We had a great stay! The facilities were excellent, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. We really enjoyed our time here.

Hotel Nader is an excellent and affordable choice for a comfortable stay. The spacious, spotless rooms and peaceful surroundings make it very pleasant. Conveniently located next to the ADO bus station, it’s perfect for easy transit. While not in the hotel zone, its cleanliness, comfort, and value make it a great option for budget-conscious travelers.

Excellent place to stay for a long period while on vacation. The staff, although, don't speak much english will try their very best to accommodate your need. The rooms are pristine and clean with daily housekeeping. The location is very safe and quiet for great night sleep. Everything from food to convenience stores are right next to the building. I literally could not find a better place in downtown Cancun to stay than Hotel Nader. Highly recommend.

We were apprehensive booking this for our spring break trip because there weren't that many reviews at the time but I'm so glad we did! Hotel was fantastic and absolutely unbeatable for the price. The room was large, beautiful, and clean, and could house up to 6 people as it came with 2 beds and a pullout sofa bed. The AC worked great and our room even came with a big jug of purified water which was an unexpected and considerate touch. Housekeeping service was excellent. Location was convenient. The staff didn't speak that much English but we were able to make it work. There were ants if you left food out but we resolved this by keeping our food in the fridge--no complaints for the price we paid. Overall fantastic and a hidden gem!!

If you are one light sleeper, avoid this hotel. Not sure why so many reviews rate it as quiet, but I have found it noisy as I kept getting woken up by people opening and closing doors. Also the gates between floors require the keys to unlock, which make constant noise. They allow pets and someone with a barking dog went out aloud at night. Location is convenient and room is ok, but you get what you pay for. The toiletries do not include facial tissue, soap nor lotion. Water shower nozzles are confusing to figure out the directions without specification. No elevators for travelers with suitcases to go upstairs. I stayed for one night without much sleep and decided to leave the next day though I book 3 nights.

Great deal. The location in the center is perfect, a few minutes walk from restaurants, the bus station and the 28 market where you can buy gifts and items from local artisans. The rooms were new, the bed was super king and the bathroom was just past a walk-in closet. The only detail is that the room does not have a window that can be opened. We stayed in room 2. With fan and AC. Recommended place.

We loved this place. It's in a quiet area in walking distance to a grocery store, several convenience stores, restaurants and nightlife. The room we had was gigantic, and had a full kitchen. It was super clean, had great A/C and hot water. The wifi was a little inconsistent - sometimes it was ridiculously fast, sometimes it cut out. Parking is in front of the hotel, but is not gated. We were able to securely park our motorcycles around the back in a locked area. Carlos was very attentive, and was genuinely concerned that we had a good stay. Our room was 1100 pesos for a king bed / two people.

We reserved a suite here for the week and paid 1/4 the prices of the resorts in the hotel zone. The room service was excellent. They set up a taxi ride for us back to the airport. The cafe next door was so convenient. The room was actually larger than what we needed. The shower was nice and hot and the room was clean. The only downside was that very little English is spoken here. I would recommend you know at least some Spanish if you plan to stay here. One nice positive is that taxi rates from here are 1/2 what they charge from the hotels in the hotel zone. Nader is a quiet street compared to one block over on Tulum.
