Hotel NH Collection Marseille

I love this hotel... the rooms are clean and spacious, the bed is comfy and restful. The breakfast is so yummy, they also cook anything you like that isn't available in the buffet, also a great selection of gluten-free options :) The hotel is located near shops, restaurants and if you don't feel like eating out, there's always room service 😋 Last but not least, a big thank you to the GM Antonio for going above and beyond 🙏 you are a 💎 and also big thank you to the amazing Nesrine you are a 🌟 keep up your amazing work! Highly recommend 🏨

This hotel was booked through our travel advisor. The location was close to the port and many restaurants. The issue is the homeless persons outside their door, trash, smell of sewer. ||Our room was fine. Needs upgrading. Carpets in hallway very dirty. Housekeeping was excellent, front desk kind. Spoke very little English. Very difficult to communicate from the USA. ||Breakfast buffet was amazing daily. I would not stay here again.

The hotel is within easy walking distance of the old port and neighbourhood with good transport links to other attractions from outside the door. ||The room was lovely, clean and quiet with excellent air conditioning and blackout curtains. ||The staff were all lovely and helpful and very patient at our attempts of speaking french.||We really enjoyed our stay and the only thing we thought was not value for money was the outrageously priced minibar, which of course is entirely optional!

Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommend!||I absolutely loved the accommodations! The staff were incredibly professional and always available to help. Both breakfast and dinner at the restaurant were amazing – delicious food and great service.||I also really appreciated the hotel’s eco-friendly initiative: if you choose to skip room service for a few days, you receive a voucher for a complimentary drink. Such a smart and sustainable idea!||Overall, a fantastic experience. I’d definitely stay here again.

AWESOME stay at at the NH Collection Marseille! What a wonderful surprise this hotel was as we usually stay in Hiltons but the Hilton in Marseille is too far from town. I booked the NH Marseille for our one night before we got on a cruise. We booked a 2 room suite and it was so spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and varied. Location is perfect! About a 10 minute walk to the old harbor. BEST of all was their people. The front desk staff is absolutely the nicest. So genuinely friendly and sweet and helpful. If I could give this hotel 6 stars I would! Thank you NH Collection Marseille for an amazing experience.

This marks my third stay with NH Worldwide. While the room size and bathroom were satisfactory, the initial room's location at the end of the corridor on the E level offered a less than desirable view. We requested a room change from reception, and although initially informed that a change was not possible, we received a call five minutes later confirming a room relocation for the following day. The new room, located on the 5th floor, was a significant improvement. The reception staff provided excellent service. Special commendation is due to Ms. Nisreen in the restaurant, whose performance was exceptional, demonstrating cheerfulness and helpfulness. The breakfast selection was extensive and of high quality, with the added convenience of made-to-order omelets. We enjoyed dinner at the hotel on two occasions, finding both the chicken and lamb dishes to be particularly delicious. The hotel's proximity to the underground, tram, and bus lines, along with a ten-minute walk to the old harbor, provides convenient access to local transportation and attractions. I would recommend this hotel for future stays.

We had a great stay in this upscale central located hotel which has literally everything Marseille has to offer on the doorstep. About a 10 minute walk from the Old Port with lots to see and do.||Rooms really comfortable most importantly for a centrally located hotel excellent sound-proofing so all very quiet. ||I must also mention that when we checked in we had made an error with our dates which could have been a little bit catastrophic as we'd effectively arrived two days early. They were really helpful at sort of you all out especially as we book six rooms so thank you very much! These guys definitely do go the extra mile.

Stayed at NH Collection Marseille for a short city break. The 210 room was clean overall, and I appreciated the complimentary upgrade to a king-size room — a nice touch from the front desk staff, who were friendly and helpful throughout. The bed was on the firmer side, but surprisingly comfortable and provided a good night's sleep. However, the bathroom was a let down. The shower was unacceptably dirty, with visible old grime on the walls — not what you'd expect from a hotel in this category. The location is decent, within walking distance of some main points of interest.. The standout highlight was definitely the breakfast: excellent quality and a wide variety of options. Overall, a mixed stay — some high points, but the cleanliness issue in the shower really brought the experience down.

Everything was in excellent, recently renovated condition. Room was spacious. Cleaning staff were helpful and friendly. Front desk staff was friendly. Location is very central and walkable. Shower had excellent pressure and bathroom was up to U.S. comfort and privacy standards. TV service was very good.
