Hotel NH Budapest City

We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment we arrived, the front office staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They were incredibly kind, attentive, and professional — truly the heart of the hotel! The entire property was spotless, and our room was exceptionally clean, quiet, and comfortable. It felt like the perfect place to relax and recharge after a long journey. Breakfast was another highlight — everything was fresh, tasty, and beautifully presented, with plenty of options for every taste. We are genuinely impressed with the level of service and attention to detail. A big thank you to the whole team, especially the front desk — you made our short stay feel special.

The rooms were spotless and well equipped. We are able to drop our bags before check-in and the all of the staff were so helpful and polite. Breakfast was excellent value with something for everyone. Feel a little guilty only leaving a 4 star reviewbbut I'd really have liked a smart TV in the room, as the hotel is truly international but only news and Hungarian channels available.

Great Location & Warm Welcome in Budapest|Having stayed in NH Hotels across several countries, I’m glad I chose this one in Budapest City. The location is excellent—within easy walking distance of the Danube, Nyugati Train Station, and just a short stroll further into the heart of downtown. Public transport connections are also very convenient.||While waiting to check in, I stopped at the Lobby “Workbar” and was served by Attila, whose friendly personality and excellent service provided a warm and memorable welcome to the hotel. I’ll definitely be stopping by for another drink before I leave.||Overall, this hotel is well worth a visit—comfortable, convenient, and perfectly situated for exploring Budapest.

I had a very nice stay at this hotel. When I checked in, I asked for a quiet room, and the receptionist was super helpful. She made sure I got exactly what I needed. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The location was perfect. It’s always nice when someone takes the time to listen and help thank you, Noami ! Would definitely stay here again.

By far our favorite hotel in Budapest. Clean and comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast, very kind staff, prompt in providing services, and secure underground parking. The area is very quiet, close to good restaurants, the city center, and Margaret Island. We will definitely come back here whenever we visit Budapest.

Everything was awesome! The rooms are clean, smell nice, and comfy. The breakfast is delicious and fresh, you have lot of options, so you don't get bored form the breakfast if you stay more than 1 night. The service staff are friendly and helpful.😀

Very nice and helpful personal . Anttila at the bar is very attentive and friendly to clients. The rooms are clean and cozy , big enough to feel comfortable . The position of hotel is good. I would recommend to stay !
