The rooms are spacious, comfortable and well maintained. |The staff is very courteous, smiling, friendly and look for ways to make your stay more comfortable. |The restaurants serve amazing food. |Mr Yogendra went out of his way to ensure that the breakfast buffet had everything we wanted. The chef Mr Punas made a superb egg Benedict. |Overall, this place is highly recommended and we will definitely come here again

Had a lovely stay at hotel Narain Niwas Palace Hotel. The hospitality was truly warm and thoughtful. Every staff member was polite and helpful throughout. Special thanks to Mr. Yogendra Gupta for his exceptional kindness and generosity he truly went out of his way to ensure everything was perfect. The room was immaculate, well-maintained, and incredibly comfortable. The hotel’s commitment to hygiene was clear and reassuring. The food was also a highlight fresh, flavourful, and served with care. Everything felt smooth and well managed. It was a genuinely pleasant experience, and I’d definitely love to come back again. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend. ||Just the restaurants Shikhar Bagh & Bar Palladio in the premises is average food wise. The service is great though. ||Overall an amazing experience. If you want to experience a part of Royalty then please visit & you'll be flabbergasted!

We had the most amazing time in Narain Niwas, highly recommend. Feels like an oasis in the busy city of Jaipur. The gardens full of peacocks and the swimming pool are amazing. The property has amazing restaurants and the breakfast served is very good. We especially want to thank Yogendra, Adzee and Gyanji who made our mornings at the hotel unforgettable. On our last day they even packed some food to take with us on our trip. We felt very welcome in Jaipur.

The place is beautiful. The rooms are big. You can enjoy the beauty of nature here. The breakfast is quite expensive if the option available are seen. But overall the stay is perfect. And all the tourist places are nearby so you don’t have to travel much.

Lovely hotel. Rooms were beautiful,spacious ,well equipped with very nice toiletries and Staff were amazingly helpful and friendly. We are in Sikhaar bagh restaurant which had a restful. luxurious ambiance and delicious food. We didn’t get as far as looking at the pool and the spa as we were too busy

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this hotel. The room was authentic, cozy, and full of character. The bathroom was a bit old, as expected in an old palace, but it was very clean and well maintained. The location was fantastic — just close to the city centre and surrounded by great restaurants and cafés. One of the highlights was the beautiful garden, which added a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere to our stay. The staff were incredibly kind and professional, providing excellent service throughout. Every detail was thoughtfully handled, making us feel truly welcome. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and relaxing experience.
