Hotel NH Collection Copenhagen

Absolutely beautiful hotel with our room overlooking the river. Staff were amazing & so accommodating. Breakfast? I think it’s one of the best I have ever eaten. So much choice, made in house bread was delicious & the omelettes were certainly the best I have eaten. Catered for vegetarian, gluten free & a great range for vegans. Would highly recommend. Great position too.

Loved my stay at NH Collection Copenhagen! The room was extremely comfortable and felt carefully prepared in every detail, with a beautiful view as a bonus. The bar downstairs was cozy and stylish, and breakfast was amazing with plenty of fresh options. Everything felt calm, elegant and very well taken care of. Highly recommend, I would definitely stay again. 10/10

I stayed one night with my father at the hotel. Great placement in Copenhagen. Close to the centre of the city and with a lot of cozy cafés close by. We were greeted by a very friendly receptionist when we first arrived! The rooms a very nice! We had a big tv with the option for chrome cast which was very nice! We had diner in their restaurant. The chocolate cake I simply to die for! The wine menu was also very good! At the concierge desk we got the best help from Gülcan. She was so helpful and sent us out and about in Copenhagen. We went to a museum and also a “sauna Gus” Thank you NH collection for the great experience!

recently stayed at the NH Collection Copenhagen, and I was honestly blown away by how impressive this hotel is. The cleanliness, the modern style, the calm atmosphere, and the overall sense of luxury exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel especially for Gulf and Saudi travelers — it feels comfortable, respectful, and very well managed. During my stay, I extended my reservation and had to switch to another room. At that time, I had accidentally left behind my passport, my wife’s passport, and a valuable wallet. The staff handled the situation with extreme honesty and professionalism — everything was returned to me exactly as it was. This told me a lot about the integrity and reliability of the hotel team. Another memorable moment was when I requested extra water bottles one evening and the staff member on duty refused, which made me upset. The next day, I was surprised with four extra bottles of water, a selection of cakes, fruit, sweets, and a handwritten apology letter delivered to my room. It was a beautiful gesture, and it genuinely changed my entire impression of the situation. Their professionalism and kindness really stood out.

We had a perfect stay. The location is quiet, but close to everything. An easy bike ride to all the beautiful places in Copenhagen. The hotel room is clean, the elevators are fast and the service is friendly and efficient. Will stay again!

I had this trip with my sister and we wanted a hotel with more space. So we decided to choose NH Collection Copenhagen though it is a bit far from the tourist attraction. But it is still in a walking distance. All facilities are good though the hotel has to develop under the governmental control to sustain environment. What we love most is the Thai staff who is eager to greet us and recommend several good restaurants in Copenhagen. We will still stay at this hotel next time.||||Just one complaint. Maybe it will be better to provide more thinner blanket. It was a bit too hot during our stay.
