I cannot recommend more!! Extremely lovely place. Serene gardens and pool. Complete with peacocks and parrots. Spa was absolutely incredible. So much so that I booked twice! And morning yoga class that’s included in your stay was the cherry on top! Excellent instructor!! Rooms are spacious, extremely clean, comfy beds, great hot shower with pressure. And the STAFF BRAVO!!! All very professional and attentive. Restaurants also divine. Location is easy to reach anywhere in the city!

Great property in the heart of Jaipur, with really personable and excellent service throughout. The building is beautiful and they've gone to great pains to preserve the heritage feel. ||My only complaint was the variability of control on hot vs cold water in the shower - but this is a minute complaint - also I understand this is an old building and something hopefully they're working on.

Very nice old charm authentic palace which was good for its price and location. Bar Palladio is very nice as well as the hotel restaurant. However we booked a suite and the shower and sink drainage was completely clogged leading to the bathroom being completely flooded after each shower.

This hotel is one of the best I've stayed in, and I can't recommend it highly enough. We had a garden suite, and it was so peaceful. The hotel is simply beautiful. A number of great restaurants -- all fabulous food. And a calmness that's needed against the backdrop of the craziness of Jaipur.

The worst experience ever because of the following reasons. 1.Pathetic Service 2. Not even able to provide water bottle 3. No Porter for luggage also 4. Do not know how to talk respectfully. 5. Most important: Booked the entire property for 2 days still we have to give 100% advance and after that ask them in with written permission on where and how to place stalls and even to open gates.

Beautiful historical property that offers respite from the hectic pace and noise of Jaipur. Excellent variety of Indian and Western options at breakfast. Several restaurants on the property are convenient and tasty, although somewhat pricey. Staff felt a little stiff. Not everyone at the reception was welcoming. At checkout we were asked to pay for charges before being shown the list of charges. Restaurant, porters, and grounds staff were wonderful. There was a cultural show at the Imperial Lancers restaurant, but the quality was mediocre.

A potentially great experience ruined by an onslaught of unprofessional mendatious behaviour and incompetence.|I'll insist, before getting into it, that the service staff of the Niwas Palace Hotel are incredibly professional, kind, and offer assistance with a heartwarming smile. |The management staff of this hotel is as untrustworthy and two-faced as it gets.|We check-in having booked two deluxe rooms and one standard room. We were all put in standard, unrenovated rooms. With smelly, mouldy bathrooms and a lingering smell of cigarette smoke in the air. However, the doe-eyed night manager lied through his teeth and promised that these were indeed our deluxe rooms because they were "poolside." The pool being 70 meters away, and not visible from the rooms, it was not exactly a convincing point. Being too tired from our journey we slept in these rooms the first night. It's worth noting that one of the pillows was covered in stains. |The next day, another manager confirmed that those were indeed not our rooms. He was apologetic enough and offered to upgrade our standard room to a deluxe free of charge.|We were transferred to new rooms, that were recently renovated. Still they did not match the "Deluxe room" description and images on booking.com. They were far too small to be what we booked.|Upon checkout, we were again surprised by the fact that we were being charged the full price for Deluxe rooms on all bills. Even the supposedly "free of charge" upgraded room was charged at full price. Mind you, we never set foot in a Deluxe room during out entire stay.|I'm writing this as we wait for a manager to speak to someone about the issue. However, judging by the unwillingness to help and stubbornness that we are the ones at fault, I don't think we'll be getting charged the correct amount.|Though the service staff have been nothing but lovely, it's clear that this hotel is managed by a shady few. Expect nothing but gaslighting and unwillingness when it comes to compensating their own mistakes.|After an hour of fighting for it (thankfully with someone who speaks and understands Hindi on our side). We were able to pay what we SHOULD have paid. Not a ruppee more, not a rupee less.|It's honestly a disgrace. This is the kind of service that tourists going abroad fear. And if you'd like to avoid the experience, book your nights in Jaipur elsewhere.

We just stayed three nights at the hotel during our golden triangle tour. This hotel was the most charming hotel with lots of character. The service is simply outstanding, the level of attention and kindness is top notch, from all the staff. Special mention to Bhupendra who took care not only of our room, but he anticipated any wish or need we had. The hotel itself is wonderful with vast grounds, we especially liked the paintings and engravings on the building, inside it is like a small museum. We also had massages at the hotel, which were really good and a relief after sightseeing in the city! Our room was fantastic with high ceilings and lots of space and good AC. Truly wonderful 😊 If there is anything to improve it is the food, which was average, especially considering the elevated prices. All in all a wonderful stay, highly recommended if you are visiting Jaipur.
