Hotel NH Collection Marseille

I found myself in need of a base whilst my husband had been admitted to hospital in Marseille. We had left a cruise ship in an ambulance. I searched on TripAdvisor and found this hotel with good reviews and the rooms looked nice.||The hotel staff are amazing, a special mention to Alessandra who greeted me with kindness and offers of translation with the hospital staff. My room was a great size, super clean, very comfy bed and great pillows. I had a coffee maker and a kettle and a small fridge. Great bathroom and fabulous shower. I stayed in a room in the side of the hotel and never heard a sound. I ended up spending 9 nights in total at the NH Collection Hotel. It is in a great position, ideal to walk to the old port or the new port not to mention the hospital. Supermarkets and restaurants on the door step. I think the General Manager of the hotel should give all his staff a pat on the back. It is fabulous and thank you form me :)

The location is great near metro and tram stations and also for walking. Locsted in quite area. The atmosphere cossy and lovely and very nice design of the reception lobby and bar. The room is big wide comfortable lighted well. The bathroom is very good. Free bottle of water. The staff friendly and helping.

I like this hotel, because of the wonderful staff. Alessandra, who greeted me at reception, provided an exceptional experience—she was extremely kind, professional, and clearly hardworking. The hotel itself is conveniently located, nice, and clean. I’ll definitely consider it for my next visit.

When we checked in, the hotel surprised us with a free upgrade to a premium room with free breakfast included (which we did not have booked).||The size of the room was big with sofa and armchair. There was a desk and a big mirror. The bed was one of the most comfortable bed we have stayed ever. Good amenities. Exceptional buffet breakfast with high quantity and quality especially as we eat a lot! Staff was friendly and provided us with sufficient information regarding the port and how to easily access the train station. Location very convenient to access the port within walking distance (where the life of the city was situated). Highly Recommended!

Although my interactions with Triana were entirely online, I was thoroughly impressed and satisfied with the assistance I received. From the very first contact, Triana demonstrated a high level of professionalism and warmth. They promptly responded to my inquiries and provided detailed information that greatly enhanced my experience. Whether it was helping with reservations, offering insightful recommendations, or addressing any concerns I had, Triana handled everything with remarkable efficiency and care. THANK YOU TRIANAA! :)

I was in Marseille with family this August 2024. We have a good stay in the hotel, I particular the staff was so nice and kind. We appreciate it very much. The room was like in the picture. We took a superior room and was satisfied. The only thing I think they can improve is the TV. Today I think an hotel like this need to have TV with Netflix, Amazon prime and other platform for entertainment. However a good stay, as the position was very central for all attraction for Marseille. ||||

Clean, inviting, large room, excellent breakfast and nice bar, where you can grab a breakfast on-the-go, if you rise early. Very pleasant and serviceminded crew at front-desk, especially Mohamed. MRS is rough, but this area is good. Lot's of cafees & restaurants nearby. 10 min walk to Vieux Port. Direct tram right outside hotel. Highly recommended hotel. The safety 100% in hotel, as clearly the cabin crew using the hotel is a proof of.

We had an absolutely wonderful time at NH Collection Marseille. Our travel plans were cancelled and we were stuck in Marseille. We were extremely stressed out. The staff were happy to assist us and got us booked into another room with a discounted price! Much appreciated. I’d like to give the most praise to Dennis & his lovely wife. They crafted the most delicious mojitos that we had more than our fair share of! We had such lovely conversations with them and they were so kind. It was a highlight of our trip. I believe Amandine at the front desk also allowed me to use her personal phone charger when my phone was dying. Extremely kind of her and can’t tell you how much I appreciated that! ||||Highly recommend ordering the room service breakfast. Delicious. The rooms were perfect size and very clean. We had such a great experience. I usually do not stay in hotels but typically prefer Airbnbs. NH Collection Marseille absolutely changed my mind! Thank you to everyone who gave us incredible service :) We will be back! ||||||

Everything was in excellent, recently renovated condition. Room was spacious. Cleaning staff were helpful and friendly. Front desk staff was friendly. Location is very central and walkable. Shower had excellent pressure and bathroom was up to U.S. comfort and privacy standards. TV service was very good.
