The hotel is truly super exclusive, offering a level of service that is incredibly strong and consistently high-end. Its location right at the marina is unbeatable, giving the entire stay a luxurious and relaxed atmosphere. A special highlight are the two penthouses on the rooftop — absolutely breathtaking. The huge balcony, the impressive design, and the high-quality interior make these suites some of the best hotel rooms in all of Ibiza. Every detail feels thoughtfully curated and truly premium. I can highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for luxury, comfort, and exceptional service. An unforgettable stay!

I had a fantastic stay at the NH Hotel in Ibiza! The breakfast was absolutely amazing with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. The service throughout the hotel was excellent – attentive, friendly, and always with a smile. Room service was also top-notch, quick and of great quality. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. On top of that, the location is perfect, making it easy to explore and enjoy the best of Ibiza. Highly recommended – I would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely stunning hotel and in a great location close to the old town. Delicious food and lovely pool area. Very comfortable bed and fantastic facilities in the room. The best part was how friendly and accommodating all of the staff were. They really were all amazing. I would highly recommend this hotel!

We had a great stay here! the staff is amazing, friendly and attentive, especially reception and bellboys. The room was spotless, super clean and cozy. Besides, the location is perfect, central and close to everything. I definitely recommend this hotel, I used to come when it was called Sir Joan but now it has certainly improve as NH Collection. Great change!

We absolutely love this hotel,came back twice in two weeks! Rooms are lovely,swimming pool is absolutely perfect to chill,fantastic location but for me the best asset is the amazing staff,never met such a bunch of genuine friendly people,they made me feel at home for the past two weeks and I can't thank them enough. Front Office Team so professional and kind and Margot in the bar area absolutely amazing,the owners are very lucky to have a team like this :) We are already looking into booking our next stay

We have been bouncing all over for work and Ibiza, staying at all different types of hotels, and the customer service here at Hotel NH Collection Ibiza is off the charts. Seriously, these people care. Since it was our honeymoon, they dropped off a bottle of sparkling water and champagne, brought us outlet converters, and even gave us breakfast after breakfast hours. The staff personally guided us on which clubs to visit, where to stay, and even helped us get tickets. The entire team worked together to make sure we were taken care of. The customer service here is unbelievable—highly recommend. The facilities are also beautiful, the pool is great, and the whole place has a vibe.

My stay in Ibiza didn’t start off as expected—I had initially booked into another well-known hotel owned by one of the large clubs on the island. Despite the glowing reviews, it fell short of what I was hoping for. I decided to move to The NH Collection Ibiza, where I had previously stayed when it was Sir Joan, and I couldn’t be happier with that decision. The rebrand and refurbishment are nothing short of amazing, and the hotel feels both fresh and luxurious. The team, led by Alex, went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. A special mention goes to Margo, who was incredibly attentive, friendly, and offered a warm European welcome that made us feel right at home. We did encounter one small hiccup, but Alex immediately listened, resolved it within moments, and ensured we were back to feeling like we were in a true luxury home away from home. His leadership is clearly reflected in the service standards throughout the hotel, and he deserves to be commended. We will absolutely be back next year—this property has firmly become our Ibiza go-to!

Brand spanking new hotel that opened this summer. Super modern and very attentive staff. They've taken very great care in helping us feel welcomed and planning out activities for us. Loved the decor and how spacious everything is. Would have been nice if they had a rooftop bar but overall really happy with the place. They have free bikes you can rent to explore the city with and ride the bikes we did!

I picked Sir Joan for my first night in Ibiza. I wanted a beautiful boutique hotel in a safe area as I was by myself and this place did not disappoint. The staff are cherry and so friendly. The room has a lot of personality with fun board games, beautiful art books, and little details. The food menu is healthy and fresh and with more vegetarian options than meat/fish - which makes me a happy camper. I highly recommend this hotel!
