Hotel Narain Niwas Palace

Stay at hotel Narain niwas palace ,Jaipur was overall good and comfortable. The serene atmosphere with gorgeous decor of the heritage hotel brought peace , joy and the feel of living in an actual palace. Breakfast provided was yummy with a good spread of dishes and met ourexpectations. Hospitality of the staff’s are also commendable . Other options to venture in the premises includes shopping areas, cafés , restaurant , ayurvedic massage, spa area and swimming pool.The Complimentary classical dance performance in the night with bone fire was a visual treat . There were a lot of peacocks, and other bird species chirping in the campus garden. Areas to improve includes the room maintenance, provision of indoor or outdoor games stations etc.

Hotel- Stay in an actual palace in jaipur! The hotel decor is gorgeous and atmosphere is peaceful. Birds chirping throughout the day, spot peacocks, squirrels and many species of birds. Room- rooms are spacious but needs maintenance! Bed can be improved. Would recommend to choose the room on arrival as room layout & size differ in same category. F&B- breakfast spread is limited but they cator to your dietary needs. Live counters for pancakes & eggs. There are multiple restaurants on premises which are amazing- food & ambiance both! Myst try- Italian restaurant Bar palladio for the food, drinks, decor & vibes! Indian restaurant offers live performances. Amenities- large outdoor pool with beautiful ambiance. Service- service is good, staff is helpful. Location- good location, just outside the hotel huge shopping outlets- zudio & westside for shopping. Still the hotel is very peaceful & quiet. My stay at Hotel Narain Niwas Palace was truly delightful and memorable. The heritage charm of the palace, combined with modern comfort, makes it a wonderful place to stay in Jaipur. It’s a lovely heritage hotel that with a bit of love and a few updates could be excellent. The rooms are very tired, and could use a deep clean and an update (most of our lights didn’t work, the bathroom was falling apart, the wardrobe was unbelievably dusty), but they are beautiful. The staff are lovely, very friendly. Self-service tea and coffee at breakfast would make it a much better experience, we’d mostly finished eating every day before our drinks arrived. The pool area is lovely but either muddy or dusty. Location is perfect (every driver in the city knows it) and the shopping courtyard is great.

A wonderful experience! My room was a fairytale with its beautiful decor and design. Suraj, Rajesh, Gyan and Yogendra were amazing, we had great conversations and made my stay very comfortable. They should be very highly valued employees. If you stay here, look for them. Himanshu gave us yoga classes and was such a pleasure! Highly recommend this hotel.

What an excellent place, a peaceful oasis in the middle of the City! Wonderful rooms, great service, multiple delectable food options, a romantic quaint coffee shop, beautiful landscape and refreshing pool. The only let down was the strong offensive and foul smell emanating from the bathroom. Not sure if it was just this room or the whole wing. I have a nagging suspicion that the hotel staff is aware and turns a blind eye towards it.

The place is super expensive and if you are not a foreigner , it’s not wise to spend this much money (10k+) for this place. As a tourist you will be spending most of the time outside in city and when you finally reach hotel, it will be dark and you wont have enough time to explore the property . I saw most of the guests were foreigners here. Pros- Huge property with a regional traditional touch. Beautiful rooms, swimming pool and in-house three different restaurant. Super neat. Exactly at city Center. Closer to airport - 30 minutes. The plus is their room service and the breakfast buffet. Negatives - The outside food is not allowed. The visitors are not allowed The restaurant is super expensive. The place hosts wedding and the area gets super-crowded. You will hear the sound of loud music all the time If you have lot of money, this is a good heritage place to stay, the Palace shouts class all the time.

Our experience was lovely. We were traveling with elderly parents and American teenagers and they were all taken care of very well. The food was excellent and the hotel is an oasis of calm and old world charm in a bustling city. The service is personal and warm. We will be back! Grateful for the experience
