Hotel NH Collection Copenhagen

We stayed at this hotel and were impressed by how clean and well-maintained it was. Despite being a large property, every detail felt carefully curated. The breakfast was excellent, even if not the cheapest, and the restaurant and late-night bar offered great service. The reception staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. The location is outside the busiest part of the city, yet still only a 5–10 minute walk from the center, which made it very convenient. Perfect for a classic city visit, especially if you plan to use the hop-on hop-off buses or take a canal tour. A great and comfortable base for exploring the city.

Lovely stay at NH Copenhagen. Staff Recognised me as a GHA Titanium member with lovely and tasteful amenities provided in the room. Their Buffet breakfast is one of best I had. There are just so many choices and are delicious. The buffet breakfast is not included with the room and wil needs to be paid. Thanks to GHA membership. I have the D$ to deduct without need for me to top up with cash. All in all a very nice stay. Location is also super near to central of town and the famous church of our saviour.

I really loved my stay at the NH Collection and the trip to Copenhagen, it was the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at and such a great base to explore the city. All the staff were very friendly and accommodating, and they truly made us freely welcome. We really appreciated the birthday card and chocolates that were in the room for my mum’s birthday, such a thoughtful gesture! The hotel was amazing, the rooms were spacious and clean, and the lobby was great for relaxing after a day of exploring. Perfect location - It was really easy to get from the airport to the hotel, and the metro station was a few minutes walk away which made accessing the whole city so easy - it was also in walking distance from all the main sights in the city. I definitely recommend staying at this hotel if you are planning a trip to Copenhagen; I’m already planning another trip here in the spring to experience it all again - 10/10 stay!

The hotel is in an excellent location for exploring Copenhagen. Rooms were clean, spacious, quiet, and offered great facilities with king sized comfortable beds and big screen TV. All of the staff we met were friendly, check-in was simple, and I appreciated the 12pm checkout time and being able to check out via the app from your room. ||The breakfast and dinners were all delicious, with plenty of options to choose from. The drinks token for skipping room cleaning was a smart touch. We would definitely stay here again.||

We stayed for ten days at the NH Collection hotel in Copenhagen. When we arrived in the middle of the night on our first day, we encountered a few issues, but the staff handled them quickly and efficiently, which immediately left a positive impression. Throughout our stay, we were especially pleased with the rich and diverse breakfast, the high level of service, and the team’s genuine willingness to assist with anything we needed. Their recommendations for places to visit in the city were incredibly helpful and added a lot to our experience. We would like to extend special appreciation to Janni and to the manager, Gulcan, who consistently went above and beyond to ensure we had an exceptional stay. Their professionalism, warmth, and personal attention truly made a difference.

I stayed one night with my father at the hotel. Great placement in Copenhagen. Close to the centre of the city and with a lot of cozy cafés close by. We were greeted by a very friendly receptionist when we first arrived! The rooms a very nice! We had a big tv with the option for chrome cast which was very nice! We had diner in their restaurant. The chocolate cake I simply to die for! The wine menu was also very good! At the concierge desk we got the best help from Gülcan. She was so helpful and sent us out and about in Copenhagen. We went to a museum and also a “sauna Gus” Thank you NH collection for the great experience!

We stayed three nights in Copenhagen and were very happy with the hotel. The rooms were well equipped and the breakfast was excellent. The staff were also professional and friendly. The location is ideal: there is a bus stop directly across the street, and Christianshavn Metro Station is about a 5-minute walk away. From there, you can reach the hotel from the airport in around 20 minutes without changing trains, which makes arrival and departure very easy. Christianshavn also has a direct connection to Kongens Nytorv (city centre), where you can conveniently switch to any metro line. Overall, it’s a perfectly located hotel. The only drawback: when we arrived, the shower gel in our room was empty. We ordered a replacement via QR code (a very cool feature, as you can reorder or request additional items through a QR-code website accessible from the room). It was delivered, but it was simply placed in the shower unopened and not replaced—unfortunately, we weren’t able to swap the bottles ourselves. We would have appreciated it if housekeeping had replaced the empty bottle with the new one right away.

Great location with a metro station around the corner. Large rooms with all amenities. What I would particularly like to emphasize is the large breakfast buffet with everything your heart desires. I have stayed at this hotel several times and must say that it used to be a little cleaner; I would have liked to see some improvements here and there.
