The General Manager, Mr. Ashok Negi, demonstrated a lack of tolerance and poor communication skills when responding to guest complaints. I was shocked by his unwillingness to accept responsibility. During our lunch visit, we found a cockroach in our plate and when we tried to report the issue to the manager, he was unavailable and ignored us. The female receptionist also claimed that the manager was not available, despite our repeated attempts to contact him. The General Manager's egoistic nature and the hotel's poor management was a pathetic experience.
