at my kids in which a one yr old could not even understand what does the shouting mean, spa is unavailable most of the time, you still have to make the effort of asking extensively in order for you to have that so called “ luxury “. I put 3 stars on location because really landeck is a good place to go around south Tirol but don’t stay in this hotel..it’ll will just ruin your vacation. Plus, if you happen to buy a bottle of water from your trekking and bring it to the hotel be ready that the owner will insult you of doing so… all in all, first impression of Austria is really good, but do not, I repeat, if you want to have a pleasing stay in South Tirol Austria, do not stay in this hotel! People in Austria are good people, very respectful..but not Thomas the owner of this hotel. He just want your money, but does not give you what you deserve. It’s really prostrating to know that I even let 12 family of my friends choose this hotel and everybody underwent the same treatment. 🤦🏾‍♂️🤦🏾‍♂️🤦🏾‍♂️

Stayed here with family while doing a cycle tour. The staff are great and made our stay very enjoyable. Our room was big, clean and had a great view across the valley. Breakfast was generous and good quality. We'd all happily stay here again.

Wonderful!! Spacious rooms, extremely clean, staff fantastic- amazing hospitality. Clean indoor pool, sauna for use and relax area. Amazing portions of food - you really cannot complain when you come to hotel Mozart. If you want to spend summer hiking or winter skiing vacation in a homely yet intimate atmosphere- you have found your place. I have been coming back for years here and never regretted my stay.

Stayed for a week. I liked the pool and to play squash. The location actually makes it possible to drive everyday to a different ski region nearby, depending w also on the ski run conditions. Anyway you need about 30 minutes to get there. At the end, me and my family had nice winter vacation here.

We stayed here as part of a group motorcycle tour, (Global motorcycle tours). The Hotel is immaculately presented, the rooms/suites are clean & spacious, we even had a spare bedroom! The facilities are excellent, pool , sauna, spa etc. The meals offered were first class and served by staff who were very friendly and knowledgeable. We were offered free motorbike parking for the duration of our stay. The management made us feel like friends and not paying guests. This is a hotel we will be visiting again and its a pleasure to write these few words as a thank you.

Just returned from Motorcycle Trip to the Tyrol and stayed here for 4 nights with 3 friends. All the staff are lovely, and so helpful. We had use of underground garage for our bikes, managed to get some laundry done which is a wonderful treat!||Rooms very spacious and well appointed - ours had the most beautiful view - and all had balconies. We used the indoor pool, and steam room, which was very relaxing after a full day on the bike. ||Landeck is a great base for exploring - there are no bad roads ( providing you keep off motorway lol) and the Mozart was the loveliest hotel, in the best spot. The food was very good too, and we enjoyed having Dinner sat outside on the terrace.||Only complaint . . . . . . . . . We had to come home!!!!

Well placed, excellent value for money. Great room with large balcony for smokers and sun seekers. Very quiet location. Very comfortable bed.||Accommodation included use of hotel indoors heated swimming pool, always deserted when we used it and steam room, sauna and gym.||Amazing views.||Breakfast and evening meals very good and excellent value for money. We had a 5 course evening meal for €19!||The staff spoke excellent English and couldn't do enough for you.
