A great hotel! The bed and pillows were very comfortable, the room was bigger than it looked in the photos, and staff were helpful. Close to the train station and a Family Mart in the lobby. Highly recommend and would stay again.

The hotel is ok. A room for single occupation is small. It doesn’t have a wardrobe, so when you stay longer than 2 days it’s difficult to store your clothes. From photos other rooms seems a bit bigger. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Breakfast has Asian and European food. You can make your own freshly baked pancakes. So they are hot and soft when you eat them. Close to the underground and a major station. Supermarket and shops in walking distance.

Hotel is well located but a bit old even it was remodelled recently. Corridor is smelly. Photos provided by the hotel looks much larger than the actual room. Amenities are a bit far from expectations. No bottled water in the room, does not provide extra pillow.

I siffered a terrible traffic accident in Tokio during my stay at this hotel. I had to cancel the last 2 days of my stay at the hotel to return to my country ro receive medical attention. Despite this, the hotel has not returned the payment of the last two days of stay. The day I left the hospital in Tokio and come back to the hotel, in pijama from the street, and with visible scars on my face, I told reception staff I was coming from the hospital because I had an accident and needed a copy of the room card. The man who was at reception just made me a copy of the card, he didn't even ask how I was or what had happened to me. The lack of sensitivity and emphaty is absolute.

The room is enough for couples. It's clean and staff is very accommodating. Please be patient with the staff due to our language barrier, having a translator app would help.

I haven't actually stayed here, but I think I need to write a review about this hotel. I planned a trip to stay in this hotel this month and booked through Agoda (it was a non-refundable booking) but due to unforeseen circumstances of my family, I need to cancel my trip. Unfortunately, Agoda could not do anything for me to waive the cancellation fee.. So, I tried to contact the hotel directly.. and to my surprise they were really helpful and responded to my enquiry quickly. They also waived the cancellation fee in the end. Thank you very much for your really good management. I hope that I can stay here in the future.

I absolutely love this hotel! Location is great with many metro stations nearby. There is Family Mart just downstairs so getting stuffs is super convenient!! The room is very clean, and cleaner came in to clean our room everyday.

The hotel, itself, seems to be old, but well maintained.There was no USB port for power supply.The conveniently located to access to JR and subway station.The variety of the breakfast is good to start the day, although the menu itself is almost same every day.The convenience store is in the premises. They should indicate the tab water is drinkable.
