Hotel Mulberry

I genuinely love the staff as much as the rooms, breakfast and other amenities. I've stayed here many years. This last trip I stayed one month coming and going!! It is always like coming home after traveling in country! Niraj, the front office manager, goes out of his way to make all his guests feel welcome. No request is too odd. If they can't personally accommodate a special need, they will find someone who can! Pujan, Sumnima, Sanjeev, Ritwik and Amar all work together as a tight team. Breakfast is amazing. Latte's, cappuccinos and Americanos (and more) always served with a smile by the restaurant staff. I often enjoy the roof top bar and restaurant at night which overlooks the city. So nice to sit and unwind from a long day traveling. Don't think twice to book your stay but definitely book early, especially in October and November, as Hotel Mulberry is no secret to us experienced travelers! 🙏

Excellent Stay at Hotel Mulberry Our stay at Hotel Mulberry was excellent from start to finish. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained with a calm atmosphere. Staff were professional, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. The location is perfect, quiet yet close to Thamel and major attractions. Breakfast was fresh and nicely presented with good variety. Overall, a high-quality hotel offering comfort, service, and great value. Highly recommended for both leisure and trekking travelers visiting Kathmandu.

This has been my eighth sojourn at Hotel Mulberry (HM) in the past 3.5 years. Like all my other visits, Niraj and his staff do an outstanding job of providing consistent, helpful, cheerful service. It is always fantastic to have this kind of service when you are 8000 miles from home.||I've used hotels in Kathmandu that cost twice as much but do not provide the quality of service, cleanliness, and amenities that I receive from HM. It is an excellent value.||There were five of us during this stay. Over a three-week period, we spent eight days in Kathmandu and HM. Everyone felt HM was exceptional. The atmosphere is pleasant and friendly in the lobby. The rooftop lounge area is relaxing and provides a great view of the city. The restaurant on ground level is very service oriented with high quality meals. The complimentary breakfast is very good. The hotel is calm and quiet. Even if there is a large group using the conference room or staying in the hotel, I've never experienced a chaotic environment. There's a nice exercise room at roof level, as well as an inviting pool (though I've never used it myself).||I've stayed in a different room on every stay. They are consistently clean and comfortable, and in very good shape. Many hotels in Nepal can be worn and rundown. Not so here.||As it says in the title, there's no better choice in Kathmandu.

Great hotel! Super clean, well-kept, and really pleasant. The pool is big and beautiful, with valley views The staff are friendly and always happy to help. And front office manager NIRAJ BHATTA is so kind for guest best talented for how to make happy for guest and Breakfast is delicious — lots of variety, fresh juices, coffee, tea, and an egg menu with different toppings made to order. Excellent value for money. Highly recommend

I want to thank all the staff (including Amir) for their FANTASTIC customer service. As a customer service specialist, I pay attention to the details... all the team in the hotel are simply amazing. They went the extra mile to take good care of my group (we were 13 people). I can't thank them enough for being so accessible and helpful. The area were the hotel is located is also fantastic. Quiet street, surrounded by restaurants/coffee places. When I come back with other groups, we will for sure stay here! Thank you to everyone for being so professional!

Loved this hotel in downtown Kathmandu. The pool was a highlight and walking distance to shops. The restaurant is great too. I would definitely stay again, bed comfy, clean space and able to open windows was a big bonus too. |The only issue was no decaf coffee.

I had an amazing stay at Hotel Mulberry in Kathmandu. Their service and hospitality are truly second to none. I was traveling with a bicycle, and the team kindly stored my suitcases while I explored Nepal. Communication through WhatsApp and email was smooth and efficient, even when my travel plans changed. The staff were always accommodating and helpful, making my trip incredibly easy and enjoyable. Highly recommended!

I had an overall good stay, and the hotel staff were friendly, professional, and responsive. I accidentally left two small items in the room, one was recovered after a deeper search, but my watch charger was not found. I appreciate their effort to trace the lost items. There may have been some gap in housekeeping, but overall the hotel is highly recommended. It is clean, calm, and offers great value for money.
