Hotel Neptuno

I would avoid staying here. Our reservation made two months ago that was confirmed and guaranteed through their website didn't actually exist when we arrived. The front desk was of no help. They gave us a sea view room like we had booked but the air con was broken. They moved us to a first floor no room room that smelled like sewage, was dirty, had cochroaches and the water from the taps was salty. The hotel is run down and has barley any amenities. The rooms are bare and don't even have sockets next to the bed. When we tried to go down and cancel the gentleman at the desk just kept saying I don't know come back tomorrow when the manager is here. He wasn't helpful to us or anyone else that would come ask question. Other people came and complained about the air con being broken in rooms and they would say I don't know. The manager Gala and the woman working with her in the morning were the only helpful people. She tried to sort out what happened but they're not sure. She ended up charging for the one night like agreed in the original booking and we booked across the street at a 4 star with better amenities and a front desk that could help late at night.

We came to this hotel for a weekend. The reception was very friendly. Due to the fact that we arrived before 12 clock, we had to wait for our room, which was finished at 12:40 clock. During this time we looked at the surroundings. The pool area was positive at first glance, but the bar was just decoration and the tables looked like they were from the eighteenth century. What was positive about the environment, the supermarket was not even a minute's walk away. The beach as well. When we came back to the hotel at 12:40, the receptionist changed. The lady was friendly, but her organization was not the best either. She had to call the previous lady several times because she did not want us to believe that we had already paid the bill to Bar. When we arrived in our room we were very happy about the large terrace, and the very nice view. Shortly thereafter, shock came after the other. The ceiling in the bathroom had cracks everywhere and a huge hole over the toilet. Dreadful. When we took a look in the bathtub, we saw that the ceiling was moldy or dirty. That is not how it works. In addition, there is no fridge, and the "closet" was more of a storage room. The negative side issues were that very saline water and the very very bad wifi. We recommend this hotel to anyone, and ask us: Where are three stars coming from this bad hotel?

First room we stayed, the air condition didn't work, so the first night they gave us a fan which also didn't work. Second day we moved to another room where it worked, but then there was a problem in the hot water for the shower and the next 2 days we had to shower with cold water. Water is very salty. The sink was clogged for a while. Wi-Fi didn't work in the room. First ever hotel room that I stayed that didn't have a fridge, cook top, microwave, really didn't have anything. No power plugs near the bed, only one in the whole room. I would advise to not stay at this hotel, it is not good at all.

Amazing hotel with friendly kind helpful staff! The support was appreciated much as it’s my first time in Ibiza, they are genuine and passionate! Two males both with glasses night staff especially x thank you again Hotel Neptuno

Avoid!!! Paid for the “sea view” could only see a small amount of the sea from a certain angel of the balcony... Toilet did not flush as the handle was broken off The door lock kept jamming on the room (would take a good 10 mins to get in the room) No running water for 2 of the days we stayed in the hotel After 20+ visits to the island this has to be the worst hotel I have stayed in, yes this is a budget hotel but I have stayed in better and cheaper places

Nice little hotel, facilities are quite basic but staff are friendly and it's well priced. There's a small supermarket a couple of minutes walk away and a great little restaurant/bar opppsite called Natural Pau that sells cheap and very good food.

Great location, friendly staff and reasonable prices. On the down side, the breakfast is basic and the hotel itself could do with some modernization.

Hotel is close to the sea and clean but they don't provide even the basic things like complementary water bottles & electronic kettle. Water in the shower is salty. Highly overpriced.
