We had a wonderful stay at NH Collection Brussels City Centre. The hotel is beautifully designed, luxurious, and incredibly central; the perfect base to explore Brussels. Our room was fantastic: modern, spacious, and high-spec, with a great bathroom that made the stay even more comfortable. The service was excellent from the moment we arrived. Onofre welcomed us warmly, and we immediately felt valued and well taken care of. He went above and beyond to make our stay special and make our anniversary one to remember! At the bar, Diany was absolutely lovely; warm, attentive, and genuinely kind. The bar has a great atmosphere and stunning views over Brussels, and the drinks were excellent. Definitely try the local beers. And lastly, Fernando was also very friendly and helpful giving some great recommendations and directions. They make a fantastic team, and we truly recommend this hotel. A luxurious, central, and memorable experience from start to finish.

Fantastic hotel with great sized rooms. Perfect location being a few seconds walk from the main pedestrian shopping street, but also only a 5/10 min walk to the Grand Place. Underground entrance just outside the hotel, and Brussels Nord an easy 10 minute walk. Breakfast was excellent - extensive buffet and items cooked to order on request. The staff could not have been any friendlier or more helpful, without exception - some of the friendliest service we had experienced. Went as a group of 9 friends and all of our rooms were great - quiet and really comfortable. Would definitely return

The location of NH Hotel Brussels Centre is excellent, situated right in front of the train station entrance. The hotel is clean and well maintained, and the staff are friendly and welcoming. The room amenities are well equipped, with a coffee machine included, which is a great added touch. This would have been a perfect five-star stay if more thought had been given to the placement of the shower gel and shampoo dispensers. They are positioned above a narrow bathtub, and our elbows kept knocking into them while showering.

We loved our stay at the hotel. The decor was super beautiful, carefully designed, and created a very cozy atmosphere. All the staff were delightful, always attentive and willing to help. We especially want to highlight Alma, who was wonderful throughout our stay. She enthusiastically showed us the most beautiful places to visit in Brussels and gave us excellent restaurant recommendations, all of which were spot-on. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

We had a generally enjoyable stay at NH Collection Brussels Centre. The location is excellent, the staff were warm and welcoming, and the hotel itself has a stylish, inviting atmosphere. Our room was spotlessly clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the entire space smelled lovely—fresh and well-maintained.||||That said, there were a few issues that affected our experience. The windows weren’t double glazed, so nighttime noise was a problem. On our first night, we were woken by a woman screaming in the early hours, and on the second night, a man shouting around 6am. It was quite unsettling and made it difficult to sleep.||||I had requested a bottle of prosecco to be placed in our room before arrival. When we checked in around noon, the receptionist assured us it would be delivered soon. However, after returning from sightseeing at 10pm, it still hadn’t arrived. We had to go back to reception to ask again, and were told they were short-staffed at the rooftop bar. We waited again while they tried to sort it. On the second day, the rooftop bar had only one staff member, and we waited about 20 minutes to be served because they were juggling multiple tasks alone.||||Despite these hiccups, the team remained courteous and helpful throughout. With a bit more attention to service coordination and soundproofing, this could easily be a five-star experience. We’d still recommend it for the friendly atmosphere and great location.

We only stayed one night. Had an inside courtyard view so the room was a bit dark but very clean (towels were a good size) Welcoming staff at check-in and very friendly also at check-out (they kept our suitcases while we went out for a last visit). The staff (Jonathan) offered great suggestions for restaurants nearby too! The location of the hotel could not be better!

We stayed at the NH Hotel in Eindhoven last time and were quite satisfied with it. The room was indeed bigger than those in other chain hotels, and the service was also good. Therefore, we chose the NH Hotel in Brussels again this time. I have to say that the location is very nice, and the service in the NH Brussels was also good and friendly. Unfortunately, the facilities were not as good. The hot water wasn’t hot enough, neither in the morning nor in the evening, which are the times when people usually shower. This was especially unpleasant because it was -2 degrees during our stay. We reported the issue to the reception three times, but they weren’t able to solve it. Interestingly, the water was hot when we checked during the middle of the day, but when we planned to shower in the morning or in the evening, it was only lukewarm again. Because of this, I could only take a two-minute shower in the evening. We were quite disappointed this time…

Yelp
"Don't turn right. Never go right out of the doors. It's dangerous." Front desk giving directions to food. Hotel room was dirty. Hair in sink. Hair in bed. Poo remnants in toilette. Oily face print on window. It makes me wonder what I can't see. Bed is made of granite, it feels like. Quite possibly the most uncomfortable sleep I've had in a long time. Blackout curtains do not work. It's only dark for 5 to 6 hrs in June. The curtains will not block light. Yelling outside until 0100 and construction at 0630 aee all perfectly heard in your room. Bring earplugs. See initial quote...in a dangerous part of town.

