We booked 7 nights, but the room was so dirty we left the first night. There was hair, dust and stains on our beds. We found short small hairs as well as long hair strands under the cover and even under the sheets. The shower had brown and black stains. The safety lock on the door was loose and looked like it was a few shakes from falling off. It is unfortunate that we only discovered this late at night, as we were getting ready to sleep. We contacted the staff immediately. They came to the room to inspect, saw all the issues and offered to place us in a new room. She took us to two new rooms to inspect all together, but there were hairs and stains in all of the beds too. Every bed cover we lifted, out came a couple of hair strands. It was unacceptable! It was already 12am at that point and we were exhausted from a long flight, so we had no choice but to stay the night. We decided to stay in the initial room since the new rooms seemed less clean.I don’t understand how this hotel only has positive reviews. The staff were friendly, but it was clear the hotel management didn’t care about our situation as they refused to give us a full refund. They only allowed us to check out early and refund us for the days we cancelled.The next day, we checked out quickly and hotel treated us as if nothing happened.Although the amenities like the gym, rooftop and location seemed excellent from the website.. it was not worth staying in the dirty room for. A dirty bed negates all the time and money spent on skincare in Korea 😂😫
