Outstanding hotel in every way. The hotel itself is welcoming and well appointed. The staff is so friendly and well trained. Everyone I encountered had a willingness to serve and ensure that your needs were met. We used one of the conference rooms for a business meeting and the catering was quite good. The room was spacious and well kept. All in all a great experience and I look forward to staying here again.

We had the pleasure of visiting the most beautiful rooftop bar in Copenhagen, and it was an absolute dream! The evening was simply perfect - delicious drinks, a breathtaking sunset, and first-class service and attention from Mohammed. His service truly made the evening special. This bar is definitely worth a visit, but we highly recommend making a reservation in advance. We’re already looking forward to our next visit! Thank you for this unforgettable experience!

We stayed at this hotel with our family of six and it was a great stay. Because of the larger street on one side of the hotel, we had booked atrium rooms to be on the safe side, which were very quiet as expected. Our two rooms were connected, were extremely spacious despite having an extra bed in each and, like all rooms on the seventh floor, had a particularly high ceiling height, which was very pleasant. We often stay in this category of hotel and even though the hotel may not exude classic grand hotel charm, the overall package was still perfect. Particularly noteworthy is the incredibly good breakfast buffet, which is one of our personal top 3 that we have ever had in a hotel. Also noteworthy is the good and clever design of the lobby, bar and breakfast restaurant with many separate areas. The hotel has four parking spaces for large cars that do not fit in the garage. This was good for our VW bus and during our 5 day stay the other three spaces remained free. The only thing we didn't like 100 percent was the apparently slightly overworked staff at the rooftop bar, which led to long waiting times at the bar entrance and above all indifferent communication. The bar offers an absolutely brilliant view over Copenhagen and the hotel is perfectly located for a city break.

Best hotel ever! Top service, very clean and extremely good breakfast with perfect options. The room was huge and had a good design and layout. Amazing bathrobes and slippers. The bed was king size and was super comfortable. Perfect air condition. The TV was very big. So quiet, we slept so good and had a lot of energy the next day for more adventure. The hotel has a very good location. We felt like home. We will come back! Nothing can compare to this hotel. Only place to stay in Copenhagen.

This Hotel is fantastic and we loved our time there! We stayed for four nights, the staff was very friendly, the room was beautiful and clean and the breakfast was outstanding. The hotel also has a rooftop bar offering great views of the city skyline. The location is super convenient basically in the city center. Would love to come back every year!

This is a wonderful hotel in the Christianshavn district of the city. The location couldn't be better, only a 3 minute walk from the metro station (which links you directly to the airport) and 10 mins or so into the centre of town. It's also a great spot if you're going to the opera. There are plenty of restaurants nearby worth trying.||The actual hotel is a refurbed warehouse so has a wonderful industrial aesthetic while being extremely comfortable throughout. I stayed in a corner suite. The room was vast with a great view of the river. The bed was equally big and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my time there.||I really have nothing but praise and this is now the only place I'll stay at when in Copenhagen.

We have recently returned from a 6 night stay. We regularly stay at NH Collection hotels and this was to their usual high standard. We arrived early but our room was ready so we were allowed to check in enabling us to start our holiday early. The room was on 7th floor and incredibly spacious, well laid out and smart. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. Service was good. Whole hotel is smart and clean. We did go up to the roof bar but had to wait to be spoken to and then offered poor seating but that was the only downer on the trip. It is a little way out of the city centre but very close to the metro and water taxi stops which we used all the time. Thank you for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

A great hotel with a modern Scandinavian design. Clean bathrooms and relaxed ambiance. The rooftop bar is a beautiful place during sunset. We had a wonderful stay, also because of the central location. A small point for improvement is the quality of the bicycles.