Yelp
The hotel lobby always smells of fresh flowers. Very pleasant and always so chic. Very good location too. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Our room had a nice courtyard view.

Yelp
Beautiful building situated in an excellent location. Not too close and not too far from the attractions so one has a sense of typical and touristic. My particular room wasn't close to the connecting bridge so I had more privacy. Lovely windows that open. Very clean. Great bathroom. HOWEVER the feature is the kindness and charming personnel who work there! I left behind my phone after checkout, returned to the United States and with the kindness of Jonathan at the front desk, coordinated by my partner and a fellow colleague, now have my phone back in my possession. Thank you!

Yelp
Although I appreciate the amendments the NH collection Amsterdam branch tried to make, the first impression I got walking into NH collection Brussels was not a walk in a park either, the receptionist (Saray) was so rude and speaking to us like we're some second class people, like we either lie or don't understand English, repeating almost every sentence twice or three times, I really hope the rest of our stay goes smoothly although I don't think that I will be booking with NH anytime soon. As I said before it's a five star hotel with a one star quality.

Yelp
The hotel is super clean and they have excellent customer service. There's roof top dinning, but only for groups & the bar looks very stocked up with the right liquors. Outside the hotel which is 10 feet way, there's a square of shopping centers, restaurants, bars, clubs and, not sure where the red light district is, which it is legal prostitution here in Europe. I'm not sure how far that is, but overall it'll keep me shopping, bar hopping & eating well. That's for sure.

Yelp
A fantastic hotel in Brussels. The restaurant that is attached to the hotel is good, and the location was perfect. It's within walking distance to train path and attractions. Hotel staff speak different languages and communicate very well. There is plenty of activity and eating outlets within a very short distance of the establishment.

Yelp
Excellent service at front desk, when asking for restaurant recommendations as well as requesting late check-out. Pros: -Large, spacious rooms. -Ordered room service, and they brought food up in about 20 minutes. Surprisingly good, and decent prices. Four stars because: -Could not get the TV to work, but it was about 2330 or 0000, so I just decided it was a sign I should go to bed, and didn't bother calling front desk. -Couple small stains at bottom of shower (as if some cleaning product had been poured in and left too long), but other than that excellent bathroom. Nice large tub with handheld sprayer. Great experience! Would stay here again!

Yelp
Normally I wait to fully absorb the experience of eating or staying at a place before reviewing it, but let's just do some "right off the bat" first impressions. The entrance to the NH Atlanta is spacious, with three separate ones, which feed into the main lobby, the side of the lobby (kind of a lounge) and the accompanying restaurant. The colours are bright blues and yellows contrasting against rich dark tones, which makes it feel lush and somehow elegantly modern. It's a big hotel, with nine floors, so there are plenty of rooms. The rooms themselves are small. This is, of course, the European standard, but compared to the last hotel I stayed in in Belgium (which was probably five times the size), it's a bit of a shock if you aren't prepared. My room was nice regardless, and tastefully decorated, save for the bizarre choice of hotel art. Whatever. The shower and sink were separate from the toilet, which is a nice touch, but better if you have multiple people in a room (mine was a single). The faux-hardword floors in the short entrance area of the room (laminate or something?) were also a nice touch. There was no window, only doors stepping out onto a balcony. Plus points for that. Minus points for the fact that if I wanted air at night, I'd have to leave it open, giving guests on my wing have access to my balcony, as they are all connected. Also, the view? Not spectacular, but it's a great spot for enjoying a glass of wine in the evening, save for the absence of patio chairs. Check-in was a pain, My reservation was accounted for, but although my stay was being paid for by someone else (who made the reservation) there was no record of that, and they wanted a credit card deposit. After 20 minutes and some phone calls, it was settled, but definitely the last thing I wanted to deal with upon arriving in town. Also, no free wifi except for in the lobby. Luckily I brought my own mobile hotspot, but I am still amazed at how free wifi is not yet a standard at hotels or airports. The breakfast is served on the ninth floor overlooking the city. Unfortunately, it was raining on the day I was there, so no outside breakfast on the patio, but the view from inside is still nice. The provisions are standard and there was an espresso machine where I could make my own. Wonderful. I did notice that it ran heavy on things like eggs and meat (sausages, bacon) with a selection of fruits and vegetables somewhat lacking. I guess that would be my main complaint. All in all, NH Atlanta wasn't a bad experience. It wasn't amazing, but for a place to stay, including breakfast, and at an affordable price, it's alright.

