Wi-fi was excruciatingly slow. The heater could not heat the room enough even i already put it at 30 degrees. The weather outside was zero degree so it was really cold. The bed was too soft for my taste but other people might like it. The breakfast was a great Japanese experience but not filling enough, although the staff did ask if I would like a second serving of rice. The onsen was definitely very enjoyable, although it was kind of moldy. But sitting there while the weather outside was cold was definitely a good experience. The room's water also comes from hot spring, so if you do not like to go butt naked outside, you could alternatively just sit on your tub. My room was quite clean, albeit a bit small. Staff did not speak English but they were able to say a few basic English words, so it was kind of okay. I think they cater mostly to Japanese clientele as the hotel itself did not even have English signage outside. Overall, I am satisfied with my stay there as It was a nice experience, did not regret it. But might skip this one the next time I am there.
