The room was small, as many are in Japan, but everything else was wonderful. The hotel was perfectly located — with the metro, restaurants, a shopping mall, and even a supermarket just around the corner. I loved stepping out each morning into the gentle buzz of the city, grabbing a warm coffee, and watching locals begin their day. It was simple, but full of charm — a real slice of everyday Japan.

Google
Great stay at a reasonable price in a comfortable and big enough room just at Great location in the heart of Tokyo. It has many restaurants and metro and train options just five minutes from the hotel. Highly recommended hotel for a short or long stay in Tokyo. It also has a convenience store and a restaurant in the same building

The room was very clean, the size of room was small but satisfying for 2 people who came to hotel just sleep. The location was great, easy access to subway, rail, food and shopping.

Great Location. Awajicho Station is just couple of feets ahead. Also the location is so quiet and peaceful compared to other busy Tokyo areas! A family mart convenience store is on the same 1st floor which is great for tourists. The staffs are very helpful and easy to communicate. We visited with five people including two kids and we were so welcomed. Great location, Great service, and Great accomodation facilities. If I visit Chiyoda again, I will definitely try to book here. Also I recommend this hotel for family with kids.

We had a small room for 2, but it was a really nice experience! Especially the staff is really friendly and always there to support you. Also the fact that you’re so close to Akihabara is super convenient!

A great hotel! The bed and pillows were very comfortable, the room was bigger than it looked in the photos, and staff were helpful. Close to the train station and a Family Mart in the lobby. Highly recommend and would stay again.

Google
The hotel is ok. A room for single occupation is small. It doesn’t have a wardrobe, so when you stay longer than 2 days it’s difficult to store your clothes. From photos other rooms seems a bit bigger. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Breakfast has Asian and European food. You can make your own freshly baked pancakes. So they are hot and soft when you eat them. Close to the underground and a major station. Supermarket and shops in walking distance.

Yelp
The hotel is connected to a Family Mart and is walking distance from Akihabara Station, multiple arcades, and shops. The staff was able to speak English, but knowing a little bit of Japanese can speed up the process. The hotel room was relatively small but was enough space for me and my partner.

Yelp
While this hotel is well-appointed, beautiful, relatively new, and a little more spacious than other hotels I've stayed at in Akihabara, it's unconscionable for me to give this place more than a single star. Our non-smoking room REEKS of smoke. The front desk came up to unlock our window and let the room air out. They also had us use the air freshener and humidifier. It would be different if someone had just indulged once in here, but the curtains, carpet, and even the wallpaper smell terribly. I'm one of those obnoxious "allergic to smoke" people, So the smell makes me nauseous, gives me a headache, makes my throat sore, and more. Waking up in the room is gross. It's relatively close to Akihabara station - a ten minute walk, anyway - which is close enough that our open window lets in a ton of train noise. At least we can't hear too much going on in the hallways and adjacent rooms.

Yelp
About a 12 minute walk from the Akihabara Station. It's close enough to Akihabara but still considered not apart of it (from what I gather by the address). It's across a huge main road from the direction of Akihabara. Also located across the street is a Mister Donut and a Post Office, both of which make your life easier. There's also a convenience store connected to the same building and you can access it from the hotel lobby. I would definitely stay at this hotel again, and plan to. The front desk staff were great and friendly. They were willing to help and were all you would expect from the famously known great Japanese hospitality you'll receive. I stayed at this hotel during a large international tech convention, not located in the convention center downstairs. The hotel was still nice and quite despite selling out (of all of their rooms). The room and bathroom were of decent size.

Yelp
My wife and I stayed here back in April and had a great time. The hotel is clean and mostly comfortable. We have written a more thorough review complete with pictures on our website at www.RandRWander.com if you are looking for more info. We would stay here again!
