"For glass lovers, this is the place to go, with each of the trendy but exquisite floors of the glass-and-concrete structure dedicated to a different glass artist. The lobby has white-terrazzo flooring and black-wool carpeting. Beautiful and comfortable rooms are wrapped in off-white walls and have pewter accents, rich wood, white bedding, and violet lamps. In the lobby, a Venetian chandelier and multicolored Viking boats are suspended from the ceiling. At Bite Restaurant, the menu mixes Continental fare with Pacific Northwest accents, the lighting changes with each meal, and its blue bar glows."

Stayed 3 days, at one of the best hotels I've stayed. The property was beautiful, the 24th floor had a wonderful view and the room was incredibly comfortable and lovely. The front desk staff were professional and polite, the breakfast room staff on the 25th floor were also helpful and very nice. The artwork we saw in the hotel was fun and amazing. Wish we had time to see more. Was able to access the breakfast on the 25th floor which offered a nice selection. Unfortunately on the last day we were there I was hoping to get at least coffee, as I opted to be green and did not get more coffee from the housekeeper as requested the day prior, but the breakfast room was empty at 8;30am. It looked like it never was opened that morning.. I was able to get some coffee a little later from the housekeeper that day. I also had difficulty accessing internet, possibly it was me but I tried 2-3 times. I finally used my own cell for a hotspot instead which is probably safer anyway. Just little irritants for an otherwise really wonderful hotel that I hope to return soon.

Good room rate, clean enough. Location was central to everything we needed and easy to park and get around with rental car. Lobby bathrooms and bar are super nice. Rooms have full size beds... would have expected queens and there is more than enough space in rooms, seems like a short cut 🤔

This hotel needs updating. It was really nice a few years an ago when I visited the area but clearly they have not put any money into it since. Missing sheers in the room. Missing remote controls and then being told to use the one from the other room. No comforter or blankets for the pull out couch. Hot water in the morning was not present. Barley warm. Fine at night when not so many are showering. it was clean but it's clearly in need of an updating.

I was told this was the best hotel in the area. Honestly, it fell well short of expectations.||I booked a suite, hoping they would have more updated, but no such luck.||First suite we were assigned had terrible smell of smoke and loud heater/ac unit that could not be turned off at all.||They switched our rooms to the one that does not smell like smoke, but still has old, musty smell.||Furniture was all worn, bathtub chipped, windows broken and did not shut tight ( see pictures ).||They texted me the day before check in if I needed anything , I told them we would 3 and we need a 2nd bed setup. That did not happen, I had to ask for bedding, which they delivered 15 minutes later and did not offer to set it up.||This is 2 star hotel at 4 star prices

I was here to visit family for 4 nights. The lobby was great. Good atmosphere to walk in to. And wonderful that they allow pets. Parking rates SHOULD BE disclosed when you book with the hotel. You think you are paying one price only to find out you are paying a different price. Same for pet fees.||||Additionally, I booked a massage with the spa only to be called 30 minutes prior to my appointment letting me know they had no providers (they had called out or something) and wanted to move me to a time slot 3 hours later which did not work for my schedule.||||Elevators had broken glass in all of them, a broken screen, the doors were scratched badly, the parking garage reeked of human urine. My room was not clean. It did not smell well, the carpet had stains, the chaise lounge had stains, the curtains had a blue substance stuck to them, the bathroom ceiling had hair stuck to it, the windows were filthy (inside and out) and the wardrobe mirrors were dirty. The towels were thread bare and ragged. The furniture in the room was damaged and the touch lights didn't work (had to unscrew the lightbulbs to turn them off). Nor did the USB ports in the lights work. ||||The restaurant was a bit run down, the booth seats were worn to the threads, lots of dust on the ledges under the plants, right next to where you are eating food. And the food was mediocre and overpriced, the asparagus wasn't de-gritted (completely full of grit/sand/dirt)||||The internet barely worked for me and my laptop and phone would spin trying to connect||||Ethan was excellent though; he was unable to move rooms for me due to being 'sold out' but he was able to have a blanket sent up to the room for me to cover the chaise lounge that was filthy with stains. He also comped my parking to help make up for the lack of cleanliness in the room.

This is sort of a mixed review. The architecture and art of the hotel is great. Loved the art throughout the hotel. But there are signs that show lack of upkeep for the furniture and rugs. Water rings on the furniture in our room, duct tape on the carpet in front of an elevator, stains on the carpet and sofa in the lobby and seats in the restaurant were ripped and torn. Food in both the bar and restaurant is good.

Positive: The room itself was large, lovely and had a great view. It was in a perfect location for where I was headed for one of the two days. Staff was very friendly and wanted to be of service. Negative: A VERY loud noise, which sounded like a plane landing overhead or a very, very large fan, existed for the whole 38 hours I had the room. It was intermittent about 20-30 per hour. I told the nice guys at the front desk, but never heard back.

Located in downtown Tacoma, WA., convenient and easy to find. Plenty of parking with several EV charging stations. The hotel is beautifully decorated, clean and nice artworks located throughout the main lobby and every floor! Staff is helpful, polite, and friendly. The bar is nicely situated on the main floor. The bar staff are excellent! Rooms are spacious and expertly cleaned. Some of the floor carpets areas are a bit worn and could be replaced, but that is the only negative comment I have about this excellent hotel.
