We managed to find a free disabled parking place in the same street and very close to the hotel entrance, in order to unload. Luckily, it was a Saturday late afternoon, and street parking was free from 6pm Saturday until Monday 9am.||Very friendly and helpful person at the check-in desk. Our accessibility room was immediately available on the 1st floor and close to the lift. I had mentioned in advance that our son, who is flight director with Air Transat was arriving earlier in the afternoon from Montreal, and could they allocate his room close to ours. This was pre-arranged by the check-in crew, which made life a lot easier for my disabled wife. ||Our room was prefect. Very large with tea and coffee facilities and a small drinks fridge. ||I had asked for twin beds which was also pre-arranged by the hotel.||The huge walk-in shower/wet room with a seat and plenty of wall bars in that room was perfect.||Online check-out in advance was a great asset, especially as there was a steady flow of arrivals and departures throughout the weekend, and especially on Monday morning. ||Unfortunately, this hotel like many others in Marseille does not have a restaurant open on Saturdays and Sundays. There are a few restaurants close by and open on a Saturday night with wheelchair access. Sunday night there are very few restaurants open nearby, so it is essential to book in advance.||We shall definitely use this hotel again when visiting Marseille. ||
