Hotel NH Budapest City

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I cannot say enough good things about my experience! From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted with warm smiles from the receptionists, who wasted no time in providing helpful tips about the local attractions and making me feel right at home. A huge shoutout to them for their exceptional service. The hotel itself is immaculately clean. I also enjoyed unwinding at the hotel bar, which offers a cozy atmosphere complemented by a nice selection of drinks. This hotel couldn't be better situated. The metro station is just a stone's throw away, making it incredibly easy to navigate the city. Plus, almost all of the key monuments and attractions are within walking distance. Thank you to everyone at the hotel for making my stay so enjoyable! I can’t wait to return!

A inner city hotel in a great location with helping friendly staff. Very clean quiet rooms . Very reasonable rates , early check in available, everything you would expect from a Inner City hotel. Breakfast was delicious!! We will be back !

I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel! The rooms are great and nicely furnished with confortabile matrace, the bathroom good equipped! Breakfast with a lot of choices and delicious hungarian specialtys. The hotel is close to the most beautiful places in Budapest and 5 minutes walk to the train station. Staff is professional ans helpful. Best value for money.

Lovely city break hotel||The staff could not do enough for us, giving local advice and making sure our room was cleaned and serviced.||The location was perfect for transport and old town architecture.||The room had everything we could possibly need and was cosy warm after coming in from the December cold. Pillows and bed were super comfy and the shower was really nice.||Perhaps the only criticism was the view because we overlooked a building site. It didn’t bother us too much as no building work was being done (probably due to cold weather). Probably worth checking progress if you’re visiting in the future.

A comfortable stay at NH Budapest. Comfy beds, windows open widely which lets fresh air in. Door between entrance and main room which gives extra peace and quiet. Useful mini bar. Staff are a bit hit and miss at reception. Some are not that welcoming which is a shame as they are the face of the hotel. Won't mention their names as it's never fair. Robert however was very professional and welcoming. Finally the hotel location is outstanding as it is near Danube, West End, Luckas and in a quiet street.

Good hotel, rooms very clean. Breakfast in the mornings was good with a lot on offer, and staff at reception always helpful. Location is also good with trams close by and the city centre walkable. My only downsized was that I found the mattress to be a little uncomfortable as I could feel the springs very easily through it. New ones are needed I think. There was some renovation work going on at first floor but this was very well managed and didn’t cause any disturbance that I noticed, not any dust etc.

The staff was fabulous, friendly, and helpful with directions and suggestions. We were especially pleased with Evelin at check in. The hotel was clean, and breakfast had a lot of choices. The down side is that there are no outlets near the bed or in the bathroom, the bathroom is dark, and the gym is too small and poorly equipped for a hotel of that size. On our last 2 days, they turned the heat on, and no AC could be used. The room was boiling, and the only hope was to open the window over a busy street. They are renovating it, so maybe some of these issues will be solved.
