What a good find when trying to decide where to stay for our 4 night break. Very reasonably priced; perfect location for all the sights. Hotel was spotless, had everything we needed, including air con., fridge, coffee maker and they provided a kettle. Helpful staff, including a lovely cleaner. Faultless, would 100% recommend

The place location is ideal. Small rooms but very comfortable. The area around the hotel is very walkable and very safe. Hotel carpet and looks are a bit outdated. Breakfast was good, but fresh fruit options were limited. The shower drains on both rooms were clogged, but the personnel were able to fix it. The thermostat in one room was a bit old and the room was hot when we got in. Everything else was good. There is a picture only that shows a pool, which I thought they had. Apparently a visitor posted the pool picture on the google search and it shows up when you search the hotel. The overall experience was good. I would go back to the place.

Very nice experience. They were very customer service oriented. Very clean room. Also, it’s close to most of the restaurants and the tourist visits like the catedral and the giralda. Very nice boutiques, as well. The Murillo garden is historic. A must see garden. Very well situated in the heart of downtown.

Perfect position for exploring Sevilla old town. Down a couple of alleys and you're in the heart of the town.|The bed was very comfortable and a nice size bathroom. You can pay for breakfast if you would like one.|Sadly we were only able to stay one night as we were embarking on a river cruise.

Very centrally located. Near Plaza Espana, Seville cathedral. Its within all tapas restauranat. We did not use bus for transport and all we had to do was walk. All sights were walkable. Aircon was very good too as it was soo hot!

We loved our stay at the new Hotel Murillo Reinoso! The location was unbeatable and within walking distance of everything we wanted to do in Seville and just a short walk through a beautiful park to/from the bus to the airport. The room was beautiful, functional, and spotless. The outdoor terrace was a wonderful addition and a great place to spend time in the evenings. The staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful. The neighborhood was very lively at all hours, so we were shocked at just how noise-proof the room was. As soon as we shut the window/door there was absolutely no noise-transfer, which is pretty impressive for a downtown hotel. ||We would stay again in a heartbeat and will certainly recommend it to friends.

The hotel was clean. The staff friendly and the location was amazing. Maybe I read things wrong but I was under the impression there was a bar and restaurant in the hotel which wasn't the case. No problems as there was a lovely bar/restaurant literally on the doorstep which was very good but if we had been staying longer a drink by the pool would be nice. The restaurant only serves breakfast.

The location of the hotel is excellent in the heart of the Santa Cruz Neighborhood, but other than the old-world lobby, the rest of the hotel is very basic (but the price is reflective of this). Clearly aimed at a more youthful client. ||It was clean and fine for someone on a budget.

Yelp
First, I think that I would give this hotel a 3.5 star rating because it was good- but nothing special pr amazing. This hotel was cheap and central (super close to many of the main Seville attractions). The front office was really kind and helpful. There is a breakfast but it is 10€ per person so we opted to go out and discover local breakfast spots. The room was very small (we were expecting it and it wasn't a problem for us). It was very clean, which was a plus. However the bed was very uncomfortable- super hard and you could basically feel some of the bed springs. It was also very noisy!!! I woke up about 20 times throughout the night to people talking in the halls- the walls must be paper thin. There is a nice terrace bar on the top floor which was nice. Overall, our 2 night stay was okay. I would probably try a different hotel next time.

Yelp
On a road trip in Portugal and Spain - found this place prior to leaving. So this place is hard to find. While beautiful, it is located in a crazy, windy, typical European alley way that Google Maps does not like. We arrived late and navigating the alley ways was tough. Finally found the place (somehow) and was greeted by a gracious understanding host who understood our dilemmas. While the staff was friendly, the rooms were small. It had a fridge and stove but we felt trapped in. No windows, no light and no working ice machines or drinks on the floor - as used to in North America. The location was good, though for those who are directionally challenged, you will get lost. The hotel is located in a never ending maze of alleys. To be fair, we arrived there while dark - but we also went to Lisbon, Cordoba, Granada, Madrid, Porto, and Sintra - which were all easy to find our hotels. After a couple nights we did eventually find our way home on foot - but no cars allowed - so if you're walking, you better pray you can navigate your way around. It's really not as easy as they make it seem on their website.

Yelp
Loved the employees who work here, the hotel rooms, and the location! Our "apartment room" was very spacious and clean. The beds were very comfortable as well. There is a wonderful courtyard and a rooftop terrace where you can see the city. On nice days you can also buy drinks at the top. I went to the buffet breakfast as well and was very pleased. It is about a 3 minute walking distance from the cathedral/ the heart of the city. I strongly recommend this hotel!

Yelp
The Hotel Murillo is located in a very convenient area. The rooms were clean and we had everything that was advertised. But, what was lacking at this hotel was the extra touches - it was as if they did the bare minimum to make this a good hotel. For example, the staff did not leave additional hand/body soap in the bathroom after cleaning, they left dirty glasses in the room, one late evening I needed a cup of hot water for some medicinal tea - and they informed me the kitchen was closed. They don't provide you with any bottles of complimentary water or snacks or candies. While none of these things would prevent me from booking here, next time I book in Seville I will look at other hotels who "go the extra mile."