Yelp
On the plus side: probably the best hotel I've been in Brussels for this price range (4th time I was in Brussels?). Some negative comments: 1) shower head was broken in our room, but they fixed it quickly. 2) window was also not closing properly, but we did not report it. 3) we had asked for a queen bed, instead we got two twins next to each other with separated linings, no easy cuddling :) 4) "free" internet was limited to 128 Kbps and heavily filtered (no VPNs, for example). If you're not on computers, this is basically late 90s speed, google maps took _minutes_ to load. Free internet is basically a joke. Overall the feeling was that it was a good hotel, but a bit run down: better internet, better maintained rooms, some more soap, a refrigerator we could actually use and a more recent television would have made this hotel a top notch 5-star rating. In general, in Brussels don't be fooled by restaurants or hotels saying "free wireless", the wireless may be free, but most likely if you need to connect to the rest of the internet you'll need to go through a captive portal and either pay or have a very limited connection.

Yelp
Check in - could not check in early (arrived at 1pm) and room not ready at 3pm as promised. Room # 1 - hot and no AC. Went to front desk to see what was wrong and no AC for past two days and will not be fixed before I leave. Offered option to go to another NH hotel or different room not facing sun or give me a fan. Chose to try other room. Room #2 - very nice, clean, and nice amenities. Not as hot as inside facing room and ok with window open. WIFI - spotty. Couldn't maintain skip calls. Breakfast - good, best than most at $ and type of hotel Restaurant - looked nice, but didn't eat there. Though did have a nice pint of beer. Area - great. Very close to grand place. Service - most friendly some cold. Other - didn't get wake up call at time requested and did not get cab ordered when requested. Overall - nice place and good price, but unacceptable to have AC broken at 4 star hotel. Also, good WIFI is a must for me.

Yelp
This is my first time in Brussels and in an NH hotel. I found this hotel through trip advisor and read all the reviews there and on Yelp. I have to say that I am always a skeptic but this experience has reinforced the high reviews it has received. I'm traveling with a group of 6 and here are our thoughs: +check in was easy for both me and my friends. They arrived a day earlier than I did to Brussels. Reservations was under my name and they had no problems. +Rooms are spacious and well maintained. CLEAN too, which is a big thing for me +I had to add people after I made the reservation. They responded promptly and gave me no issues with it. +Free Wifi, stronger signal in the lobby. +nice rest area on the first floor as well as a nice lobby to relax and enjoy your free nespresso. +breakfast in the rooftop was delicious and beautiful. Only regret is that we did not eat there everyday during our stay. +GREAT central location. +GOOOOD price. Recommendations: If you really want a view make sure you ask for one. That's it really. All 6 of us will recommend this hotel to anyone. Thanks NH Atlanta team!

Yelp
I traveled to Brussels with my 2 sons (23 &27) and spent three nights here before going on to Greece. The cab from the airport was about 40 euros. The driver who, was from Morocco, took great delight in pointing out landmarks along the route. The property was centrally located with a welcoming lobby and a restaurant and bar. The rooms were spacious and well appointed; mini bar, safe and flat screen TV. My room had double doors that opened to a view of Brussels rooftops. After checking in, we walked to the Grand-Place and checked out the restaurants and pubs. There is a grocery across the street that sells snacks, drinks, beer & wine, sandwiches and such. They seemed to be open until at least 11 pm. The staff was superb. Arnaud went above and beyond helping us obtain train tickets for a day trip to Paris. The hotel has a rooftop restaurant and bar. We enjoyed a nice breakfast there on the morning of our departure. You will be very satisfied with the service, location and amenities.
