Hotel Napoleon is like a home away from home in Paris for me. This is my 3rd visit to this hotel. The staff is outstanding and the location is perfect. The hotel is small, boutique style, which I prefer but offers all the amenities need to create a luxurious stay. The metro is a stone's throw from the hotel making it easy to navigate anywhere you want to visit in the city. The bar offers a good drink and the restaurant a nice meal when you feel like staying in. Hotel Napoleon deserves the stars it has been awarded

The staff could not have been more as forthcoming with a variety of request/needs that we had, including an early morning departure for the airport. (Coffee and mini breakfast food available in the lobby! And, of course, a taxi was there just when we needed it. Everything done quickly, with courtesy and a smile. The room was beautiful. When we get back to Paris, we'll be back to the Napoleon.

Our family had 3 Junior Suite rooms with a courtyard view for 3 nights and had a great stay. The rooms were spacious and had good air conditioning. We loved the breakfast buffet with crepes and nutella and a variety of items, and the omelettes that we ordered were wonderful. Hotel Napoleon is in a superb location with a Metro entrance right on Av de Friedland for the CDG Etoile Metro which can take you many places in Paris. It was nice to be able to walk along the Champs Elysees nearby. The staff ordered a G7 van for us in advance for our trip to the airport and were very helpful with luggage storage on our last day.

Amazing stay, The staff were fantastic, and the concierge service was top-notch. The location is perfect, and everything was very clean. Only suggestion would be to add a bit more variety to the breakfast options. Highly recommend.

It was great to come back and find the service to be of usual high standards and some old familiar faces still around. Thanks to Dexter and Gerrard. The imperial suite has some amazing terraces offering great views of the Paris skyline - the hotel is packed full of character and location is really central

We just came back from our Paris vacation a few days ago. We stayed at this amazing Hotel Napoleon. We love the hotel and it's location. The entire team from front desk to the restaurant were amazing. Thank you Hotel Napoleon for making our Paris vacation memorable.

Google
We highly recommend Hotel Napoleon! It’s an exceptional hotel in every way. The staff are wonderfully kind and professional, and we would like to especially recognize Souleymane, who went above and beyond to make our stay truly memorable. The location is also fantastic—both beautiful and convenient. A wonderful experience all around!

Yelp
3 stars is honestly a generous rating. If you need a place to sleep, this is where to go. Otherwise, this hotel is nothing less than a motel. Don't be fooled by the pictures online, the rooms are far from luxurious. Water is apparently a scarce commodity at $1000 a night. We asked multiple times and were told they couldn't give us more than 2 bottles of complimentary water. Good luck trying to figure out how to order it from room service instead. The pillows are worse than Target throw pillows so prepare yourself for a headache, earache, and neck ache combined. Last but not least, cherry on top, the rooms have a LOVELY scent of mildew. The decorations and furniture have been left behind since Napoleon's era and are dusty, dirty and outdated. Additionally, the concierge was not at all helpful in aiding us buy train tickets for our next destination The only noteworthy aspect of this hotel is the location. I truly wish I could say more positive things, as the hotel staff was nice and they weren't at fault for the hotel's stupid rules.

Yelp
Location. Hospitality. Amenities. Comparison to like-cost hotels. Superb experience! We started our visit in Paris across town near Luxembourg Gardens at a "4-Star Hotel". This was false! More like 2-Star. Thursday train strike occurred, we needed a new hotel. We paid a little extra for Napoleon and definitely got what we paid for. We literally Uber'd from the first hotel to Napoleon, walked through the door, and were greeted with smiles, bus individuals asking to assist with bags, staff asking if we need in anything in that moment (except check in), etc. It was just a much more inviting and pleasant experience. Check In: Very easy. Lady behind the counter was pleased to let us know our room was ready ahead of schedule and checked us in early. We requested a deluxe king room. Nothing too special... or so we thought, in comparison to where we were prior (that post is on my profile). We were helped up to our room, walked in, and pleasantly surprised with our room. Clean. A king bed as promised. A soaking tub. TV with many options. Many other amenities we weren't expecting to have. Oh... and ROOM TO MOVE AROUND! The Stay: Every entrance and exit of the hotel, all staff greeted us in or out. We were stopped multiple times to see if we were doing okay or if we needed anything. Upon the first hour of check in, we called room service to order a bottle of champagne and some snacks. The room service individual didn't fuss at all on the phone or when bringing everything to our room. They were so kind and welcoming. The bed was super comfy. The doors to outside opened wide up for cool evening breezes. The tub was always filled with hot water for soaking. The shower head was a waterfall. Everything as amazing. Location: When you walk out of the hotel, you immediately will see The Arc de Triomphe. It's right there and centrally located for any Uber rides, plenty of metro rail lines under you, and other transportation options to get to anywhere in the city you need to go. In comparison to another hotel we paid almost the same amount for, this surpassed with flying colors. To the staff and all hospitality employees, thank you. To wrap it up, one night my husband and I went out and were out much much later than normal but enjoying ourselves. We got in around 4am. The staff had 0% judgement and you could feel it. We were asked if we knew how to get back to our room, if we wanted anything more to enjoy our night, if we needed a seat, etc. They were perfect in wrapping up our last night in Paris. Thank you for a 5-sta experience. When we return, we will look into staying here again, if not to definitely pass the positivity along to others.

