Hotel Muse Bangkok, Autograph Collection

I was thoroughly impressed by the warm and professional service at the reception. They were attentive, courteous, and went out of their way to make me feel welcome. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and I immediately felt at ease thanks to their genuine hospitality.||The room was beyond my expectations—exceptionally spacious, elegantly designed, and thoughtfully appointed. The high ceilings and stylish decor gave the space a luxurious yet cozy feel, offering the perfect retreat after a busy day in the city. I highly recommend Hotel Muse to anyone looking for a blend of elegance, space, and outstanding service in Bangkok. I’m already looking forward to my next stay!

It has a quirky great gatsby theme, which is the appeal and selling point of the hotel - aside from that, the hotel has rooms for improvement if they position themselves as a luxury 4-5 stars. ||Room and corridors are all quite dark. Bed and pillows are heavenly. Bathroom is dark and hard to do make up. Water pressure was good, they only have two big towels; not even medium towels are supplied for hair. No air ventilator in the bathroom either. ||Breakfast was most disappointing. They have buffet and special made order. The latter took so long to be delivered. And when it came, the portion and presentation was most disappointing. The so called fluffy pancake was the most disgusting pancake I have had. It’s very hard and chewy. Buffet breakfast was basic at best, one round of serving is more than enough. No need to go for second round. ||Service was mediocre at best from breakfast, rooftop bar to reception. The best was bell boy who attended our transportation arrangements to the airport. ||The hotel is fine, too gimmicky for my taste. Feels like they put on too much cosmetic, gimmicky efforts and not enough on the basic customer experience and hotel offering. ||I had high hopes because it was part of the autograph collection. Tried it once, never again. Not with this, or any other autograph collections.

Very unique hotel with great charm and personality. Fantastically located with beautiful rooms in wooden accent. In a word, unique. I was delighted to have been offered a generous room upgrade as a Marriott Bonvoy gold member. But beyond the property lies the fantastic staff. Thank you Mr. Olaf! But my hero and of great assistance was the gracious Mr.A with directions, advice and transportation. Many more but alas everyones names I can not remember.

The place is absolutely exhilarating. One of the finest five star boutique properties in the centre of Bangkok.As you enter through its doors a rich fragrance engulfs you smitten. It has all the facilities of a good hotel apart from maintaining perfect cleanliness and hygiene - a great pool, a refreshing sauna room, two restaurants and a speakeasy bar rated as top end by the cocktail curators and discovery magazine recommendations- the only snag would be its compact size but this adds to the exquisiteness of the hotel. The staff is incredibly welcoming and helpful. They are available at all times and always with a wide smile ready to help out and ease you in. The concierge Antonio is friendly and mans the hotel like a fine executive. His team has amazing receptionists - Golf, BB and Honny who are remarkably hospitable and friendly. They would give you tips on places to visit and things to do in the vicinity. All in all the property is my favorite as it offers privacy and exclusivity. It was my second time staying at the Muse and given its exceptional standards It will not be my last trip here.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The hotel is conveniently located near a shopping mall and the BTS Skytrain, just a 10-minute walk away. A big thank you to Manager Olaf, who offered us a room upgrade that made our stay truly memorable. All the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely come back soon!

Very cool room! And very nice located hotel where everything is easily accessible! The staffs, both Honey and Four, are super friendly and helpful! Will definitely stay here next time visiting Bangkok again! 😊 btw, should definitely check out the sky view bar in the hotel, the drinks are absolutely amazing and well-made. The night view is also insanely good.

My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed The Hotel Muse. The roaring 20s theme was tastefully incorporated throughout the rooms, bars, and restaurant. Breakfast was nice with a buffet and a la cart items. The hotel had restaurants nearby and it was possible to walk to a few different malls. The staff, especially at the front desk, were great too!

Room & service very good, location is not as good as it requires a walk to either train station and to get to any decent shopping. Breakfast was good with very attentive staff. The hotel theme is 1920's and is true to theme thus rooms are darker than most travellers would be accustomed to. Managers and supervisors all of European decent need to adopt more of a Thai attitude and smile plus greet guests as is Thai standard. Group of them drinking and talking loudly at the entrance of the roop top bar and the lounge on the busy Friday evening didn't sound appropriate.
