I really enjoyed staying at this hotels. The rooms are quite large by Japanese standards, basically an American style room. Checking was fast and friendly. It’s a very short walk from the train station in a quiet area with a convenience store nearby. If you have kids, there’s also a public playground nearby. I would definitely stay here again.

had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is very convenient, just about a 5-minute walk from Kanazawa Station, making it easy to explore the city. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help with anything I needed. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again in the future!

A very good standard hotel with excellent staff. Our room was a premium king and a nice 35m2 size, with lounges and a king sized futon style bed that was comfortable. The hotel is an easy 10 minute stroll from Kanazawa station. And of course, the station and nearby Aeon building have many shops and restaurants and cafes to choose from. The buffet breakfast had a lot of variety and you will surely find something there to suit your tastes. We were met every morning by friendly staff who showed us to our table and answered any questions. Really couldn’t ask for a better hotel. We are big fans of the Mystays group hotels and this is one of the best. Great value too!

Great service in a hotel located about 5 minutes walk from Kanazawa station. Spacious rooms and large, comfortable beds. With the added advantage of a coin-operated laundry next to a relaxing living style room where you can read, watch TV or plan your adventures on your mobile devices.

The location is probably the best part about this hotel, less than a 5 minute walk from Kanazawa Station. There is also a 7/11 next door. The building itself is definitely showing a bit of wear and tear, could probably do with a reno in the next few years. Price was great and the room is massive, especially by Japanese standards. But for the two of us it felt like a lot of wasted space. Bed was comfortable with a couple of pillows on either side.

The room for two persons is large and clean. There’s a working zone including a desk and a chair. It’s comfortable to sit and write. There are two small armchairs for you to sit, sip coffee and relax. It’s a cozy room, worth to stay.

Yelp
There are two Hotel Mystays Kanazawa; Hotel Mystays Kanazawa PREMIER and Hotel Mystays Kanazawa CASTLE. I'm not sure which one this hotel is for.... Uses DHC products (make-up remover, moisturizer, face soap). The "onsen" is outside; a bit difficult to find at first. A bit cold since you have to step out of the building and enter another building 5 feet away to get there. Offered 3 beds! Toilet and shower was separate. Be aware that there's Hotel Mystays and Hotel Mystays Castle.

Yelp
A weird way to start a review, but best feature of this hotel is free washers and dryers for guest use! You just have to buy soap at 100 yen per load. Just beware it may take 2 hours to dry clothes in dryer, and there can be a long queue to use them. Room was very spacious, Western style but with the micro-bathroom you'd expect in Japan. Bed is a little hard, also as expected. Blanket was totally synthetic and made me sweat a ton overnight, even with window open at 50 degrees outside. The staff was EXTREMELY helpful and kind. We were dealing with a lost phone on the Shinkanzen, and they called lost and found for us. They also had our luggage from the luggage forwarding ready for us when we arrived. One downside is there are no restaurants or shops close by. For all meals we had to go back to the train station. But it's a fine walk that includes a pianist playing music in the underpass...only in Japan!
