Hotel NH Collection Ibiza

I had a fantastic stay at the NH Hotel in Ibiza! The breakfast was absolutely amazing with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. The service throughout the hotel was excellent – attentive, friendly, and always with a smile. Room service was also top-notch, quick and of great quality. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. On top of that, the location is perfect, making it easy to explore and enjoy the best of Ibiza. Highly recommended – I would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay here! the staff is amazing, friendly and attentive, especially reception and bellboys. The room was spotless, super clean and cozy. Besides, the location is perfect, central and close to everything. I definitely recommend this hotel, I used to come when it was called Sir Joan but now it has certainly improve as NH Collection. Great change!

We absolutely love this hotel,came back twice in two weeks! Rooms are lovely,swimming pool is absolutely perfect to chill,fantastic location but for me the best asset is the amazing staff,never met such a bunch of genuine friendly people,they made me feel at home for the past two weeks and I can't thank them enough. Front Office Team so professional and kind and Margot in the bar area absolutely amazing,the owners are very lucky to have a team like this :) We are already looking into booking our next stay

The service, location, and hotel overall was incredible. The staff was so attentive - constantly offering recommendations and helping us have the best trip. We felt extremely safe the entire stay and it was so clean! I could not recommend this hotel more!

We have been bouncing all over for work and Ibiza, staying at all different types of hotels, and the customer service here at Hotel NH Collection Ibiza is off the charts. Seriously, these people care. Since it was our honeymoon, they dropped off a bottle of sparkling water and champagne, brought us outlet converters, and even gave us breakfast after breakfast hours. The staff personally guided us on which clubs to visit, where to stay, and even helped us get tickets. The entire team worked together to make sure we were taken care of. The customer service here is unbelievable—highly recommend. The facilities are also beautiful, the pool is great, and the whole place has a vibe.

We had the most incredible stay at NH Collection and can confidently say this will always be our go-to hotel whenever we’re in Ibiza!||The location is absolutely perfect — just minutes from Ibiza Town, right by a stunning marina, and super close to all the best clubs and nightlife. Whether you’re here to relax or enjoy the island’s energy, this spot puts you right in the heart of it all.||The rooms were spacious, beautifully designed, and had everything we needed — and more. Super comfortable beds, great amenities, and a sleek, modern vibe that made it feel like a true home away from home.||Breakfast was hands-down the best we’ve ever had at a hotel — not only delicious and full of variety, but also with great hours, so we could sleep in and still enjoy it at our own pace.||The restaurant in the evening was a whole experience in itself — from the delicious food to the amazing live shows every night, it felt like dinner and entertainment rolled into one.||A special shoutout to Bianca at the front desk — she was the sweetest, most helpful and genuinely kind person we met during our trip. She made check-in a breeze and went above and beyond throughout our stay.||We truly can’t recommend this hotel enough. We were super excited to stay here as the reviews were great and the location was perfect! However, there were lots of things that were not great I would like to point out for anyone looking to book...|Quick summary:|Reception Service: 9/10|Pool and Service: 3/10|Room: 4/10||More info...|The Room: We had a Junior Suite |The room looks lovely but there are so many things that just don't work! The sink is in the main bedroom area and the toilet is in a separate room with the shower! So you cant use the toilet when someone is having a shower.|The wardrobe door also functions as a wall divider. But if you want to fully use the wardrobe you have to completely pull across the wall divider meaning you cant get to the bathroom. Also the only full length mirror is on the dividing wall - which again means you have to go into the bathroom area and shut yourself that side to see!||The Pool|Very very small and approx 6 working sun loungers!||The Service|The reception team are amazing!|The pool and restaurant team were not great at all unfortunately despite being lovely people. The first day we sat by the pool the whole day and not one single person asked us if we wanted a drink or to order anything. When we did go in to order they brought it out but when we had finished, the dirty glasses and plates just sat by the pool for the rest of the day.||We ordered some water to our room as we didn't receive some as normal for our turndown service and we were given two bottles of warm water!||At breakfast we were often the only ones there and the staff didn't understand some of our basic orders such as English Breakfast Tea (we were brought a teabag and a teacup of warm milk!) and an omelette!||There is such great potential but would say there is a lot of work to do to be considered a 5 star. Especially when you have the likes of the Ibiza Gran down the road!

My stay in Ibiza didn’t start off as expected—I had initially booked into another well-known hotel owned by one of the large clubs on the island. Despite the glowing reviews, it fell short of what I was hoping for. I decided to move to The NH Collection Ibiza, where I had previously stayed when it was Sir Joan, and I couldn’t be happier with that decision. The rebrand and refurbishment are nothing short of amazing, and the hotel feels both fresh and luxurious. The team, led by Alex, went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. A special mention goes to Margo, who was incredibly attentive, friendly, and offered a warm European welcome that made us feel right at home. We did encounter one small hiccup, but Alex immediately listened, resolved it within moments, and ensured we were back to feeling like we were in a true luxury home away from home. His leadership is clearly reflected in the service standards throughout the hotel, and he deserves to be commended. We will absolutely be back next year—this property has firmly become our Ibiza go-to!

Brand spanking new hotel that opened this summer. Super modern and very attentive staff. They've taken very great care in helping us feel welcomed and planning out activities for us. Loved the decor and how spacious everything is. Would have been nice if they had a rooftop bar but overall really happy with the place. They have free bikes you can rent to explore the city with and ride the bikes we did!

I picked Sir Joan for my first night in Ibiza. I wanted a beautiful boutique hotel in a safe area as I was by myself and this place did not disappoint. The staff are cherry and so friendly. The room has a lot of personality with fun board games, beautiful art books, and little details. The food menu is healthy and fresh and with more vegetarian options than meat/fish - which makes me a happy camper. I highly recommend this hotel!
