I absolutely loved my stay at The Hotel Muse! The property is stunning — elegant, atmospheric, and incredibly photogenic (a dream for anyone who loves design and Instagram-worthy details). The room was cleaned daily, and the breakfast buffet was honestly the best I’ve ever had — such a great variety and quality. A special shout-out to the concierge, Mr. A, who was super helpful and made my stay even smoother. The only minor things that could be improved are the towels, as some looked a bit worn, and the shower area, which could use a small update — the floor was slightly peeling. Overall, a beautiful hotel with charm, character, and great service — I’d definitely stay again!

I travel for business. Hotels don’t generally impress me - this one did! It’s a very unique themed hotel that didn’t cross the line into tacky or cheesy. Elegant and refined are better descriptors. The location was neatly situated close to lumpini park, bts and a Starbucks. The entire staff was not only helpful but warm, welcoming and genuinely friendly. If you are looking for the bright new construction typical of mid-tier hotels with their bright colored contemporary furniture — you won’t find that here. Hotel Muse offers a dark and sultry vibe with sounds of early 1920s jazz to relax your soul.|Concierge staff is top notch— Mr Four, Mr A, Mr Porsche and Mr Antonio took care of everything from tours to taxis and greeted me daily even when I didn’t require their services.|Ms Nuit, sales manager, was very very helpful.

The hotel is styled with a modern 21st-century British touch, accompanied by black-and-white jazz music that instantly transports you into the world of an old soul. This was my birthday solo trip, and the warmth I felt here made the journey even more meaningful. Yam at the front desk greeted me with a genuine smile from the moment I checked in — patiently explaining everything I needed to know and even guiding me through my travel routes. At check-out, she remembered my plans for the day and wished me a happy birthday again. Those small gestures made me feel truly cared for, especially while traveling alone. I also want to thank Autonin, Belive, and Mint for their kind and attentive service throughout my stay. Their hospitality made my solo adventure feel a little less solitary and a lot more heartwarming

The hotel is absolutely beautiful 🤩 — perfect for taking photos, and I never get tired of passing through the stunning lobby every day! All the staff are super helpful, polite, and genuinely friendly 😚 Special thanks to Mr. Four, Antonio, and Pouche for their warm service. Breakfast was great — served from 6am to 10am, which is perfect for relaxing and enjoying a slow morning. The food quality was excellent 🤤 The room was spacious 💖 and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location is very convenient — it’s easy to get around, and everywhere is just a short motorbike ride away 🙂‍↕️

Had such a great stay! Enjoyed the refreshing welcome drink when I arrived. Location was good, about 5min walk to the train. The rooftop bar offered an amazing view. My room was very clean, air con worked well. Breakfast was super nice (especially the congee and tomato soup)! And everyone from the team was friendly and helpful. Thank you to the „A-team“: Mrs Ann, Mr A and Mr Antonio! Used the gym once with a nice view. Water and towels are provided.

I am a resident of Thailand and travel often to Bangkok and regularly stay at Hotel Muse as it is fantastic. The décor througout the hotel is exceptional. The rooms are outstanding with everything you need to make your stay comfortable. The amenities are well maintained and clean. The staff are always courteous, friendly and professional. At check out the two staff, Belive and Money were exceptionally very nice and thankfull. I would strongly recommend this place for a fabulous stay.

Had a great stay at the Muse Autograph Collection Hotel. The room was great and the bed was very comfortable to sleep in. The buffet breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of choices. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would like to thank Antonio, Belive, Mint and Yam for helping me recover some clothing that had been accidently left in the wardrobe. I highly recommend staying here.

Honestly didn’t expect much but ended up really liking this place. It’s got that dark, stylish look kinda old-school fancy but in a cool way. Room was super comfy, bed was great, bathroom was nice too. Rooftop bar = awesome views and good drinks. Staff were chill and helpful. Location’s solid, easy to get around. Not gonna write a whole essay but yeah, 10/10 vibe. Would come back.
