This accommodation is handy for shopping, supermarkets and bars right in the historic centre. Stayed in a deluxe suite which provided his with a kitchenette, dining and sleeping area. Lovely spacious bathroom. Ideal base for visiting places in the city. Cleanliness of the suite was excellent. Lovely view of the churches from the room. Odd that it is self catering and they didn’t provide cleaning materials and needs more utensils-a sharp knife. We asked for extra pillows and they were provided promptly. Reception staff need to be more proactive. Very lacklustre but they did order taxis promptly. Overall would recommend for a few days to see this amazing city. It is also a good base to visit Salamanca and Segovia. Used the train from here. Taxi fare to train station around 5 euros.

I drove to the front of the hotel and was directed where to go for the hotel parking.|It is pointless unloading bags if you are using their car park because there is a lift.|To go into the car park there is a lift that one drives into. It was a bit tight for my SUV and the lift buttons were on the left, which was challenging for my UK car. I soon realised that I could press the button for the floor then drive in.|Maria on reception was great and she suggested where to go for tapas and also suggested an Emilio Moro visit which I booked and was fabulous.|The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. |Little things were missing. We asked for slippers. There is a kitchen but it would be good to have tea and coffee making facilities. There were not any bottles of water. I bought some from a nearby Carrefour.|The location is handy for walking into the centre and there are good bars nearby.|Breakfast was ok and the staff were so helpful.

Bad experiences in Nexus Hotel Valladolid. In May 2024 we had booked 2 Deluxe Suites with a view of the old town for one night in October 2024. We were really looking forward to it, but upon arrival we quickly encountered some disappointments. 1. The hotel uses a “rate-from” and it is not clear in advance when the prices mentioned apply. The hotel determines the price at the time of booking, which is always higher than the previously mentioned “rate-from” on the website. In our case, the hotel determined a rate of €170 per suite upon booking, while upon arrival it turned out that a rate of €140 is more common for this period, and on the website a “rate-from” of €100 is still mentioned. Also, no early booking discount has been applied. This way of juggling with prices creates a feeling of deception. 2. In the bathroom of both suites the shower head was crazy and fell down when used. Furthermore, there was a socket hanging loose from the wall, with the wiring visible. 3. The living room sofa is covered in dirty stains. 4. There is no WiFi coverage in the entire suite. The only place is very close to the entrance door. Very uncomfortable. 5. No lounge or bar available and only limited breakfast. 6. To top it all off, I had left my iPhone charger in the suite after leaving. Alfonso from reception was in no way prepared to help me send it to my home address. It was my fault and I had to arrange it with an (expensive) courier. No help at all from Nexus possible. According to Alfonso, there was no other option, although various Spanish websites charge €2.75 to €5.00 for sending such a charger, which I was certainly willing to pay. I had no choice and said goodbye to the charger and bought a new one. All in all this stay with Nexus was a very unpleasant experience which is not in proportion to the amount paid and which I certainly want to spare others.

Very spacious and comfortable quiet room, giving you private apartment facilities, with parking option under the hotel. Small remark for the cleaning: we found a lot of dust in the kitchen and on the table, including ironically, a hair on the toilet next to the sticker which indicated the toilet was cleaned…. (But not that it gave a real unclean feeling). The room was very comfortable and modern, with a nice view on the nearby church

An overnight stop on the way to San Sebastián, easy to find in the old town with parking in the building. Our room was very large including lounge and kitchen and 2 small balcony’s overlooking the street. Excellent location for everything you need. Breakfast was a minimalist affair but suited us fine

Valladolid is a very pleasant living city with few tourists. The hotel is very user friendly as suites are beautiful, huge and modern. Kitchen with basic utensils and dishwasher included (but not detergent). Spacious living room. Safe, big fridge, lots of room for storage. Air-con works very well. One of the two big windows we had in the room leads to a small enclosed balcony where one could even pull out a chair to read a book or have a coffee.||As for parking, it may not be too obvious. Try locate it using google street view and look for the car lift at the rear of the hotel and set your GPS there. At the time we were there, there was some construction nearby but with some minor detours, getting there was not a problem. There are parking spaces near the car lift for temporary stops for you to quickly get out and ask hotel to open car lift door to get in. Garage is super clean (they must be washing it frequently) and spaces are wide.||Good value for money.

The hotel is very well situated close to the pedestrian area of the centre. The underground parking (u need to reserve) is very convenient and for €20 also affordable. The staff wad very welcoming and friendly. Rooms are clean and very spacious. Breakfast ok, but basic. Toiletries also very basic. But all in all absolutely value for money. I do recommend

The location was perfect. The room was good , although the kitchen had several issues. The fire alarm was going off ( not just in our room, but others as well), every time we’d cook something. The kitchen poorly equipped, lacking most of the essentials, like soap, no coffee for the coffee machine, only two sets of plates … the list can go on. The Wi-Fi connection was horrible ( well absent, is better description). The bed and the pillows we not comfortable. Not a 4 star property level in my opinion. Not recommended
