Hotel Napolit'Amo

This was exactly what we needed for our quick two nights in Naples. If you are planning on spending a lot of time in the hotel lounging around, this is not the right place for you, as the rooms are smaller and only have the essentials (which is why we booked it!). If you need a centrally located, clean hotel with friendly and helpful staff, this is a great spot. Great view from our little balcony, and the breakfast was convenient. Would stay here again.

Good location for visiting Napoli, Twin room we had was okay, it represents fair value, Breakfast options are fine to get your day started. All staff members we met were excellent. It's on third floor (there is a lift to use) press intercom to enter as they ask key to be left at the 24 hour reception. No issues, would use this hotel again.

This hotel had the basics and was clean, however it’s definitely an economy option. It isn’t very nice, but it served its purpose as a temporary place to stay the night before flying out of Napoli.

Super hotel in the centre of Naples. Service 10/10. Little/no hot water and water pressure in the shower was the only problem. Otherwise perfect! Will be coming back for sure

Lovely staff good clean room cleaned daily no matter what time you sleep in until to, the location is great great shopping and great for picking up tours it's as central as you can get

Employers are really kind, helpful and friendly. Breakfast was really nice with a lot options and in a nice saloon. Room is really big then we were expecting and it was super clean. Hotel is like in the middle of the city attractions and really close to a popular metro station. You can chose this hotel without any doubt.

Good stuff: staff were lovely and friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was great with fresh hot drinks made to order. The room was relatively comfortable and reasonably priced. ||Areas for improvements: Some small changes would have made this a better experience. The hotel should send guests more detail on how to find them, we walked right past. It’s a hotel on the third floor of a building which isn’t obviously sign posted. Also, the plug sockets weren’t great in the room, the one by the desk didn’t work. There wasn’t a plug by the mirror to make it easy to do my hair in the mirror. The beds could do with an extra pillow. Also the window doesn’t open. The Wi-Fi is also very poor so couldn’t access it much. There should also be a hygiene bin in the bathroom.

The AC unit was not controllable so we had to either open the window to stop it or ask the reception to turn it off - no possibility to regulate the temperature so 16 degrees Celsius or outside temperature. Also, the breakfast is not worth the money at all, you can get a better breakfast at the surrounding cafes and pay less. The hotel room was old and there is a need for renovation especially in the bathroom the door was already flaking due to the shower not being closed and the - toilet was not silent since the water was flowing constantly. Since I needed to get some proper sleep we decided to change the hotel right after the first night after the night receptionist was not aware of how to help us with the ac unit ( he was not trained to turn it off centrally so we had to sleep with an open window right at the really noisy Main Street). The receptionist were always very friendly to us even when we were complaining, still friendliness’s cannot outweigh these issues. We were only offered a new room when we told them that we will cancel our stay with them and then it got really unprofessional. Luckily, we booked the hotel with a third party and were able to get our money back for the remaining nights. So do not book with them directly in case you need to change the hotel, they are not able to find a solution - I was so exhausted that I was even ready to get only 1 of 3 nights money worth back but they wouldn’t even let me speak…

We stayed on the 5th (6th for us Americans) and had a corner room with two balconies. We left the windows open the entire time and thoroughly enjoyed the roar and hum of the city streets below. You don't need the TV - we sat on the balcony and people watched - way more entertaining! There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance in addition to the castle and the port. Highly recommend this super affordable place!
