I love the ambiance of this hotel. Nice little sitting areas with quirky, medieval-looking furniture and decoration. Room was clean and well maintained. Breakfast in basement got us ready for the day. Good coffee. The staff were really helpful. Oh, and there’s a cool Terrance on the roof!

Excellent location, warm, helpful staff, clean, well-appointed. The apartments were a great choice for our 3 nights in Seville. We liked the location, the spaciousness of the apartment, the air conditioning, kitchenette, and updated bathroom. The front desk helped us with tickets for local sites, holding our luggage, and getting a taxi. Some challenges were finding the place - once you get there you understand, but when we first arrived we had a little struggle finding the actual hotel. A quick call made it clear. A sign at the first turn of their street might help newbies like us. This is a location right in the old city, and near a cafe, so alleys are narrow and noise easily travels. The windows are solid, but if you are highly sensitive to noise, be warned, and bring your ear plugs. We did not have a car, I don’t know where parking would be for this lodging. It was a short cab ride from the train station, and a 10 min walk to a metro stop. Overall we were happy with this place and would choose it again.

The location was perfect - easy walking distance to everything we were interested in. The staff was extremely helpful and responded immediately to two small bathroom maintenance issues. The room was on the small side but was certainly adequate for our needs. The bed was comfortable as were the pillows. And the breakfast was typical of a full English breakfast - eggs, ham, beans, mushrooms, pastries, etc. The dining room staff were also very helpful. All in all, a good experience!

Excellent location, the view from the terrace is amazing. The hotel is close to the main important Sevilla landmarks. Great overall. People at the front desk very helpful. We would recommend this hotel and we will come back again. We enjoyed our time.

We had a family room, with 3 single beds. The bedroom and bathroom were an adequate size, comfortable and very clean. We all slept well and enjoyed hot baths. Breakfast was good and well organised. All staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was very convenient to the major tourist attractions. When next in Saville, we will book here again.

Nice hotel in the heart of the Historical centre. Good size rooms and comfy beds. Friendly staff, nice selection for breakfast which is available until noon. Only issue we had was people banging their doors all through the night and the people above us seemed to like dragging furniture around late at night and early morning 😳 overpriced compared to other hotels we have stayed at but suppose they were busy due to the big events happening in the city.

It is very central being walking distance to all the attractions and events that you'll what to visit and do. The rooms are very comfortable, accessible and very clean. The staff was very nice and helpful along our time there. One thing I didn't like is that a double bed was two single beds placed next to eachother which was constantly separating when you turn. What I would suggest is temporarily joining them together when a double bed is requested. Otherwise 100% recommended.

We love this place! It was on one of the charming "kissing lanes" & very close to the Cathedral, Alcazar & all the wonderful tapas bars! The hotel was spotlessly clean, with a lovely balcony & very helpful, friendly hotel staff. There is also an excellent restaurant for morning coffee or refreshing lunch that is just across the entrance to the hotel--El Rincon de Murillo. We only had one problem during our stay: we were staying in a room on the 4th floor (top floor for rooms) & after midnight we kept hearing loud scraping sounds above our ceiling--like furniture moving. I went to front desk to ask about it. The young woman was alone, waiting for her desk partner to return to assist. This continued for almost an hour. I discovered on my own that many students had converged on the rooftop with patio furniture & were partying very loudly & rudely. This did not stop until the 2nd front desk person returned & asked them to leave, locking the entrance to the rooftop.
