I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Narain Niwas Palace in Jaipur. This heritage hotel is absolutely beautiful, full of charm and character, with architecture and gardens that make you feel like you’ve stepped back in time. The atmosphere is serene, and the location is very convenient—close to many of the city’s main attractions. A special mention goes to Mr. Mithlesh, who was always ready to help with a smile. His kindness, efficiency, and warm hospitality made my stay even more enjoyable. He truly goes above and beyond to ensure that guests feel comfortable and well taken care of. If you are looking for an authentic heritage experience in Jaipur with excellent service, I highly recommend Narain Niwas Palace.

Wonderful property, warm and helpful staff, comfortable rooms, prompt service. The breakfast is excellent spread, and cheese omlette on live counter stole the show. Thankyou Ajeej for your excellent service and support during our stay.

Beautiful palace hotel in the heart of Jaipur. The staff were kind and helpful. They even booked local train tickets for us. They also have an excellent restaurant that serves local delicacies and delicious meat. We paid ~150 Euros per night as a couple.

To begin with the positives: - The hotel’s location is great. - There are plenty of restaurants in and around the hotel. - The open area and hotel lawns are lovely. The negatives: - The breakfast needs a refresh. - Room service could be improved. The worst part: - Our rooms were changed twice because there wasn’t any water in the washrooms. - We were given a second room a couple of hours after checking in due to this issue cropping up. - We were assured that the issue was resolved, but the water turned off again at night. - The intercom in the room didn’t work, so I had to rush downstairs the next morning to the front desk to request for another change -and to prevent my wife from yelling from the ramparts early in the morning. - Packing and unpacking twice while managing two kids was exhausting, and we ended up staying in and cancelling our sightseeing plans.

A very quiet hotel. The food was nothing specials, but the surroundings were lovely, including monkeys! Considering it is in the middle of a very busy city it manages to be peaceful, even on Diwali!

🚨 Customer Safety Alert – Shikaar Bagh Restaurant 🚨 I want to raise a serious concern regarding a deeply disturbing experience I had at Shikaar Bagh restaurant. Despite the restaurant being nearly empty, I was threatened by three staff members, including a person named Vikram Sai, for sitting at a 4-seater table while being only two guests. They aggressively forced us to vacate the seat mid-visit, creating a hostile and intimidating environment. What’s worse, they insisted I pay the full bill for items I couldn’t even consume due to their threatening behavior. I was not allowed to even finish my drink in peace. This is not only a violation of basic hospitality but also raises serious concerns about customer safety and fair treatment. This kind of unprofessional and unsafe behavior must not be tolerated. I have attached my bill, which includes the names of the server and cashier involved, and I demand that strict action be taken against Vikram Sai and all those responsible. I am sharing this on every social media platform to ensure this incident reaches the highest levels of accountability. No customer should ever feel unsafe or threatened at a public establishment.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this hotel. The room was authentic, cozy, and full of character. The bathroom was a bit old, as expected in an old palace, but it was very clean and well maintained. The location was fantastic — just close to the city centre and surrounded by great restaurants and cafés. One of the highlights was the beautiful garden, which added a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere to our stay. The staff were incredibly kind and professional, providing excellent service throughout. Every detail was thoughtfully handled, making us feel truly welcome. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and relaxing experience.