Yelp
Small hotel but excellent service and it is only a block and a half from the Arc de Triomphe! Staff is also super good!

Yelp
Horrible front desk, underserved with atrocious attitude and terrible attention to detail. Great restaurant and room service (cleaning). Antiquated bathtub shower system.

Yelp
Good location, but the hotel did not live up to expectations. The room was OK, but the staff seemed clueless. I asked the concierge about a restaurant and he told me he only knew about 20 restaurants in Paris....huh???? 20 out of 10,000? Wow! The shower had one knob to control temp and it never worked so we asked the front desk and they told me to "play with it"....no really that is what they said. No help, no nothing. just play with the knob and it might work. No thanks you on this place. Good price, but shower some place else.

Yelp
I had such an incredible experience at the Hôtel Napoléon. The staff was kind, attentive and made me feel safe and welcome in Paris. Wi-Fi is complementary and each room comes equipped with a smart TV, mini-fridge, coffeemaker and rainfall showers. So incredibly gorgeous! Room service is available 24/7.

Yelp
We stayed here a few nights recently and for the most part, really liked the place. Excellent location. Right near the Champs Elysees, a metro station, the Arc de Triomph, etc. The prices were OK and about right for this area I guess. The bar was good and the overall service was great. We upgraded to a superior room which was plenty big for two. The bathroom needing some renovation with very old fixtures and it was tough to get the shower working with the right temp. The king bed for two was actually two separate beds shoved together with their own bedding so we sort of felt like Rob and Laura from the Dick Van Dyke show. I'd stay here again.

Yelp
Highly recommend this place. The staff was amazing and friendly! The rooms were clean. I have to say the service here was exceptional! Thank you to the entire staff!

Yelp
This was our second visit to Paris, we didn't know what to expect since our last hotel was supposedly a 4 Star but was old and kind of falling apart. This hotel was very traditional French, true to its name, but what I love about it is how clean it is! Bathrooms have been redone, they clean the rooms I think twice a day! I'm always surprised to see our room made up every time I come back in after dinner or a walk. The location too is a big plus, right next to the metro that takes you to all places, you need to go. We had no problems getting around at all! Another big plus about this gem are the staff! They are all so great and accommodating. My only thing low point is the bed, although my husband loves it, it was a little too firm for me, I'm guessing it's a European thing? Maybe they can update that next time. Kind of wish they had a pillow top. But other than that, it's such a minor thing considering free WiFi, free drinks from the room fridge. Definitely a place you have to consider staying at!

Yelp
Loved this hotel, very traditional. Some of the rooms are small, but very liveable. We also had a larger suite as we were with family members. View is great, location ideal. All staff members friendly and restaurant was decent. I have no complaints, which is unusual for me at a hotel. It's not a Ritz or Four Seasons, but it was a pleasure and we would go back. Bravo!

Yelp
Our first visit to Paris and we chose centrally located and absolutely beautiful Hotel Napoleon. The staff at the front desk, friendly and helpful. The hotel was a mansion and kept the old-world French feel we were looking for. Everything beautifully decorated, elegant and still warm. Our room was a Junior Suite with a courtyard balcony. Everything was perfect, I highly recommend this hotel, one block from Champs Elysses and the Arc.

