Hotel Nautilus

Overall we had a great time in this hotel. It’s very beautiful, located 10/10, staff were all very friendly and the rooms were large and comfortable. We stayed two nights and the room was not cleaned during those days, just the towels were changed once, that’s it. Other than that everything was very good.

Unfortunately AC broke during our weekend, and I switched from another booking to this one for the AC so was disappointed. Stuff happens though and hotel tried to make up for it and gave several options, I took a bottle of wine for the wife and I to enjoy. Parking lot was nice to have, about 2 blocks away though. Good location right on the square.

Nice big room with a comfortable luxurious bed! Staff were all very friendly and wonderful particularly Mr Jiri Benes whom we found out later is the General Manager! He was accommodating and made sure that we could still have our breakfast even though we were late and the staff were already clearing up. We strongly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again. Thank you to all the staff and Mr Jiri Benes for making our 1st visit to Tabor a happy and memorable one.

I've been here a couple of years ago and went back for a few nights now in February. The location is perfect next to the main square of Tabor. Several bars and restaurants in the area and small narrow streets. This hotel is old and classic. Very great style and details. My room has an overview over the square outside. I also had a big bathtub. The bed was very comfortable. Highly recommended if you are visiting Tabor.

Great hotel with excellent location. The room is big, comfortable and clean. Our room faced the city's main square! The breakfast is very plentiful and tasty. The service is very kind and helpful. Parking is a little far away, but the square, which is in front of the hotel, has numerous spaces and is very cheap.

I think it's best hotel in Tabor. Perfect location with very nice restaurant (cheescake during breakfast...insane). Special thanks to Mrs Snizhana for her patience, courtesy and professional service.

Great boutique hotel on the main square in Tábor. Very attentive and friendly staff at the reception desk. We were offered a welcome drink while we waited for our keycard. There is private parking about 500m away from the hotel at 200 CZK a day. There are other lovely hotels in Český Krumlov, but I doubt there are any such hotels in the other surrounding towns.

I booked this hotel for my boyfriends birthday.Before our stay I ordered by email(which I got confirmed) bottle of wine and I was told i get also complimetary small cake. Was very happy, looking forward to nice surprise,but when we came to our room,nothing was there.They just forgot! So since got upset and had to go twice to reception, second time was asked to proove it by showing that email - surprise was ruined and so was my mood. Except that, room was okay,bed comfy, but shower floor is old and has massive crack and its scratched. Wellness is good,but bathrobes were also very used with holes. I had huge one on my shoulder. Never seen this in 4*hotel. Breakfast - quality food,but we came 9.15 and what was gone,was gone.Nobody replaced that. Id understand if we came just before 10 oclock. Also nobody was taking stuff from the table, thats a shame.Last thing I was not happy about, is that hotel blocks the amount in your account week before u arrive and release it when u arrive, if is weekend, u basically pay twice and then u wait for getting the blocked money back. I understand the authorisation,to check if card is workin and there are money,but if yes,why is blocked whole week before arrival and technicaly after I left and payed that. Unfair approach,fortunately very rare. So I would not recommend this hotel at all and specially not for any special occasion, due the lack of the procustomer approach, ruined the birthday and they did not offer at least free aperitive or small discount,just nothing.
