I was there for a week from 03/13 to 03/18. The room was super small, felt so tiny when i first arrived. Just a twin bed, a side table, small closet, the sink (outside the bathroom) with a mirror and toilet/shower, but honestly, was perfect through out the week because the only thing i did there was sleep. You have to add your own Netflix info to access it, - don't forget to delete before leaving- . The AC worked perfectly, THANK GOD. I noticed some things were moved when i came back one night, i mentioned it to Frida the next morning. She said they had gone in to change the shower head, but i know my clothes hanging in the closet were moved and my shoes also (by the front of the bed by my suitcase). I opted to leave everything valuable inside my suitcase with a lock). I want to believe it was people cleaning the room. Their prices vary by day and season. They literally can change from night to next day. The mattress was really hard, and there was some type of tiny bugs in the sheets when i first arrived (squished it and saw blood), but after that night the bed was taken care off almost every day when they came to service room. There are no extra amenities from the hotel other than the TV, AC, Wi-Fi and elevator (some hotels don't have elevators) , but like i said, i was just there to sleep and it was perfect. There aren't any blanket to cover yourself, just a thin sheet, i never knew i could ask for a blanket and the issue was that by trying to regulate AC, if you go too high, it get musty in the room and by keeping too low, it gets super cold. They need to provide a thicker blanket, (or just sleep with a hoodie and socks) The toilet/ shower area is very small. Ceramic tiles were so pretty. Toilet needed some serious cleaning and shower water retaining wall was pretty small. The issue I had was that when you shower, the curtain is not low enough to keep the water inside, so the whole bathroom floor swamps. I asked front desk for extra towels the morning after i arrived, and they always left an extra towel for the floor from then on. Easy fix for them (longer, plastic curtain liners are needed). Also, the "hot" water wasn't too hot some days and certain times. If you shower early in the AM, you will get hot water , the later you shower, it will feel cool, and maybe a bit cold, but since is so hot in Veracruz, it will be ok. The front desk girls are very quiet and serious. Not like here in the US where they are super friendly and informative about things to do or attractions from the city. Also, there is no ice machine in this hotel. Ice apparently is a commodity and very hard to obtain. There was Wi-Fi included. Everything was within walking distance, the farthest thing was the Acuario, which is about a 30 minute walk and there, everyone walks. At the end i was pretty happy i stayed there and i would definitely come back. I didn't know they had a roof sitting area, front desk girls didn't mentioned it EVER, they are very polite but they need to get off their phones for a couple of minutes and explain all the amenities in the hotel, that way guests know where and what to explore. Frida was pretty nice. (I believe she was the morning front desk lady)

We enjoyed our stay so much! Rooms are modern and bright. I almost wanted to live here! Silvia was especially helpful when we checked in. She gave us all sorts of tips about what to see and do. She made us feel so welcome! I absolutely recommend this hotel.

Lovely staff and pet friendly. We stayed here about 10 days because we were waiting for a ship to arrive with our camper van. Our dog Coby had the best time cuddling with the staff.

Close to the main square, (you can hear the music in the evening, four bands at once). I had a front room with balcony, bright and huge, but a bit noisy at daytime traffic. Reception is very friendly, they even give you a receipt without need to ask for.

I spent 4 nights at this hotel last August-2022-and it was a very pleasant experience. The hotel is very conveniently located-a short walk to the main plaza. The room was clean and comfortable and sleep quality was excellent. The staff at reception were super friendly and I was made feel most welcome.....Breakfast wasn't available but several restaurants were close-by...I am happy to recommend this place and gladly give it 9 out of 10.
