Hotel NH Budapest City

The room was spotless, bright, and had that perfect “you’ve made a good life choice” kind of vibe. Morning coffee on the balcony felt cinematic with budapest rooftops and zero regrets.|The staff were genuinely kind and professional, the kind of people who somehow make check-in feel like catching up with friends. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and everything ran smoothly, from housekeeping to front desk help.|Location-wise, you’re close enough to everything to feel the city’s pulse, but just far enough to actually sleep at night. |All in all, NH Budapest City manages to balance comfort, elegance, and a bit of charm that’s hard to fake. I left well-rested, slightly over-caffeinated, and already planning my return.

The rooms were spotless and well equipped. We are able to drop our bags before check-in and the all of the staff were so helpful and polite. Breakfast was excellent value with something for everyone. Feel a little guilty only leaving a 4 star reviewbbut I'd really have liked a smart TV in the room, as the hotel is truly international but only news and Hungarian channels available.

We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment we arrived, the front office staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They were incredibly kind, attentive, and professional — truly the heart of the hotel! The entire property was spotless, and our room was exceptionally clean, quiet, and comfortable. It felt like the perfect place to relax and recharge after a long journey. Breakfast was another highlight — everything was fresh, tasty, and beautifully presented, with plenty of options for every taste. We are genuinely impressed with the level of service and attention to detail. A big thank you to the whole team, especially the front desk — you made our short stay feel special.

Everything was awesome! The rooms are clean, smell nice, and comfy. The breakfast is delicious and fresh, you have lot of options, so you don't get bored form the breakfast if you stay more than 1 night. The service staff are friendly and helpful.😀

I had a very nice stay at this hotel. When I checked in, I asked for a quiet room, and the receptionist was super helpful. She made sure I got exactly what I needed. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The location was perfect. It’s always nice when someone takes the time to listen and help thank you, Noami ! Would definitely stay here again.

By far our favorite hotel in Budapest. Clean and comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast, very kind staff, prompt in providing services, and secure underground parking. The area is very quiet, close to good restaurants, the city center, and Margaret Island. We will definitely come back here whenever we visit Budapest.
