Hotel NH Collection Marseille

My husband and I had the pleasure of staying at the NH hotel in Marseille. They upgraded our room which was large and beautiful. Air conditioner worked fabulous. The services and kind attention was appreciated as they also wrote a note for our anniversary and sent a Christmas ornament and chocolates to the room. A big thank you to the woman who checked us in and the manager Tirana. Breakfast was delicious.

We stayed here twice during our trip. Once at the beginning and once at the end, each stay for two nights. We could not have been more pleased with our choice. The location was excellent in our opinion and it is a quick 10-15 minute walk to the hustle and bustle of the Old Port, yet much quieter and less touristy. There were restaurants and stores nearby. Both stays provided clean and comfortable rooms, yet note that the bathrooms are extremely small. We appreciated the hot water kettle in the room and BBC news in English on the television. The breakfast was good although there was always a long wait for the coffee machine. This could be lessened with urns of “American” coffee….and less expensive for the hotel as well!! We understand not all guests are American, but the choice of using an urn or the machine might help shorten the line….and the frustration we overheard. The absolute best feature of this hotel is the Reception staff. They are the “face” of the hotel…the people who set up whether you feel welcome. Selma was amazing during our first stay and we spoke of her while we were touring and looked forward to seeing her on our return. ALL of the Reception staff were so professional and helpful. Congratulations to that team! I would not hesitate to recommend NH Collection Marseilles and would stay here again.

This is an excellent hotel in a perfect location, close enough to the Old Port but far enough away from the hustle and bustle. The staff were really helpful. In particular, our request for a quiet room was taken seriously and we were very happy with the room. They were quick to sort out the minor problem we had with housekeeping. We can certainly recommend.

Very classy hotel in privileged location by the tram & metro on one of the most popular streets in Marseille. Exceptionally friendly and efficient staff at the front desk, restaurant/bar, and cleaning personnel. Breakfast was excellent. Nice small touches to help personalize your stay.

An amazing hotel.|Staff are really good. Professional and friendly.|We were a party of 7 and our check in was complicated due to this but staff member Nayulis handled this with no complaint or issues. She went above and beyond throughout our stay to ensure we were happy, comfortable and had everything we needed.|Our rooms were really nice with views of the city and local buildings.|It is clean and comfortable.|Highly reccomend a stay here.

I love this hotel... the rooms are clean and spacious, the bed is comfy and restful. The breakfast is so yummy, they also cook anything you like that isn't available in the buffet, also a great selection of gluten-free options :) The hotel is located near shops, restaurants and if you don't feel like eating out, there's always room service 😋 Last but not least, a big thank you to the GM Antonio for going above and beyond 🙏 you are a 💎 and also big thank you to the amazing Nesrine you are a 🌟 keep up your amazing work! Hotel was great. It was hot in Marseille and air conditionner worked very well. Location is good, across from a tram line, and close to a few cafes, and grocery stores. Room was modern and quiet. I would stay again.

Big hotel staffed with kind & friendly team. Well oiled machine making impact environmentally - be prepared to use your phones for service. We had ‘Superior’ room (404) - windows don’t fully open but enough to enjoy air & street ambiance. Right on tram line (very easy to operate) & walking distance to Le Panier & Old Fort. Supermarkets, pharmacy & laundry service close by. Sneak through Passage de Lorette (laundry mat & into Panier).

Everything was in excellent, recently renovated condition. Room was spacious. Cleaning staff were helpful and friendly. Front desk staff was friendly. Location is very central and walkable. Shower had excellent pressure and bathroom was up to U.S. comfort and privacy standards. TV service was very good.
