Everything was great. The hotel has an excellent location, about a 10-minute walk from the BTS line or the Lumpini park. The staff was extra attentive, very kind and helpful, from the receptionists, through bell boys and door men to the hotel manager. Room service was excellent and the room itself was very nice, spacious and the bathroom filled with everything you need. Swimming pool on the 19th floor has a nice view of the skyline. Special thanks to Mr. A who went above and beyond in helping us to get to the airport when we were leaving the hotel. Thank you :)!

From the moment we arrived, the doormen, Seven and his colleague, were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always greeting us warmly every time we returned to the hotel. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff at the front desk were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The room was beautifully designed, and well-equipped with everything one might need. The attention to detail was evident throughout the hotel, from the lobby to the common areas, creating a truly relaxing atmosphere. Overall, my stay was nothing short of fantastic. It’s rare to find a hotel where both the property and the staff are so dedicated to providing top-notch service. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area and look forward to staying here again.

I had an amazing stay at Hotel Muse Bangkok. The property is stunning, beautifully designed, and perfectly located—but what truly made my experience unforgettable was the exceptional service. A special thank you to Mrs. Honey and Mr. Believe, who were incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout my stay. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, and their hospitality made me feel truly welcomed. I highly recommend Hotel Muse Bangkok to anyone visiting the city—excellent rooms, amazing atmosphere, and outstanding staff. I can’t wait to come back!

A nice concept designed hotel, but not more than nice. As this is a part of the big known Marriot hotels chain I would expect way more attention to details. This hotel rated as 5 stars hotel, I definitely not think this hotel worth the rate, especially compared to other 5 stars hotels in Bangkok. It is worth mentioning that the hotel is quite old with low maintenance that you can see both in the public areas as well as in the rooms. The concept of 20 century design is nice but I would say that from my experience it is too much and makes the atmosphere heavy and not enough esthetic. The dining room at the 19’th floor is so dark and the buffet presentation is not inviting at all. Food quality is fine but not more. Roof top looks promising from the pictures and reviews but in fact food there is not that good, and even cocktails were disappointing. The gym and pool are tiny, the facilities are old and dirty. In general we were expecting much more especially from Marriott standards (as Marriot members). I would expect them to invest much more in maintenance than in adding decor details that emphasize the 1920s concept. The hotel located in a nice quiet neighborhood that we like.

Nothing to complain about this hotel but the good things, location is wonderful, only a few minutes walking to BTS, the room is nice and clean, standard gym well equipped with what we need, the pool has a great view and well maintained. Breakfast was good, can use a little more variety but no complaint there. Staff at breakfast is so lovely and so helpful. Mr. Seven at the door ( not sure if he’s a doorman or ??) is so helpful , he helped us getting a cab and all. Kudos. Overall, I think it’s a great boutique hotel. Roof top bar is a must visit. Fun and festive ! We didn’t eat dinner there, so no comments but the restaurant looks nice when we poked our head in.

Quirky hotel that has nailed the customer service and charm. Beyond the fantastic location, the hotel is beautifully appointed, well-maintained, and small enough to feel quaint while still providing 5-stay Marriott-Bonvoy-style service. As one of the Autograph Collection hotels in the Marriott-Bonvoy chain, Hotel Muse has created a truly memorable stay experience.||We did 5 nights and loved everything about it - breakfasts was solid, Club Lounge was welcoming, and the rooftop pool provided us with a great place to relax after a day exploring the city.||BIG shoutout to the door-person, Mr. Seven who was always there to wish us well as we headed out for the day and to welcome us back later. His infectious smile was a perfect example of the warm hospitality offered at the hotel. ||I truly can’t recommend Hotel Muse Bangkok enough!

I absolutely loved my stay at The Hotel Muse! The property is stunning — elegant, atmospheric, and incredibly photogenic (a dream for anyone who loves design and Instagram-worthy details). The room was cleaned daily, and the breakfast buffet was honestly the best I’ve ever had — such a great variety and quality. A special shout-out to the concierge, Mr. A, who was super helpful and made my stay even smoother. The only minor things that could be improved are the towels, as some looked a bit worn, and the shower area, which could use a small update — the floor was slightly peeling. Overall, a beautiful hotel with charm, character, and great service — I’d definitely stay again!

Great location and loyal staff, but it’s lost a bit of its old charm. I’ve stayed at Hotel Muse Bangkok many times over the 10 years and have always loved its unique style and fantastic location. Long-standing team members like Mr. A and Mr. Four just to name a few continue to make every stay memorable — they’re a real highlight and make staying at Hotel Muse feel like a home coming. Since the recent shifts to Accor and Marriott management, the overall vibe and service levels feel a little diminished. For example, the removal of daily poolside service is a noticeable loss, especially for a hotel that’s more suited to couples and adults. Still a beautiful property with great staff — I just hope some of the special touches that made it stand out return soon.
