I spent four nights in this lovely, modern hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable. The air conditioning worked well. The hotel's staff were everywhere and they were all super nice and helpful, including Antonio who kindly stored our luggage after we checked out, while we went shopping. Nearly every worker seemed to be able to speak English sufficiently for their interactions with guests. The breakfasts were delicious and some different food items were offered each day, along with many similar ones. It is close to the Center railway station. I was very happy with this hotel and recommend it.

I had a fantastic stay at Hotel Muse Bangkok Langsuan. The hotel’s Art Deco design is absolutely stunning — elegant, atmospheric, and full of character. From the beautifully styled lobby to the thoughtfully designed rooms, every detail reflects a strong sense of identity and sophistication. The location is perfect: central yet peaceful, with easy access to BTS and major shopping areas. The rooftop bar is also a highlight, offering a great ambiance and impressive city views. I would especially like to recognize Charlyne for her exceptional service. She was warm, professional, and incredibly attentive throughout my stay. Her genuine care and attention to detail made a real difference — she anticipated our needs and handled everything with grace and efficiency. And gave me an upgrade :) The hotel itself is outstanding, but team members like Charlyne truly elevate the entire experience. I’m sincerely grateful and would absolutely return.

I have traveled to many locations worldwide and stayed in hotels of various categories, but this is the first time I have felt compelled to write a review due to an exceptionally poor experience:1) Despite arriving after a long and exhausting journey, the hotel was unable to provide a room even after 4:00 pm, although the published check-in time was 3:00 pm.2) When a room finally became available, it was not the type I had booked, and no explanation was given for the change. The failure to honor my reservation and the lack of communication were deeply disappointing.3) Staff assured me that my luggage would be transferred to the room once it was ready. However, even after 8:00 pm, the transfer had not occurred, leaving me without access to my belongings for an unreasonable amount of time.These service failures disrupted my plans and caused unnecessary stress. For the price paid, there are far better hotels and services available in Thailand. I do not recommend this hotel.

This is our first trip to Thailand and we started off the trip in Bangkok and stayed at Hotel Muse for three nights. For us, it was perfection. We arrived very early in the morning (around 5a) and they our room was ready to be checked in upon arrival, which was amazing considering we had been flying for 24 hours. The staff is amazing. Mr. A is incredible and was a highlight of the entire experience offering recommendations, local tips and more. They arranged for cars to pick us up and more. We did not eat at the hotel while staying there but the restaurants looked great. We did enjoy cocktails on the rooftop and the views and service were great. While the pool area is small, it was wonderful to just sit up there with a beer after a day of sightseeing. The views from the pool are equally as nice! The location was also nice. In the heart of all of it, easy to jump on a station, grab a tuk tuk, go for shop or anything else. On to the room. We did get a corner room and the views were great from all sides. The room was very comfortable and the bathrooms were nice. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel.

From the moment we arrived, the doormen, Seven and his colleague, were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always greeting us warmly every time we returned to the hotel. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff at the front desk were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The room was beautifully designed, and well-equipped with everything one might need. The attention to detail was evident throughout the hotel, from the lobby to the common areas, creating a truly relaxing atmosphere. Overall, my stay was nothing short of fantastic. It’s rare to find a hotel where both the property and the staff are so dedicated to providing top-notch service. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area and look forward to staying here again.

had an amazing stay at Hotel Muse Bangkok in Langsuan. The quality of the bed and linens honestly made me so happy — incredibly comfortable and perfect for a good night’s rest. A special shoutout to Manager Antonio, whose bright smile and warm hospitality truly stood out. The rest of the staff were also exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The view from the room was beautiful, and the location is super convenient. There are plenty of facilities nearby — 7-Eleven, markets, Starbucks, restaurants, even a nail salon — all within a short walk. Plus, the BTS station is only about a 7-minute walk, which made getting around the city really easy.

🇹🇭 🥘🫕🛍️🍽️🇮🇹🍝🍅🍕 Manee, Garfield and Mr Sacha and team have taken great care of us, muse hotel was gothically, beautifully, artistically decorated. It had a colonial, goth, classical, and Italian style of things. Every space of the hotel is worth a picture. Medici kitchen & bar, a very unique style of Italian style of pizzas, steaks were served outstandingly luxurious with a high contemporary style of art. Was very impressed by night manager Manee and Garfield's hospitality and service cuz I asked for many things like where to buys, where to go and the normal FAQs of Bangkok. Was very glad to bring my wife a very romantic and lush night at Medici. Their bedrooms, bathroom and the cleanliness of the hotel, F&B, service was 10/10. thank you all

Had a great time at this hotel. The rooms, service and pool were all great. The rainfall shower is also one of the best I’ve ever been in! We did feel like the 1920s theme was a little overdone in parts, but it’s a great hotel and I would definitely return when next in Bangkok.