Yelp
My dream honeymoon in Paris came true! My husband and I spent a blissful week in this charming hotel. The location was perfect, as it is close to the Arc de Triumphe and Champs Elysees with an amazing view of the Eiffel Tower from the balcony.

Yelp
This is a nice hotel but the prices for Internet is a pure joke. Can't believe that hotels of this standard still continue with their way of making the extra dollar. For a hotel which claims a five star standard free internet should be a standard. Taking that aside the room standard is good but it starts to feel a bit "worn out" so a renovation might be in order... The location is good even though for my next trip to Paris I would choose something near St Germain instead. So a bit too pricy given the standard and the suites are just sliiightly larger than a standard double room so don't expect too much...

Yelp
Honeymooning at The Napoleon has been amazing thus far. Had to start reviewing due to the amazing service and staff. Amazing view of both the Effiel Tour and the Arc de Triumph. Champagne and chocolate waiting for us as a Honeymoon welcome from the staff. Room was made up in the time we went down to breakfast. Can't wait to continue our stay.

Yelp
We have a fantastic time at this nice mid size hotel that offers amazing view as it is about 400 feet from the arc de triumphe and 2 min walk from champ elysee'. Service is always with a smile and room is clean and furnished well. Maid even put away our insane shopping conquest everyday. manager personal made custom boxes for antique paintings we bought to take on the place so we wont rick shipping it and chance any damage. There is only one less than perfect thing and that is the lack of a really good restaurant on site, it is ok but hey this is paris......

Yelp
My husband and I stayed at the Hotel Napoleon for our honeymoon, and I must say, the hotel really made the trip the best it could be. We absolutely adored it. Our suite had a view of the Arc de Triumphe *and* the Eiffel Tower, which was glorious, especially at night when we sat on our couch, sipped champagne, and gazed out the windows at the romantic view. The room was beyond clean. My skin is very sensitive to a lot of laundry chemicals, but the sheets and towels were divine; not at all itchy. The hotel was undergoing renovations while we were there, but we never heard a peep of it from our room, even when we slept late or took naps in the middle of the day. The food was so good that we opted to stay in the hotel to eat several nights, once in the bar downstairs, and twice for room service. Delicious. We also ate breakfast every morning in the hotel; the Continental breakfast is exceptional, and we never felt the need to go anywhere else. I'm embarrassed to say that both my husband and I have almost no French-speaking abilities; as much as we tried to speak the language in the city at large, it was wonderful that everyone in the hotel spoke perfect English. We had no difficulties with language barriers, and could ask the concierge for directions or advice without worrying that we were missing something in translation. All in all, Paris is an amazing city, and the Hotel Napoleon made our experience a million times better. Highly highly highly recommended.

Yelp
Hotel Napoleon is my favorite hotel where I've stayed in Paris. The location on the Champs-Elysees, right by the Arc de Triomphe means you're surrounded by restaurants and places to visit, and as others have pointed out it's surprisingly quiet for where it is. It's pretty expensive, but I'd say you get what you pay for. We were very happy with our stay and very comfortable.

Discerning T.

Yelp
Very nice hotel in a great location - next to the Arc-de-Triomphe, yet very quiet. Parking garage very close - 100 feet away. Standard room is very small, but adequate. Would have given five stars except for the bed - it was extra firm, like sleeping on the floor. Shower is challenging - water temperature fluctuations. Breakfast was above average - very attentive service.

Yelp
I DO NOT recommend this hotel AT ALL! For a hotel that claims to be 5 stars, this was FAR from that. I would say the room is a 2.5 star with a 3 star bathroom. The lobby is decent but that's about it. The staff is clueless about everything- they didn't assist in taking the bags to the room or help out when needed. My husband and I requested a king size bed and in return got two singles put together!! When we asked the concierge why this was, he stated that every room ending in "9" was like that. (WHAT THE HELL DOES THAT MEAN?!?!) The rooms were very old and run down and there was no free wifi!! The only free wifi U can get is in the lobby and that's only for 24 hours!!! Room service at night is extremely limited with practically nothing U can order from! Ps bathroom has no ventilation so U feel like U are going to die while U shower. The ONLY good thing about this hotel is location. THATS IT!!!
