Very small rooms, barely enough room for our luggage - slightly bigger than the rooms in APA hotel we stayed in Tokyo. Apparently the hotel has some issues with insulation as the carpet near the window was getting very wet during rainy days. We actually had to change the rooms, because it was smelling badly. The staff was very nice and accommodating and switched us to different room without any issues (they held on to our luggage until afternoon when the room was ready).
The rooms are decently equipped, A/C working fine, we had everything we needed. We appreciated the laundry room where we could was and dry our clothes (if you don't have coins, they can exchange the bills for you at the reception).
The resting area room on the first floor was also nice, where we could sit down after a long day of walking, charge our phones, etc
