Hotel M's Plus Shijō Ōmiya

Great value and perfect location! Just a minute’s walk from Omiya station, with Nishiki Market one stop away and Kawaramachi St just two stops. There are two 7/11s steps away, and a money exchange across the street as well. There’s also a coin laundry on the 2nd floor and a dining area in the lobby where you can bring your own food and eat comfortably. The staff is super friendly and helpful, and the rooms are impeccably clean, with everything you need and more. Will absolutely stay here again.

The Hotel M‘s has a pretty good and central location to start any kind of day trips in Kyoto. Only 2 metro stations away from the City Center. Surprisingly, it wasnt even crowded during my Stay. The Staff is very Friendly and also helped me to Transfer my luggage to the next Hotel. I loved the pillow and blanket, I have never slept better in the past Several years :) unfortunately the fridge was very loud and noisy! I could only sleep with earplugs.. The Hotel offers dryer and washing machine. You only need a few coins (yen). I also liked the free water bottles, that they placed in the fridge every day. You get fresh towels each day, but housekeeping is only on every third day what is totally fine. On Ground floor there is some Kind of resting Area and a Coffee machine. Some people ate their Take away food there or had a Chat while enjoying some Coffee or Tea. I would Book here again!

Really liked our 7 day stay. - Staff is super nice - location is perfect for getting around quickly - common-area on the ground floor with microwave and coffee machine is awesome for a little 7-eleven breakfast or to relax a while after coming back in the evening - rooms are fairly small, but that is how it is in Japan. Still perfect for the price of ~50€/night when booking in advance

Stayed here on our 5 day stint in the Kyoto area. Very centrally located and only a few minutes walk from Shijo Omiya station. Lots of restaurants nearby to dine from. Check in and out very nice and easy, staff were super friendly and helpful and communicated very well. Although room was a bit small, had no issues - really just a place to shower and sleep. Hotel and room was nice and clean and would return.

Excellent and convenient location that has 7-11 and Family Mart right next to it. There is also Omiya station next to it and several bus stops. The room is also clean and the staff are very helpful. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Good place, but they don't changer bed sheets daily unless requested. Has a small locker with code. Nice pajama for the night(pants a little short but maybe it’s on purpose). Free toothbrush/toothpaste, cotton buds, and comb. Easy check out by dropping the pass card at the entrance and just leave. Staff very friendly

Perfect location in Kyoto, with many bus stops and train stations within a minutes walk. Room was clean, comfortable and spacious! Staff were extremely friendly and welcoming as soon as we arrived, spoke great English and were able to hold our luggage! Highly recommend and definitely will be back.

The hotel is super well located near Shijo Omiya. The metros and trains take you directly to the Bamboo Forrest, and to Osaka. The room was nice, the beds super comfy. No view from the room, but no big deal.
