My stay was very pleasant. The room was clean and the bed comfortable, complete with two pillows for each guest. The bathroom was well-maintained and featured a modern automated toilet and a powerful shower. The availability of coin laundry was a convenient bonus. Furthermore, the staff was friendly and proficient in English, which contributed greatly to a positive experience.

During my stay, I forgot to ask the staff if the electronic toilets, especially the nozzles, were cleaned daily. There's an escalator at Exit 4, so I didn't have to worry about carrying my luggage up. I also want to commend the Korean youth who helped my daughter carry her luggage up the stairs at Exit 3. The hotel is comfortable, with excellent soundproofing. I was particularly impressed with the front desk staff's service. The gym is excellent, and the self-service laundry is very convenient. There are also many restaurants nearby.

Close to a station but far from the airports. Interior is worn and dated now, could be cleaner as found some hair in folded towels and oddly on the bathroom walls, stain on towel and bedding too. A bit dusty around the bed and the shower was really difficult to manage. The taps are really hard to turn especially when wet. Walls are thin, luckily the area itself is fairly quiet.

Really comfortable hotel, with clean rooms. There is well-equipped gym on 4th floor available for hotel guests. Breakfast is tasty and offers good variety. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel is in a convenient area-the subway station is very close, which makes getting around easy. However, it’s not particularly close to the main parts of Apgujeong. The main reason for my lower rating is the check-in experience. The gentleman who checked us in had a strong accent and seemed confident in his English, but the way he spoke came across as dismissive and unwelcoming. My mother and I arrived late in the evening with several pieces of luggage, and he did not offer any assistance or even a simple greeting like “good morning” during our stay. It was disappointing, especially since Korea is known for its warm and attentive hospitality. I expected a bit more courtesy and professionalism from a hotel setting.

Hotel is beside a 711 and also Bk. But the main drop off is one of the inner lane that is hidden so there are two entrances to get in. The hotel gym is something worth mentioning, is really well equipped and have everything that you would need squat rack, weights, cable, smith machine and the rest of the basic stuff! Room is decent, spacious and good! Is also walking distance to subway station, and walking distance to alot food just within the hotel proximity! Would definitely want to stay here again on a quieter side of Gangnam district . Many oliveyoung around too thats great for shopping not with many crowds.

Check in was easy, however tooth brushes are not provided so be sure to bring your own. Otherwise you can always get them at the vending machine or 711 besides. Lots of eateries around the hotel which is really convenient! Location is great too , near to subway station . Room is clean and spacious. Gym and laundry room are well equipped and convenient to use!

This hotel is fair for its room size, price and location. The cleaning staff is very friendly. But I’m really not happy with the toilet seat. It has bleach stain so it looks dirty even though it is not. When you close the cover to flush, the cover makes a very loud slapping sound.
