I sometimes still cannot believe that this model of convenience still exists. The cleanliness is immaculate and all the amenities make you feel that you get what you pay for. It has everything that you would intuitively expect from a hotel including water, fridge, microwave, utensils, working area, and iron in the room. Somehow the layout of the room makes it feel bigger than it is which is a plus. The manager was the most accommodating, and happy to entertain a delightful conversation.

The Best Hotel in Cancun Centro. If you need a good clean affordable and very safe room for the night or few days this is the best one in my opinion. They recently renovated and it's even nicer than last year and would recommend in a heartbeat to anyone not staying in the resort area hotel strip. Great location to do whatever you are planning in the area.

I stayed here twice: one night each on both sides of arriving and leaving Cancun to visit the rest of the Yucatan. The hotel is located on a nice tree lined street restaurant that parallels the main drag of Avenida Tulum. The rooms are spotless and most importantly it is very quiet. It's really close to the Ado terminal so you can easily walk there to catch buses to the airport or other cities nearby. The only thing I would ask for management to do is to add a water dispenser on the floor outside of the room so that we don't need to use a lot of plastic bottles. I will definitely come back as this is a really great spot in downtown Cancun.

Excellent place to stay for a long period while on vacation. The staff, although, don't speak much english will try their very best to accommodate your need. The rooms are pristine and clean with daily housekeeping. The location is very safe and quiet for great night sleep. Everything from food to convenience stores are right next to the building. I literally could not find a better place in downtown Cancun to stay than Hotel Nader. Highly recommend.

We were apprehensive booking this for our spring break trip because there weren't that many reviews at the time but I'm so glad we did! Hotel was fantastic and absolutely unbeatable for the price. The room was large, beautiful, and clean, and could house up to 6 people as it came with 2 beds and a pullout sofa bed. The AC worked great and our room even came with a big jug of purified water which was an unexpected and considerate touch. Housekeeping service was excellent. Location was convenient. The staff didn't speak that much English but we were able to make it work. There were ants if you left food out but we resolved this by keeping our food in the fridge--no complaints for the price we paid. Overall fantastic and a hidden gem!!

Hotel Nader is an excellent and affordable choice for a comfortable stay. The spacious, spotless rooms and peaceful surroundings make it very pleasant. Conveniently located next to the ADO bus station, it’s perfect for easy transit. While not in the hotel zone, its cleanliness, comfort, and value make it a great option for budget-conscious travelers.

If you are one light sleeper, avoid this hotel. Not sure why so many reviews rate it as quiet, but I have found it noisy as I kept getting woken up by people opening and closing doors. Also the gates between floors require the keys to unlock, which make constant noise. They allow pets and someone with a barking dog went out aloud at night. Location is convenient and room is ok, but you get what you pay for. The toiletries do not include facial tissue, soap nor lotion. Water shower nozzles are confusing to figure out the directions without specification. No elevators for travelers with suitcases to go upstairs. I stayed for one night without much sleep and decided to leave the next day though I book 3 nights.
