Hotel NH Collection Antwerp Centre

Five Stars + We recently spent 8 nights at the NH Collection Antwerp from 10/15 - 10/23 and truly had a 5 Star + experience! We were celebrating our 25th anniversary and my birthday, so this was a special trip. Across the board, the team was amazing! From reservations, the front desk, especially Yassin, housekeeping, bar staff, and of course Lucky, who made our stay truly top notch…Thank you again for everything! Everybody we encountered was professional, polite, helpful, and delivered fantastic customer service! I spent 8 years in hotel management, this is a very well run property! Our 8th floor room had a partial view of the city & interior courtyard, and with 3 elevators, we rarely waited. The room was very clean, well maintained, and was so quiet it felt like we were alone in the hotel! It was nicely sized, had a functional, well designed layout, a wall length window w/ partial opening allowed for fresh air and added to the spacious feel. There’s a large tv, desk & chair, side table & chair, a very comfy king bed, which was both firm & soft, along with 2 side tables. We loved the true black out curtains, tons of storage options, soft close cabinet doors & drawers w/ auto lighting, 2 full length mirrors, Nespresso, kettle, fridge, and custom lighting. The modern bathroom was great, offering a large shower w/ 2 heads, vanity w/ large sink, heated LED mirror, tile floors, storage, and the toilet is in the far corner offering max privacy. With plans to visit other cities and countries via rail, this hotel is literally in the perfect location for quick & easy access to Central Station. How easy, well, you walk out the hotel front door, walk across the street (mind the bikes), and walk right into the station! It’s just a few minute walk to the tracks with places to grab a bite to eat or drink before the train. The location saves you travel time to the station and helps keep you out of inclement weather along the way. We flew into Brussels, took the train to Antwerp, and walked across the street to check-in, now that’s convenient! We never got a chance to enjoy breakfast or dinner, but heard from other guests it was amazing! The bar served as an inviting respite after a long day of vacationing. The lobby is a great place to stop, relax, and grab a lemon water & gummy bear. The 24 hour self-pay mini-store off the lobby offers snacks, drinks, and goodies, which we used almost daily! The large trees in the spacious courtyard felt like an escape from the city. The bike and umbrella rentals are also great features, they’ve thought of everything! The location is fantastic, only a few minute walk to tons of restaurants, bars, shopping, and attractions including the ferris wheel, chocolate nation, the Zoo (which is amazing), the illusion museum, and so much more! We highly recommend NH Collection Antwerp and guarantee we will be staying again on our next visit!

If you’re taking the train, this hotel is in the absolute best location as it is right across the street from the train station. It’s a 3-4 minute, while dragging luggage, from the front of the train station. It was also one of the quietest places we’ve ever slept. We had a Garden View room #336. It was right up against the elevator and there was absolutely NO noise from the elevator. The room was huge. Everything was completely modern and updated. The hotel and the room were all impeccably clean. The reception staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room temperature was perfect. The king size bed was extremely comfortable and there were 6 pillows of various sizes. There’s a safe in a drawer that would fit a laptop. The breakfast spanned both sides of two very long tables had pretty much everything you could imagine. Both the breakfast room and the lobby were exceptionally well appointed.

We spent a great weekend at NH Collection Antwerp! Nice hotel and really close to the station and the city center. Thumbs up to Apollon, he is a real professional, he pays attention to the people and he seems enjoying serving the customers. It’s a pleasure (and unfortunately rare) to see this kind of person working in horeca. Thanks also to Raif from the bar/restaurant, really friendly and a good professional also.

Stayed in October on business. The location of this hotel is excellent; 2 minutes walk from the central train station and 20 minutes from the historic old town. The room was clean, quiet and very comfortable. Amenities included coffee machine, Bluetooth speakers, usb charging sockets and high quality toiletries. The breakfast was excellent, with an endless mix of cold items, hot items and eve egg thing in between. This is one of the best I’ve had in a hotel, and I travel very often. Service was fantastic too - extra coffee pods and an iron were delivered to my room within minutes of me calling reception. Further, the gentleman welcoming everyone to breakfast was not only exceptionally well dressed and polite, but greeted guests by name, on their own language.

We had a wonderful experience at NH Collection Antwerpen. The hotel is modern, stylish, and perfectly located – just a short walk from the central station and close to all the main attractions. Our room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The bed was great, and we really appreciated the quiet atmosphere. The breakfast was excellent, with lots of fresh options and plenty of choice for everyone. What made our stay even better was the friendly and helpful staff. They were welcoming, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile. We would definitely stay here again. A perfect choice if you're visiting Antwerp and want comfort, convenience, and top service. Highly recommended!

The location of the hotel is very good. Close to the railway station and shopping areas. The rooms are very clean, the bed is very comfortable and spacious. It is an ideal hotel for business trips and short-term holidays. Free drinks in the bar if you do not request room cleaning :)

Excellent value for money. The staff were polite and welcoming, and the facilities were more than satisfactory. While the immediate surroundings are not particularly appealing, the proximity to the station makes the location highly convenient. Overall, a very pleasant and comfortable stay, one I would be happy to repeat.

This hotel is exceptionally great. It has a great service, a fresh food and a wide breakfast menu, a good location, a safe parking lot, a modern and smart design, and a clean and neat place. Cons: the parking prices are expensive, laundry service too. Sadly, they don’t have a spa facility (sauna + gym) which could have complemented it. In addition, air conditioner is undeniably not as cool as it should be, it does not have a colder degree below -3C. which makes the room warmer, especially during rests in afternoon times. Pros: in addition to the above, staff are elegant and friendly, very helpful and highly professional. Evaluation: this hotel is by far the best option in Antwerp. I enjoyed my stay, and would recommend it.

Super location being right across the street from the train station. They offer €29 / day parking when there are 2 parking garages close by (like a 3 min walk) for €18-20 / day. Needless to say we used the close by garage Room temp was weird in that we could not set it on a specific temperature but only -3 degrees from the current temp & that fluctuated throughout the night, depending on the outside temp. Why not let guests set a specific number? But the rooms were comfy & if you chose not to have room cleaned you got free coupons for the bar - that was an extra bonus Welcomed with Mimosas. Quiet location. Water pressure was great. Beds were comfy. We're fans!
