had an amazing stay at Hotel Muse Bangkok in Langsuan. The quality of the bed and linens honestly made me so happy — incredibly comfortable and perfect for a good night’s rest. A special shoutout to Manager Antonio, whose bright smile and warm hospitality truly stood out. The rest of the staff were also exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The view from the room was beautiful, and the location is super convenient. There are plenty of facilities nearby — 7-Eleven, markets, Starbucks, restaurants, even a nail salon — all within a short walk. Plus, the BTS station is only about a 7-minute walk, which made getting around the city really easy.

A nice concept designed hotel, but not more than nice. As this is a part of the big known Marriot hotels chain I would expect way more attention to details. This hotel rated as 5 stars hotel, I definitely not think this hotel worth the rate, especially compared to other 5 stars hotels in Bangkok. It is worth mentioning that the hotel is quite old with low maintenance that you can see both in the public areas as well as in the rooms. The concept of 20 century design is nice but I would say that from my experience it is too much and makes the atmosphere heavy and not enough esthetic. The dining room at the 19’th floor is so dark and the buffet presentation is not inviting at all. Food quality is fine but not more. Roof top looks promising from the pictures and reviews but in fact food there is not that good, and even cocktails were disappointing. The gym and pool are tiny, the facilities are old and dirty. In general we were expecting much more especially from Marriott standards (as Marriot members). I would expect them to invest much more in maintenance than in adding decor details that emphasize the 1920s concept. The hotel located in a nice quiet neighborhood that we like.

I had the pleasure of staying here when she JUST opened. I recently returned some 14hr later with my family. It's not really billed as a “family” hotel much more for adults but we wanted out little girl to experience the place and we we confidant the staff would occomidate and roll with us. The same level of attentiveness and attention to detail is still very present. I really have a soft spot for this hotel. Our porter “Mr 4” was magically right at our side ever time. The BEAMING smile from the hotel concierge should also be noted. Considering it's the land of smiles he stands out and was quick with a tip for any location you are heading. The bell hop, “Mr 7” was all over our baggage. Wouldn't let us loft a finger if we wanted to. So polite. So Thai😁. The location (for us) is top notch. The hotel is worth more than the price.

Nothing to complain about this hotel but the good things, location is wonderful, only a few minutes walking to BTS, the room is nice and clean, standard gym well equipped with what we need, the pool has a great view and well maintained. Breakfast was good, can use a little more variety but no complaint there. Staff at breakfast is so lovely and so helpful. Mr. Seven at the door ( not sure if he’s a doorman or ??) is so helpful , he helped us getting a cab and all. Kudos. Overall, I think it’s a great boutique hotel. Roof top bar is a must visit. Fun and festive ! We didn’t eat dinner there, so no comments but the restaurant looks nice when we poked our head in.

The location is a huge plus: perfectly positioned between Sukhumvit’s energy and the calm of Lumpini Park, making it both practical and refined. Add to that great dining options and one of the city’s best rooftops, and you get a hotel that feels truly special. Ideal for travelers who value ambiance, style, and a touch of drama.

Hotel Muse Bangkok, Autograph Collection is great boutique-style hotel in the city. The design is unique—dark wood, vintage European décor, and a classy rooftop atmosphere that sets it apart from most modern "business" hotels in Bangkok. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The location makes it easy to get around central Bangkok. The level of service from arrival to checkout was very friendly and supportive. The team here genuinely cares about guests. K.A, K.Four, and K.Seven, who were incredibly helpful throughout my stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for something more memorable than a standard business hotel.

One night was more than enough. While the 1920s theme is an interesting concept, it feels more like a novelty than a comfortable place to stay. The lighting throughout the property is incredibly dim, both in the rooms and the restaurants. I understand they are going for a "vibe," but it’s simply too dark to be functional. Furthermore, the rooms are showing their age. They look dated and have visible signs of wear and tear that go beyond "vintage charm." I won’t be staying here again

A special thank you to Mrs. Honey and Mr. Believe, who were incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout my stay. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, and their hospitality made me feel truly welcomed. I highly recommend Hotel Muse Bangkok to anyone visiting the city—excellent rooms, amazing atmosphere, and outstanding staff. I can’t wait to come back!
